Terrible service, as soon as well stepped into the room, there was stool on the toilet all over. Out room keys never worked for us, and when we went to the desk to ask for assistance, the gentleman put up a "we'll be back later" sign and walked away. Terrible hotel terrible service I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy. Pool and hot tub kept us entertained for the evening! We loved the pillows! The cases said "firm" or "soft"!

Everything was quite nice. The entire hotel is newly renovated and is beautiful. The room was nice and cozy. The staff that we interacted with were super nice and helpful. All in all it was a great experience!

After a terrible experience at another local hotel, the staff at this establishment went above and beyond to make sure my dear friend had a place to stay. After losing everything to a terrible house fire including two beautiful children, my friend received a debit card from the redcross to get a hotel room for a couple nights until he can figure out his housing arrangements. After being denied by some heartless monsters, my husband and I called this Holiday Inn seeking help for our friend. We spoke we the most kind woman named Emily. Emily did everything in her power not only to get our friend a room, but also to do it at a discounted price. She called her manager (I did not get his name) and he agreed that they will do everything in their power to ensure this man has a place to lay his head for the night. My husband and I could not be more grateful for their help this evening. After some terrible events over these last few days we were beginning to lose our faith in humanity and the world. Emily and her manager helped us to restore it today. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you to Emily and the manager of the hotel for your ongoing kindness. I'm glad there are still good people in this world. I hope that the merit given to Emily and her manager goes above and beyond just them and this hotel itself needs to be recognized for having such kind staff and for helping those in their community who need it.

Rooms are very well taken care of. Very clean and organized layout of the room. Gyn equipment perfect for my needs. Personnel friendly. Enjoyed my first stay so much I just booked 32 more. Thank you for making me comfortable while away from home working.

Great hotel surprisingly modern and efficient. However the room doesn't have a unified HVAC system, meaning that 1/2 to adjust the temperature at the actual window unit said its not capable of normal thermostat operations. In addition since there's no central systems the air all blows out on the one side of the room which can relate to a large temperature difference between two beds if there is a double room.

Updated room and lobby. Decent price. Breakfast was mediocre.

Clean and modern hotel. Acceptable breakfast. Small fitness room. Great staff. This hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were generously sized. Checking in on Christmas eve, the woman working the front desk was OUTSTANDING. She called a number of restaurants in the area to see which ones were open. Replaced batteries on a dead TV remote with a smile. Let us know that fresh chocolate chip cookies were on their way. The room was on the large size with a fairly useful mini-kitchenette. The free breakfast was good. And the central lounge area was a very comfortable spot to hang out in the evening. The pool is on the small side. The fitness room is tiny. It doesn't have any weights. Only a few pieces of cardio equipment and some medicine balls.

Clean rooms & pleasant/helpful staff. Also we're great about accommodating an early check-in.

Very nice hotel. Good costumer service and had fun hanging out in the lobby. Needs some more places to put water. Had to buy it. Good place though.

Close and convenient to Cooperstown Dreams Park, Baseball Hall of Fame, museums, Otsego Lake, and all different types of attractions catered to the young, old and people of all ages. Great place for vacationing from the baseball fan to the outdoorsman, a small hometown feeling with all the modern amenities we've all come to know. A trauma 2 hospital right in Cooperstown for the unexpected happenings. Many great restaurant's, from 5 star dinning to wonderful bistros and of course fast-food restaurants, coffee shops and everything inbetween.

Comfortable rooms, good service, with breakfast. Pool and workout room. Good place to be near the Baseball Hall of Fame. About 4 miles away from downtown, but close to the Field of Dreams and the trolley parking lo.

Pancake machine was amazing. Bed was comfortable.

Very clean. Super friendly staff. Only 3 or 4 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame. Would stay here again.

Maybe make the room next to the pool, the one that was booked for us… the one which has a loud vibrating hum taking over the entire room … from the pool mechanics… maybe make it game room… or a TV room for guests to meet other guests… or just leave it empty … so the next potential guest booking a $335 a night room doesn't get the migraine I have now that will last for days. The fan in the bathroom does not remove the steam after my son showered and the shade was falling off the rod… we will not be staying at a holiday express again.

I only stayed one night. The check in was great. 2 people in front of me and they still got me checked in quickly. Room is modern with visible AC outlets and even USB charging plugs. Breakfast is exactly what you might think it would be. Not bad but not great. I got up early so everything was just filled up and ready. Good stay, clean and easy to charge phone and computer.

Hotel is nice and staff is amazing. My room smelled a little musty (kind of like wet laundry) but other than that its great.

Decor was really nice & 'clean', but space was too small for the clunky portable furniture, such as desk on wheels, ottoman/coffee table, etc. The staff, however, was helpful, personable, polite, & welcoming. Would definitely recommend, and return for future area visit​s. Kids loved the breakfast and the pool.

Bathroom was really good size. The room had tons of pillows so that was really nice.

One of the few places to stay in Cooperstown. It seems very new, or at least remodeled, considering the rooms, lobby, and pool were extremely nice. Semi fast internet and free extensive continental breakfast too. A good, cheap overnight stay.

Rooms were good size and clean. Breakfast was decent for a Continental. Convenient location, short drive to downtown Cooperstown. No room service or in house restaurant.

Beautiful hotel, clean and friendly staff. The complementary breakfast is fantastic, great place to bring the family.

Very modern hotel just outside of town. Took us two minutes to get anywhere.
