I can't even begin to explain how beautiful this place was… a true winter wonderland. Our room in the cottage was very clean and tidy. We had access to a kitchen area that was stocked with all the basic necessities (plates, cups, knives, forks, spoons, pots, pans, etc…) We had access to a hot tub (awesome way to relax and stargaze) … There was a rec room with activities to do, we spent some time playing board games here. The property is very clean and well managed, the new owners are amazing… very sweet and kind, took care of all of our needs. For those of you that like to skii and board, there is Bellayre mountain nearby. Overall an amazing trip! Definitely will be one of my goto escapes from NYC :)

This was an amazing experience. The cabin we rented was minimal, but had everything we needed for the weekend. It was in a great condition — recently renovated & clean — just as described and pictured. The beds were spacious and comfortable. Our sixth guest had to sleep on the sofa and he didn't complain about the size or comfort. There are several cabins in the location so don't expect a secluded hermit experience. But we were all there for the same thing: nature during the day and fire at night. We met amazing people there that made the weekend even better. Honestly, once in a while you need to to go back to your roots and have this communal experience. All six of us actually loved it. It was quite refreshing. Matty, the caretaker was very friendly and responsive. He was there even when our neighbors locked themselves out at 2am. Respect, Matty! Make sure to check out the Maeve's Place @ Pine Hills Arms — right across from the parking lot. Eva, who runs the magical shop there, brews AMAZING COFFEE and serves home-made pastry. Go with the bread pudding. Enjoy!
