Spent 3 night in a beautiful suite 300.
The staff was remarkable and very professional. My suite was extremely clean, disinfected and cheerful.
I will not stay at any other hotel except for Homewood Suites.
My son and Daughter in law come in from North Carolina and I booked them a 4 night suite and they were extremely Happy and Thrilled with their stay. It made me feel so good since I chose it for them. They were in town during Covid and didn't think they would offer any services, but they were given breakfast every morning that was delivered to their room. I have referred all of my family members from out of state to stay here and my family loves it and can't get over the fair prices.

Edited to add, although this is a negative review it’s only fair I let those reading this know, the manager Frank has been in contact with me to make up for our hassle and bad experience at the property. I wish I could give this a zero. I was excited to try this hotel based on reviews. Upon arrival, our room was not ready for 3pm check in time. At 3:45 the girl at the front desk finally came to the lounge to tell us it was all set. My boyfriend and I were traveling with our 16 month old, tired and hungry. When we entered the room, we immediately could not breathe due to whatever they had sprayed in the air to make it seem clean. I could taste it, it was so strong. It was definitely not safe for the baby to breathe in and we certainly couldn’t eat in there. The dishwasher was still running with dirty dishes from the previous guests. I had to clean some sort of red sauce off the wall so my baby didn’t touch it. There was hair in the bathtub stuck to the jets. Then, the straw that broke the camels back and made us immediately get up and leave — little black hairs all over the hand/face towel at the sink. It was bad enough where we didn’t even care if we were stranded without a reservation on our trip, we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I feel horrible that my child spent even 10 minutes in that filthy room. So disappointed!

Spent one night in a suite for over 400$. There was no detergent to wash the dishes. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty. Reserved time for the pool was late getting in as the party before me took their sweet time leaving. Half hour into our pool time in walks the same kids, who just left, to share our pool time with us. The clerk never stated that a separate family would be scheduled pool time with my family, which I strongly do not appreciate. I should have been informed and I should have had a choice. As we are in the pool one of the guardians of the other family starts smoking a black and mild. Not to mention the kids kept opening the pool door for other people to come in with us. At the time I reserved my room I was never informed of the limitations due to covid but late that night before I was due for check in I get a long text message stating that I can only have 7 people in my room. At that Time I can’t even cancel my reservations. Ok fine but how do you limit my company in my own room and space to 7 people but allow another family of 6 into the pool room with me and my family of 6? This was a horrible experience and I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I will never rent at that location again and I will never recommend that location to anyone. The hallways smelled like marijuana and The pool rules are not run according to CDC GUIDELINES.

The suite room is simply superb and the reception girls are trained in good hospitality and customer relationships. In spite of the COVID19 still managed to get some make to order breakfast with the Grab & Go which was not too bad and wide range of selection too. Very close to Buffalo Wings, Mc Donald, KFC & Niagara Falls only 16 miles away and Airport less than 3 miles away.

Pool and spa area 20 plus with all rules broken! Back of parking lot had crowds of undesirables hang out Drinking and smoking pot. Our room was next to stairway where we heard it slam all night long because people were hanging out by lower exit smoking. No sleep due to urban style music playing loud from car in parking lot. We had complained the night before with no results for the next night (Saturday) And dog barking in room on our floor. Had to park car on other side of building because, I didn’t feel safe on my side of building. Could no sit in courtyard because of overcrowding.

Spacious rooms. Very well appointed.

Absolutely one of the best places to stay and the staff was also so helpful definitely will stay here again and recommend this to everyone!

Two bedroom suite is perfect for a family of five and the pool area is fantastic!

I will not ever patronize, African Americans escorted out by police for 8yr old birthday party. Very discriminatory I truly hope guests were fully refunded. Racism still exist in 2019. Things will never change.

The Homewood Suites was a very nice hotel overall. The main problem, and reason I am not rating it five stars, is that our first room had a problem with the thermostat, so we had to transfer rooms. But, all of the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. There is a very nice courtyard with a fireplace and lounge, a training center with treadmills that have TV's, and a seemingly nice pool.

The rooms are huge, clean, and styled well. Good breakfast every morning (aside from the waffle iron in the corner… you'll understand if you stay here and use it). The gym has machines, free weights, TVs, and is clean. The pool and hot tub are relaxing. They also have loungers next to the pool so you can enjoy relaxing a bit poolside.

First off, the location cannot be beat. Near the airport, and everything you could ever need, from food to entertainment. The breakfast is typical and delicious. Room layout is amazing. Two separate rooms with TV'S. A kitchen with a fridge, drawers, microwave, coffee maker. And what everyone has been waiting for, yes, the beds are extremely comfy with 3-4 pillows. Either soft or hard just as you like it!

A great experience in American hospitality. Very clean rooms, courteous staff, good breakfast, beautiful property. What else could u ask for.

Location is great. Close to the airport but not close enough for the planes to be loud. Lobby was nice and staff is helpful. I got upgraded to a room with a fireplace but the room wasn't as nice as I expected. Some of the furniture is outdated and my ceiling fan is filthy. The full kitchen is nice to have, minus the oven. Overall it's a decent room but looks better on the website.

Very Good Hotel! Close to Buffalo airport. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom suite that worked well with kids. Great breakfast and evening food. Clean and a no noise policy after 10 pm. Would recommend!

The room was very homey. Not exactly a 'luxury' suite but much more luxurious than your average hotel. Full kitchen, living room and bedroom made for a more spacious area. Large pool with hot tub and fitness center located all next to each other. Breakfast was a nice typical hot cold buffet. Very nice stay and would recommend.

Hotel is definitely on the newer side. Rooms are very nice and modern. Staff are also very friendly. Usual Homewood amenities, my only knock would be the gym. Has all the basics, but cables would be nice. Keep in mind the hotel is very close to the airport. Fortunately there are no super late or early flights out buffalo, but you will hear air traffic.

Very disappointed! : — (I called my reservation in through Homewood Suites only to find out I didn't have a reservation when I got there! I was looking to stay two nights and there was a hockey tournament which ruined my plans! They could offer me one night only with jacuzzi and fireplace then I'd have to switch rooms! Haha I was accommodated at a sister hotel but I could only get the jacuzzi suite no fireplace! This put me a little further away from the airport and was an inconvenience. The room I received was very exceptional and I was impressed with their services!

Giving this giving this hotel one star is generous. During my stay there with a disabled friend we were placed on the third floor. At night there were 3 fire alarms and it appears the policy of the hotel does not care if all residents vacate when there is an alarm. They were just tell us it is our own responsibility to know to leave when there is an alarm. Because of the fired doors closing and the elevator disabled we had to walk down three flights of stairs and my disabled friend had a very difficult time doing this. Overall the staff was nonchalant about these alarms which turned out to be caused by weather or something other than a fire. When asked what they intend to do to compensate us for this inconvenience and upset they sent me a one night stay at their hotel. That was a big waste I will never go back. I stayed there one other time about 4 years ago and had a good experience but I won't go back again.

Room was very comfortable and spacious. Wife loved the jacuzzi tub. Entire hotel was clean, whole place is near brand new. Kids had fun in the pool. If I was really looking for something to knock the place for it'd be the breakfast. The variety is there, they just need either another waffle maker, or get one for pancakes. They had two employees watching the buffet, give one of em a griddle and let em make omelets. Oatmeal was a let down, they had the extras but the oatmeal itself was no good. Eggs were good, they had cheese to put on them which gave them huge bonus points. Of course your standard mini cereals. Nice layout of toastables; bagels, English muffins and of course, toast. A couple juices and various coffees/tea. I thought the coffee was fine, wife complained. Location in close to the airport which is good if you're into that. If you're looking to be near the city, you're about 15+ mins away.

Nice and comfortable rooms, large (living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom… in Milan would be a two-room apartment more than livable! ) Very close to the airport with shuttle to transfer, host people, breakfast a little poor but acceptable… Not a luxury hotel but then that good!

Check-in was smooth like usual. Staff was friendly as expected. Rooms were nice with full kitchens. While I didn't take advantage of it, they will even shop for groceries for you and put them in the fridge. Great hotel for long work excursions that will keep the budget happy. The loss of the star was for the quality of the bed, I didn't have a great sleep. Possibly due to the closeness of the airport so you do hear the planes taking off depending on which way the wind is blowing. Possibly due to the weird way they made the bed. I would stay here again though.

A great and comfortable pace to stay for the weary business traveler. It has all the comforts of home and plenty of shopping and movies nearby. Less than a mile for Buffalo International Airport, is pretty close to downtown Buffalo, roughly 35 minutes from Niagra Falls. Priced pretty competitive, and good front desk staff. I’d stay here as often as I could.

This is a perfect place to stay while visiting friends and family! We're here for Christmas and am enjoying having our own space while spending time with our family. The kitchen space is very clean and living area. Bedroom is a bit tight for all our bags plus a pack n play, but nothing to complain about! We even brought our tree to make it feel more like Christmas!

Love this hotel. The staff is fantastic and treated me like a king. My flight was delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight. I had to stay another night in Buffalo. They provided me with a room upgrade and several toiletries since I had to wait on my suitcase to be brought to me from the airport. My room had a fireplace which was a nice touch. They drove me to the airport at 4am. Great customer service, clean room and an overall great experience. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

Homewood Suites had a great amount of comfort and care put into it. The rooms given were very comfortable and easy accessible from everything in the room.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very polite and considerate, efficiency room was large and had a home like feel. I really like the daily replenishable snacks & drinks. Breakfast was nice.

There is absolutely nothing to say bad about this place. It was a fantastic hotel, would 100% stay again when back in Buffalo.

Rooms are getting a little run down but OK overall. Beds were not very comfortable. Airplanes were loud outside but not inside. Breakfast was great. Social hours with free drinks was a nice touch. Kid's loved the cookies at the front desk. Staff was very friendly. Loved that my puppy could stay. We will stay here again.

Amazing place. Super clean beautiful layout and very well maintained. Every little detail is covered from antibacterial wipe for remotes to earplugs by the bedside. Rooms are spotless. It's the best Hilton location by far and manager Patrick is absolutely amazing. He was so SUPER nice and friendly and made us feel at home. I truly hope his hard work is well recognized with in your company!

The accommodations were very clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the suite and would stay there again.

Loved everything about this place. Absolutely amazing! Great staff, Patrick and Aurora stuck out to us the most. Clean room and pool, wonderful outside patio. All around perfect stay, highly recommended. And we will be returning!

This a beautiful hotel. The complementary breakfast and dinner is amazing. The staff greeted us every time we entered or left. The room is almost the size of my apartment. The kitchen has all the basics. Overall I was very pleased with the experience there!

Great place to stay! I have noticed that thes Homewood Suites draws large groups which impacts other guests in these ways: they eat breakfast together and it can be difficult to get a place to sit for breakfast, they use the pool as a group, they use the community area as their gathering spot. BUT! That doesn't mean you're not going to have a great stay. We still enjoyed ourselves and didn't feel marginalized by the staff. Our needs were met, we got what we were expecting and MORE.

We've stayed here a few times with the kids and it's great for the price. They have a kitchen (and even an oven, who uses those anymore? ) in the room and everything was clean and child friendly. They have a little store near the front desk that sells healthy prepared and frozen foods, which is great for busy parents.

We a family of 7 stayed in this hotel for our Niagara 3 day outing. Its very family friendly. Clean, convenient, friendly. Break fast and complimentary dinner was really good. The distance to Niagara is decent. I highly recommend this hotel for family stay.

Excellent staff and management. Clean, comfortable quiet (NO airplane noise) location to spend three days touring Niagara Falls and Buffalo area. Very nice enclosed pool and hot tub area — roasting hot in there. Great courtyard to sit around a fire pit and relax in the evening. Big breakfast room with two large tv's to catch up on the mornings news. Nice and fresh breakfast offerings. Really Great — Good job Homewood Suites by Hilton at the Buffalo Airport… Thank you for hosting us!

Nice space. HVAC is spotty. Have breakfast and happy hour which is great. Great location.

This is a very nice place to stay. Very clean, modern, polite, very helpful staff right from the front desk to housekeeping. Will def stabler again.

Nice layout, lobby is really nice. Breakfast is decent. Room seemed like it was cleaned fast. There was a starburst wrapper on the floor, and what looked like a noticeable booger on the shower.

Service was great, but my room wasn't cleaned particularly well and things felt poorly maintained. It was kind of dark too.

Great room but dog across from us was left behind and whined during the day.

I've been to the one in Hagerstown, MD and highly recommend it. Also stayed in another but I'm not sure of the location. Both times I was very impressed b both the accommodations and the staff. When I travel this is the chain I look for. The Monday-thursday dinner was a very pleasant surprise and tasty. Also, I don't think I've had a better hotel breakfast at any other chain. Quite a nice selection. I think the Hilton organization really knows the hospitality business.

Loved this hotel! Even though we were a bunch of loud girls here for the weekend, the way they treated us was amazing! Our concierge, Matt, was incredible! He took us to the mall for free, fulfilled our requests and so much more! The breakfast was really good as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone — can't wait to go back.
