Comfortable bed, good shower pressure, and good air conditioning/heating. Even the Wi-Fi is better than most decently priced hotels. Very small selection for breakfast however, but that's the only thing keeping this away from a 5 star rating.

Great experience here. The only thing I can think of that I would change would be the addition of queen beds! That aside, the beds were comfy. The room was larger than I expected with it being a double. The breakfast was very good. Staff were super friendly. Room was nice and clean. Would absolutely stay again.

The service was good and the staff helpful. The only problem we had was that while the entire hotel is non-smoking, our room reeked of tobacco smoke.

My office is a mile away I enjoyed walking. I used their shuttle service attimes. Safe surroundings. Safe place.

The staff was friendly and helpful it's like they really love their profession. And that must say a lot of their employer, what I am seeing the company must also treat them well and I love the amenities are welcoming to me, washer and dryer exercise room I felt at home. I had other choices but I decided to stay for the 13 days, and when ever I come back I know where I am staying!

Clean basic room. Wi-Fi works well even with multiple devices. Good place if you are here for work. Housekeeping does adequate job. Breakfast is basic. Road design to front door is atrocious. Road to rear parking lot full of potholes.

My girlfriend & I stayed here for a wk I actually was very pleased. Rooms were clean and tidy. Front desk clerks were friendly and informative. No complaints from either of us. But what I really like about LaQuinta Inns are their pet friendly. And since we have a cat we needed a hotel where our little girl wouldnt be an issue. I would def stay here again if need to be and would have no problem recommending it to anyone that needs a nice hotel in the Ronkonkoma /MacArthur Airport area.

We had two rooms during our week long stay. One was a nice room obviously recently decorated, the other seemed to be maybe in the process of being renovated, the TV was outdated and obviously much smaller than the one in the first room. In the morning when you step into the elevator the first thing you smell is burnt bread. The breakfast bar included oranges, cereal, bread, and waffles. The front desk staff were very nice helpful and pleasant, but the breakfast bar staff were seen maybe one time during breakfast to check and refill items. The 'all day coffee' is only available when they feel like refilling it. The housekeepers opened the door my sister in laws room while she was still in there getting dressed without even knocking. They are very unprofessional and are yelling on the cell phones throughout the halls at 8:30 in the morning. Other than the front desk staff always being pleasant and friendly the rest of our stay was a disaster.

Very professional staff was appropriately friendly. All of our extended family's needs and requests were handled quickly, which made it easier to cope during a difficult time. Rooms were clean and attractive, and the brunch was more than adequate. Fridge and microwave in the rooms were a nice bonus. Our nephew was pleased with the fitness facility. The public areas were nicely furnished and allowed us all to comfortably gather without feeling cramped (and there were a lot of us there! ). Will definitely be back when we're in the area again — thanks!

Didn't get to enjoy the breakfast myself, buy my kids loved it. There were not too many people and the eating area was clean. Beds were comfortable, the room was a nice size, and the staff was friendly. Everyone in housekeeping that I passed in the morning said hello. The girl (I think her name was Monica) was very, very nice (and cute). Sadly because of the snow that hit while I was staying there, the cable apparently was going in and out. I didn't notice since I was just there to sleep and my kids were on their phones the entire time. All in all, it is a great hotel. Clean, nice staff, good food, and comfy beds.

We booked for 4 nights, left after the 1st night. Breakfast was all carbs, no protein. No fruit. Room needed lots of help. 2nd bed was a springy sofa sleeper… with springs popping thru. Very bad experience.

Staff was mediocre. Room was old, stained, and dirty. The room was exceptionally drafty which was terrible during winter. Booked through the customer service number and was sold a two room suite. Upon arrival, the staff said they don't have those rooms on property. They also couldn't honor our Returns Gold rate, given to us on the reservation. Breakfast only included waffles, frozen bagels, cereal and coffee. The juice machine was broken and they were out of fruit.

La Quinta is always a family favorite as it is centrally located on the island. Plus, we can always bring our dog which is a big help! Breakfast is always satisfying and appreciated!

The woman at the front desk lied to me about charging my personal credit card. Wish she would have just told me the truth so I could have used a different card for charges… Srevive is terrible overall and the shower curtain has hair all over it. Great motel.

Been to a lot of La Quinta locations. This property is in a Business Park setting. No restaurants in walking distance. But clean comfortable rooms.

VERY expensive for a TIRED and RUNDOWN Hotel that is convenient to Baseball Heaven. During peak baseball season there is a baseball facility called Baseball Heaven that is win close proximity and prices go UP. Close to $200 a night for a TIRED hotel, I could hear MUSIC pumped up at 7 a. M. And the smell of Marijuana through the air vents was totally unacceptable. The room had an odor that was not just air deodorizer covering smoke and pet urine…

Rooms reasonably clean. Staff very friendly. Shuttle available and willing to go a little beyond stated limits. Breakfast is just Continental, but coffee is good. Ice machine on floor was broken but repaired few days into my stay. Excellent price and discounts through rewards program.

In my opinion a great hotel — I see it says 2 stars but I believe it is more like a 3 or 4 star hotel — Only once had a minor problem and they fixed it asap — overall the quality of the Hotel is very good in my opinion! Very Pleased Overall!

Stayed here as part of a work-related trip. Found the facilities to be very clean and the staff accommodating. Be warned… There's not much to eat within a quarter mile and you might need a car (or other mode of transportation) if you want something more than Starbucks or a pizza place.

It was clean and we mostly enjoyed our stay. There was not much in the way of breakfast options, especially for the morning after Cmas which should be a very busy time for the hotel industry. The staff, upon arrival, were a little too stern and made my furbabies seem more of an inconvenience than a guest. The staff, when we left, was very kind.

Room is pretty good for what it was. A suite however is pretty basic. No hot tub. That's my biggest complaint. But the service was top notch. I got everything I asked for. It was very friendly and they were quite open to my needs. It is close to everything. Walmart was close and Dave and busters. Gas station was close by and sobwas stop and shop. I had a great experience. A+

Super-friendly staff. Spacious rooms with comfortable bed, pullout couch a plus, big, new TV (with directions to plug in your own media players) (in addition to decent cable) in a lovely media area with fridge and microwave behind doors to quiet them, plenty of light, dark curtains, fast climate control with digital, easy to use thermostat on the wall, plenty of hot water and great water pressure, very clean, nice desk, lobby coffee, good breakfast with waffle makers, clean fitness area with a hot tub, and a great rate.

The beds were literally canoes. The rest of the hotel was cleanly and politely staffed. Would recommend taking camping gear to allow for a night on the floor. My back is killing me after sleeping on their mattresses,

I recently booked a block of rooms for an event I had with several family members coming from out of state. Though La Quinta gave me a better price quote, I'm glad I made the decision to go with a different hotel. Several family members ignored the block of rooms that I ended up booking with a competing hotel in favor of the cheaper pricing offered by La Quinta and they all regretted it. I heard complaints about smokey smelling rooms and loud neighbors. There were no complaints from my family that stayed at the competing hotel. The extra $20-30 was well worth booking elsewhere.

Front desk staff is helpful. Continental breakfast. Close to the beach. Good rates. 2nd year staying here for vacation. Would recommend.

Overall the place seems very clean, free breakfast, small fitness room and a spa tub. Friendly advice, if your pillows are a big part of your sleep, bring your own. The pillows here are very flat. I been staying here for a week and I noticed front desk staff it's almost never available during early hours.

My family stayed here for three nights. The wall paper was falling off, the beds were lumpy, and the pillows were flat. We asked for more pillows and they said they didn't have anymore. Every morning and all night you could hear people above, below, and beside your room.

Pleasant staff and clean rooms! I wish the door to my room wasn't directly in front of the elevator, though. So much noise.

Unbelievably rude people. My stay was uneventful and there were no issues UNTIL they tried to unjustly charge us $250.00 without authorization for supposedly "smoking in the room". None of the 3 people in the room even smoke first of all and we absolutely could not believe how hard they were arguing with us over something we absolutely DID NOT DO. When we arrived in the room we did notice an odor in the room but thought nothing of it honestly. What was I supposed to do run down and report a smell? I didn't think it was smoke anyway. Then they said there were ashes on the rug. Another complete lie. Not to mention the room was left spotless. After a 20 min argument I was told I'd get a refund in 7-14 days and was told never to come back. Nice treatment. If I was guilty of something I'd expect such disgusting treatment, but to be totally innocent of what they were saying was inexcusable. They also kept mentioning a name to us that wasn't ours with the same last name… I thought they had us confused with someone else but after telling them the room number they continued the nonsense. Couldn't believe the degree of disrespect. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN! Also, afterwards I read the Google reviews and others have reported fraudulent charges as well. Why take a chance? Go somewhere where you're treated with respect and honor.

Good experience overall. We just stayed for a night on a weekend trip to explore long island. This hotel has a good central location and had a great value.

There stay was okay. We got the things we needed for our shirt stay. Not recommended for much longer than that.

My experience was horrible and weird and terrible at the same time I got electrocuted on the elevator twice and the manager PATTY is so rude and does not take her customers seriously and gives you a dirty look. The only nice worker there is Jimmy and Rigina and Joe so thank you the three for making my stay a lot better than the rest of the people and I found 2 bed bugs and I do not advise you to stay here unless you can handle weed smell in the hall's attitude and pure bed bugs oh and I will like to say that the housekeeping manager is very rude so this was my expierence.

I come out to Long Island pretty often for work — usually on my own dime. So I'm always on the lookout for deals. Compared to other places around here, this place is tops. It's clean, updated, and great for a few days stay. Highly recommended.

The first time I stayed here it was great! This last time not so great. Room was a little run down could use some help, the worst of all is someone stole my daughter's phone. It was in the room and NEVER found. Hmmmmm I tracked the phone and found it was there but no one knew where it was. I will never go back even if was the only place to stay. Safer in my car, at least nothing will get stolen!

The room smelled bad and the receptionist is lousy, and to complete after a week of having left the hotel and returned to get money twice from the card with the q was paid, and the bank is struggling to pay back the money because the hotel say they are not taken out and the bank has the proof that if they took out two more times,, so don't stay there because they are crooks.

Always very clean, with a friendly staff. I stay here quite often since it was opened, and have yet to have anything less than a 5 star experience.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past 5 years. I have had no problems as noted by the other guests. The front desk people are all very nice and pleasant and helpful if there is a problem. The Rooms are always clean and the breakfast room is nice and cheery. I never saw a bedbug during any of my stays there in the past 5 years. I will continue to stay at this hotel every time I am in this area of New York.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. But stay away. They proceeded to charge us 3 times as much on cards over the course of the next week or so, again and again, for no discernible reason, and then denied they were doing it, when banks and credit cards showed they were, affected our credit, multiple costs on over limit charges, and so on and so forth. This company's credit card system is either hopeless or they're a bunch of crooks.

Worst experienced I ever had. I called front desk to have shutte to pick me at the airport and waited one hour. The shutted never came after my second call. Front desk woman very rude when handling phone calls. I am a frecuent customer at la quinta but with this staff I will never come back again.

The whole place is a smelly dump. All the hallways we were in smelled like smoke, even our NO smoking room. The service was bad when we asked for a new room and the AC unit was partially broken. Bad experience, it's a dump, don't even give it a first thought.

This was my 2nd time staying here the first time was good. Breakfast is great. But. This time I can't say the same. SORRY to say but I was given a room at first and it smelled bad but worst I always search my beds and I found BED BUGS!. So I went to the desk area and asked for another room. Was given another room and it was really clean searched bed and room it was ok. BUT when we woke up I searched again and sorry to say I found BED BUGS. So I called maintance and they don't even know how they look. Never again bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs. Reception area were not nice at check out.
