Nice and clean and relaxing after our long drive. I had hoped the best were going to be softer but it’s just a personal preference. My husband and daughter thought they were very comfortable.

When we first got to the room we immediately wanted to take a shower and notice there were no towels We had to call and ask for towels took a shower went to dinner came back notice the trash in the bathroom had not been empty The sink was dirty There was used soap in the shower My wife thought I did it I thought she did it There was no coffee cups The room had obviously not been cleaned They had only made the bed. With Covid-19 we thought the room would have been spotless. When I called up and told them I let them know we did not want to change rooms we were already too tired but we would like coffee cups They never sent them.

Great experience from time we arrived till the time we left. Employees were amazing. Thoughtful, helpful and super nice. Would definitely recommend The Hampton Inn in Lordsburg, NM.

Best hotel in Lordsburg!

We just stayed 4 days at this pet friendly Hampton. We could not have asked for a better staff. They were all so friendly. The facilities really looked nice and clean. Our room was perfect as were the breakfast choices. Big thank you to the Hotel manager Edgar Gomez who personally met us and ensured that our needs were taken care of. Our pitbull also loved her stay.

Room 214-huge room-double the size of normal handicap accessible room that usually is. Clean, soft sheets. Terrible static though due to dry heat. Fridge & microwave. No noise from street. Breakfast was great! Hotel located next to city hall and border patrol office. Family dollar around the corner. Absolutely great place to stay.

Very quiet and enjoyable, great staff, had fun chatting with other guests. Lovely small town here. Great clean, spacious accommodations.

Wonderful beds, very comfortable! Loved the comforter. Negatively, squeaky tub caused me to step carefully in the shower. My daughter found a horrible stain on the window curtain as she was closing them. I'm going with maybe someone sneezed on them. She was going with blood… Desk clerk was NOT very friendly, when I asked for a room facing the front or a luggage cart, I don't think she likes her job… or people.

We arrived at the hotel on August 15th and checked on August 16th. Our garment bag had been left at the hotel and we did not discover it till 600 miles later. Trish who is in charge of housekeeping did an outstanding job of locating the garment bag, my funeral clothes along with 5 blouses and 2 pairs of shoes. She notified the hotel manager, Edgar who took care of the situation immediately. I was very impressed on there professionalism and courtesy for their customers. On our way back from Houston, I did stop at the hotel to thank them for taking care of my situation. I highly recommend this hotel for there professionalism and cleanliness and there excellent staff. We had an excellent night of relaxation and I want to thank the staff for an outstanding job.

Very comfortable beds and pillows were soft. The hot breakfast had taste and a good selection I will stay again.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The reason for 4 star instead of 5 is the breakfast was excellent, but did not provide very many gluten free options and my wife is allergic. I would still recommend this hotel to anyone.

The facility here is just fine, but I like many, I picked this location as the at says 1/2 way from LA to Texas proper. But a couple of thoughts. Only two restraunts, and no beer or? Sorry but after a long day a Adult beverage is nice. Staff here is nice, rooms clean. If hotel had a eatery and bar, I would have added a star.

Love Hampton, but not this one! A dog in a neighboring room barked intermittently between 9:15 PM and 4:20 AM. My two complaints to the desk were fruitless. I got a cumulative total of about 4-hours sleep that night. Prior to checkout the next morning, I left a message for the GM to call me. Staff told me he generally comes to work at 9 AM. By 10:30 AM, having received no call, I phoned and left a second message for the GM. Now, three days later, I've heard nothing. Hampton's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee seems hollow. Another disturbing issue was that the shampoo bottle housekeeping left for me was half empty. Was it left over from a previous occupant? I hope not!

I picked this property because of the Pool and hot tub. The water was green and the water was cold. Where we turned on the heater it didn't work. Also I mentioned my interest to the clerk when checking in and she made no mention that they were out of commission.

This was a great hotel and was only 90 bucks for two queen room! It was very clean, the shower was really nice and the staff was very friendly! 5 stars all the way. The beds were really confortable and they had a great hot breakfast!

Parking lot was empty. And their website said they had rooms available. However when I arrived the person at the front desk insisted they were booked so I stayed at the comfort inn next door with plenty of rooms available.

Super-helpful staff, genuinely pet-friendly atmosphere (usually 2nd floor, but flexible when mobility needs of guest or pet make 1st floor the better choice) and upbeat feel — the location couldn't be more convenient for me. The new Wi-Fi works okay. The breakfast was tasty. My King room was clean and functional, with many outlets plus the bedside charging station. Someone else who reviewed a room here, perhaps this same room, complained of dust in corners, marks on the entry wall and a strong odor. Well, I couldn't find any dust, the scuff marks I see are from the smaller, but highly unwieldy, luggage carts (and I've seen this happen wherever these are used — hard to keep up with, but it's not dirt), and the special odor I smelled is rosemary from the thriving flowering shrub just outside the window, near the HVAC. To me, that's free aromatherapy, but soon this beauteous fragrant bush will be trimmed back, I'm told.

We really enjoyed the facility, from the room, to the breakfast to the amazing gym facility which we spent a good 30 mins in doing our morning workout. It was so well stocked, with everything we needed.

The best in this town. I have stayed here several times when I fly to California.

We stayed for two nights, it wasn't bad, room was clean, hot tub was wonderful and breakfast was Good! I would stay again. The staff was Great!

Calm place. Slightly disorganized. Good place to get off the freeway.

The sheets are the softest I have ever felt. The mattress is very comfortable. Breakfast has a variety of different foods. The hotel is modern and attractive.

The rooms were nice and simple, for a 1 night stay it wasn't much of a problem the bathrooms and we'll keep as well as the rooms themselves.

Rooms were nice amd accommodating for a family out five and there was no additional charge for a roll away bed.

Nice clean Hotel but the breakfast is not too good parking spaces are tight between cars too.

The breakfast is over cooked and dry the pool has been broken for over a month but overall the rooms are really nice customer service is bad accept one guy at the front desk Wi-Fi is worthless showed full strength but server is slow af.

We stay at a lot of Hampton Inns and are Silver members. We stayed at 5 different ones on our last trip. This one was one of the bottom two. They had direct TV with a guide so that was a plus on finding my kids show. The shower had a line of mold where it meets the tub. The breakfast was average. An egg omlet with cheese, no bacon in the tray, and ham slices. Only fruit loops, cheerios and raisin brand for cereal choices. The only food places nearby are McDonald's, Arbys and subway. The front staff was nice. Had to ask for more milk since they weren't really monitoring the breakfast to see what was needed and it wasn't the cleanest place.

We have stayed here before because they never disappoint. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly. We highly recommend it.

Very nicr rooms for the price of othrr hotels in the area. Beds and pillows were really soft and the room along with the bathroom were large and roomy. I would stay here again in a flash. The rooms also had a mini fridge and microwave which is a big plus.

Staff was very helpful accommodating my needs during my stay. Breakfast was wonderful and fresh.

We came to this hotel after finding bugs in our room.
At the hotel next door. We were exhausted from driving from CA and just wanted to sleep. The rooms were ok, it was HOT and would have been nice if the AC was already going instead of us having to wait on the room to cool down. The beds were ok, though neither of us slept very well. Breakfast was eh… typical cereal, oatmeal (that was super runny), boiled eggs, fruit, cold fruit (grapes were bad), danishes, bacon (was gross) and some egg folded thing with cheese in the middle, and the potatoes which were really good. We would stay again only in a pinch but wouldn't be our hotel of choice.

Great hotel. The room was clean and service is good. The breakfast was outstanding. Surprisingly, it was much better than most hotels.

As always this Hampton Inn did not disappoint. We travel with 2 service dogs & 2 small children. They made check-in easy, room was clean, & super comfortable. Breakfast was well-stocked, tasted good, & had lots of options. As we left the hotel, we had the privilege of meeting Rose, part of the housekeeping staff. She was very friendly, does a great job, & we left with a smile after meeting her.

We stay ofttimes as we travel with Lordsburg as a sleepover point, Hampton Inn never fails to impress. Family has a service dog Ana S&R in training, and 2 young children, they ALWAYS accommodate.

We stay here on our way to California every year. We have stayed at many different hotels over the years and this one, by far is our favorite! They have the friendliest staff, clean rooms and a good continental breakfast to accommodate even the pickiest eaters. One time at our stay our daughter pasted out (she was suffering from dehydration). Their staff was very quick to call 911 and help with our other daughter that was freaking out while my husband and I talked with the paramedics. The lady that serves the breakfast was awesome, she just jumped right in to help. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel and staff.

They have a 10 am check out time. Even tough we arrived at 4 am, they wouldn't give us a late check out. Really?

We ended up at the Hampton after rolling our car on icy roads outside of Lordsburg. We were physically fine, but exhausted and shaken up. The staff was absolutely fantastic. They gave us the last room available at 5am, and then helped us find transportation to Silver City to get a rental vehicle, let us keep our dog, extended our check out time a few hours since we were stranded until my husband could get back with the rental car & happily answered and solved a plethora of other little concerns we needed to handle. I've never had such a pleasant experience with a hotel staff. The only complaint I had, which had nothing to do with the staff, is the key cards. They loose data when even remotely close to the phone… I had to get mine reset 3 times :/

Staff is always great and friendly. Rooms are clean and quite. Overall a nice place to stay if passing through. Two minor complaints, beds are a bit firm, and the hot breakfast is not very good, they do have quite a few other options though.

Nice Clean Room. My only concern s are that the indoor swimming pool (and Spa) was closed for " Service ". It is not going to be opened anytime soon so if you want a pool go to comfort inn. And the Air Conditioner was almost useless. Didn't blow cold at All. But everything else was good. Real TV (direct TV with HBO and TV guide) overall my experience was good.

Avoid this Hampton Inn; they don't meet the standards of the brand. My room had a dirty sock from a previous guest, the toilet seat was only partially bolted to the bowl, towel had a big yellow stain on it, hairs in many places. Breakfast was cold eggs, cold sausage gravy, old undrinkable coffee, and watery uncooked oatmeal. I'm a loyal Hampton customer, stayed at 5 Hamptons on my most recent cross country drive, and this was the worst I've ever seen. On my next trip on I-10, I'll stay in Deming or Tucson, both of which had much better Hampton Inns.

Check in easy breezy, very nice clerk. Rooms clean and compfy. Breakfast problems, lack of attention to keeping supplies up, food and beverage. Watery orange juice. Low fruit, no one at front desk in morning, manager (? ) the cook. Shuttle driver, kept leaving to drive shuttle. No bottle water in room as other hamptons we have been staying in, only savibg grace is compfy beds and clean rooms and bath.

We love this hotel. Brings back the faith that you can find quality on a road trip. No stinky smells, people that can't speak English and the rooms are extra nice. Thank you Hampton inns for making a special and what use to always be a standard in this country for hotels on the road.

My new favorite place to stay in Lordsburg. In the past I had stayed at a neighboring hotel, and thought it to be the best in Lordsburg. However, this hotel has moved to the top spot. It's a Hampton, so that means you'll enjoy all the brand standard amenities. Where this hotel really goes above and beyond is that, not only are they pet friendly, they also do not charge a per night pet fee. Further, there is plenty of parking for oversize vehicles on a couple of adjacent dirt lots and the alley behind the hotel.

The hotel is very clean, well kept, and great customer service. The other hotels do not look as good as this one.

Super friendly and courteous! Checked in at 130 am, quick and efficient. Very clean and free delicious breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.
