Clean Rooms, Great Service, Free Breakfast! But Hallway Carpet needs deep cleaning or replaced.

Zero stars for the room. (Had to switch due to cleanliness) 5 stars for the staff. Very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are dated. Electrical outlet near the sink is in an odd position so that items do not plug in completely. Our room did not have a smoke alarm, only wires sticking out of the ceiling. Bed was firm, not my preference. Ice machine did not have ice.

This hotel needs to be destroyed and make a new one. Don't know if the owner know about the critical conditions of this place. I just not recommended for a family with kids if you don't want to get a disease go to a better one. Looks clean but it's Moldy, bad smell from the entrance of the rooms, bed bugs. Employees are kind of friendly that's a good point and that's it, but never coming back or recommended until they're a 100% remodeled. We make a reservation online but sleep in the car with the kids instead and move to another hotel next day. I have kids with asthma and allergic to mites and bugs… Never expected this from a hotel. I think there's lots of motels a way better.

I am a regular guest at this place. Recently it seems they have a new management. They improoved a lot in cleaniness of rooms, great breakfas and great place to stay.

Was very very disappointed in this Quality Inn. We had a reservation for a double room. Our plans changed with how many were coming with us. Front desk said they were full so she to put us on the second floor. I said that was not a problem. Offered to give up our double room for a single if available so a family may get a room if need be. They gave us a single king smoking room. We were fine with that until we got to the room. We opened the door and the smell was so overwhelming. Ok no problem we can are it out. Our A/C barely worked. The refrigerater did NOT work. The tiolete seat was broken. On check out went to front desk tl return cards and get a print out. Waited 10 minutes and no one showed up. I have never had a bad room or expierence with Quality until now. The pool was closed due to seasonal? It was 90 plus degrees all weekend. Next time we are in Clovis for an air show we will be going to another choice hotel.

Had no issues, but all I did was sleep. Continental Breakfast was early (before its posted time of 6am). And the bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and when we had issues with the T. V. Remote, it was replaced within the hour. Overall very pleased.

If I could give 0 stars I would like to do it. Dirty, grubby just unpossible I didn't stay there!

I’ve stayed at this hotel two times first time I came here I came to my room and the sheets and blankets were stained so they switched me to a different room and yet again both sheets and blankets were stained. The second day I decided to give them another chance and I get bit by bed bugs so I don’t recommend this hotel at all unless you want your body bit all over.

Rooms look nothing like the photos, they’re super small and bathrooms are moldy. The room smelled like wet dog and throw up. No iron in the room and the ironing board was broken. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything. Sheets were stained. The only good thing was the water pressure in the shower. Not recommended for anyone.

Great value. The staff was awesome. The area is safe and convenient near the highway. We had two youbg kids and didnt feel threatened by the surrounding hotels and car dealership. Had an issue with the booking though a third party but thr staff there was patient and helped solve it. The breakfast was good and the brrakfast area didn't feel cramped the room was clean. The pool isnt in use in the wintertime but we were happy with the stay. If we ever go back to Clovis we will go here.

The mattress was uncomfortable. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breaskfast was a full breaskfast and good.

Nice staff and great water pressure in the shower. Other than that, nothing else was worth the stay.

Beware place is not maintained. Tiles in bathroom shredded had to lay towel on floor to protect our feet, water plumbed backwards scalding danger. Mattress pad on queen bed for standard. Go to breakfast at 7 told that they are out of eggs and there will be no more. Etc. Etc. Desk help tries and cheap rate feels like third world establishment.

Went off some positive reviews and booked this room but it turned out to be terrible! The room was so horribly musty smelling that when we checked in the clerk said she had already turned on the a/c because the room gets really "stuffy. " Let's just say the musty smell hit us like a brick wall and then we were greeted by the remains of a roach that was ground into the entryway carpet. So gross! In general it was dirty and smelly and we'll never be back. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!

All clean, good lunch but fourth boy.

Freindly staff. Stinky hallway. Looks like a fixer upper at first glance. Amazing prices compared to the area. The most important thing — they have clean beds and clean sheets and pillowcases. I stayed 5 days and watched them clean and wash all linens everyday 100% and this is what matters in a hotel. Breakfast is okay they offer the same as every hotel.

Staff all speak Great English, and the hotel was super quiet with a lot of parking. It is rv and truck friendly. The swimming pool is very cold.

My second day here on a week stay. The first room smelled musty and damp, but after driving 930+ miles, I just wanted to collapse in a clean dry bed. Today, after church I switched rooms without any hassle. This room smells okay, with no musty or damp smell noted. Pretty quiet, I like that, especially for a Saturday afternoon. One of the front doors is cracked, creating an eye sore when you first walk in. The laundry facilities are broken, creating a hassle of having to find a laundromat. $49-55 a night, doesn't get you much, even in Clovis, NM. No roaches or bedbugs seen. Thank God!

I travel consistently, stay in motels 15 times a month and found this motel to be exceptional! Rooms were nice, breakfast was head and shoulders above the norm and the price was unbelievable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Wish my travels took me here more often!

Seedy, bugs, unlit lot with unsecured door. The kid at the desk was fast and courteous but when I wanted my money back I was treated like a criminal by the mngt. Never got it, got a room next door.

No smoke detector, the floor in the bathroom will cut your feet it's so chipped up, no fridge in the spot where it goes and the coffee maker doesn't even reach the plug.

Decent rooms and average breakfast.

This hotel is nice for the price and compared to other hotels around the same price. I really enjoyed my stay there are a few things that can be updated and it needs some maintenance. I wish they would keep the guest with pets on one side because 2 rooms had dogs that would just keep barking it didn't bother me inside my room but the whole time in the hall. Also the lady who moved us when the ac wasn't working was very nice she even brought us an extra blanket cuz the ac in the second room worked too good. One thing I did notice that the front desk never greeted me when I walked by but the breakfast was pretty good just as good if not better then the breakfast u get at a 100 a night hotel. Other then a few things it was a great stay. I'd stay again and I would recommend it.

Best place to stay a night or two in clovis, NM.

Cheap price. OK breakfast. Room was NYC small.

Stayed overnight as I had work being done in my house and needed to stay gone overnight. Rooms were clean l. Staff was friendly.

Rooms are old but work if you are passing through and on a budget. Nice little outdoor pool. Staff not super friendly. Wi-Fi was really slow.

We checked in and left to Walmart… Literally 10 min in we decided to not stay and keep driving we called and they said ok… We went back and they changed their mind and decided to charge us anyway. Horrible customer service! never again!

The furniture and fixtures were all like new, however the building was falling apart. The building was not secure with the back door entry being broken. There were cigarette holes in the blankets. The shower was falling apart; paint peeling and the ceiling cracked. The tub itself was stained and cracked as well. Every time I went up to the front desk there was no one there, hotel was like a ghost town. I had to rent another room with no refund. Never again.
