I stayed at this hotel in May 2017 due to a family emergency and it was the worst hotel I've been to in my life. I got my room switched 3 times because the rooms were so filthy. The customer service was terrible, the woman working there gave me attitude for my complaints and if it weren't midnight I would of left. I settled with a room that was infested with so many different kinds of bugs. My 2 year old and I slept in our clothes and jackets over the sheets afraid to touch anything. We woke up with bug bites and left right away. Stay here at your own risk.

Filthy, run down, drug infested. Drug deals done in parking lot. Staff never around.

Wasn't a 5 star hotel… but comfortable. Slept very good. Clean room and quite Coat of paint to outside would help this place…

Out of all the hotels I stayed in out in Binghamton this was the best one! The lady named Baria in customer service was very helpful! The rooms were clean! Great service!

Beria is great! excellent service and great hospitality.

Rather dumpy, tons of roaches and a mean manager but the housekeeper was a doll.

Horrible experience… booked this pit through a travel website… because it seems like the entire town and surrounding areas were booked… the hot water was brown… the office staff said the cable was out because of the "bad storms" they had recently had and would be fixed by the next day… outright lie! There was no breakfast (not that I would have eaten there anyway). As a matter of fact, when I went to check out and lodge a complaint, the office was locked… probably to avoid all their guests from complaining. I was in a non smoking room, but yet the furniture was covered in cigarette burns. It was the most disgusting place, I have ever had the displeasure of staying! I tried to give this zero stars, but it wouldn't let me post unless I gave it at least one star. This is NOT a one star motel!

Hands down THE most HORRIBLE, NASTY, DISGUSTING hotel I've ever been to. Reported them to the Broome County health Department because I couldn't even get in touch with the hotel. BED BUGS! The beds were clearly made with the same sheets and no other housekeeping done. Dirt on the counter, in the shower, ice bucket had dead bugs in it. Do not go… bed bugs, bed bugs!

Comparable to a horror movie. Dirty room with stained carpet, filthy chairs, mattress. Unsure if someone was bludgeoned due to the amount of blood on the mattress. Smoky room although I specifically requested non smoking. I had to go to the nearest store to buy bathroom cleaner. The staff were rude and disrespectful when I requested another room. I slept on top of the comforter an checked out immediately. Condemn the building!

Absolutely disgusting. Moldy showers. Beds had big stains on the sheets. Floors where disgusting. Room was dusty. This place looked like it was a hangout for drug dealers or people that just wanted to hang around an abandoned area for no reason. The owner's were never in the front office. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Not a family oriented place. Very nasty. Needs to be shut down for real.

If you come here… You are coming to Hindu RED hell… Some of the stairwells are unsafe so caution tape appears. The lady is a heavy middle eastern drug user. Blackend teeth high pitch screechy voice. She has her 10 year old conduct business at times because she is so rude she has no staff. Everything in the rooms is last century. No bugs while I stayed tho. If you are in the area looking for a motel? Go to the next town.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my entire life.

The hotel is not well structured the maid forgot to register me and I paid to stay there but they claim they had no proof they are unorganized with there paperwork. The rooms are cold. The shower had no hot water at all I couldn't even take a shower. Most of the time if I needed something no ones at the desk at all not even the manager. Then the card keys stop working she claims that they are unfunctional. Smh.

This hotel is disgusting and the bed had BUGS! The woman at the front desk would NOT refund my sons money! He was only there long enough to see how disgusting the room was! They offered him another room Like yeah right let me have another one of your bug infested rooms! Ask to see the room before you pay! You've been warned!

Original room had no ac and no tv. The locking mechanism did not function. Exchanged rooms and basically got the same thing but with some beatles and dead bugs in the sheets. Would not recommended; unless you truly don't have anywhere else to go. If thats the case then the best of luck to you:p.

What a dump! Fridge didn't work. AC deafening. No remote for TV and NO toilet paper. Internet slow as snail. Swear I saw Anthony Perkins in the parking lot. Avoid like the plague.

Me and my family came here and it was a piece of junk because it's owned by some Indian people and when we were going to our room the hallway smelled like cigarettes and the room was nasty, old and dusty. The rooms are outdated because they have those old school boxed televisions and 1970s-90s bed sheets and room style and the bathroom has spiderwebs and rust stains and I was flabbergasted about this Damnation of Faust hotel so we went to another hotel and we were fine at the other hotel in the Johnson City area so PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL! Trust me.
