By far the worst place I have stayed in Wildwood New Jersey. I have been coming here since I was 12 down to the shore I’m 22 years old now, the maids had a very good attitude besides one who choose to walk in the room well I’m un dressed well we have the do not disturb sign on our door. Also there is no smoking sitting area anywheres around if you are a smoker, rooms had windows when it rained good thing we weren’t using the bed near the window it was drenched by time our stay was up, rooms are very tight, old fashioned, also stuffy very stuffy ceiling boards pushed back, I GAVE one star for the coffee in the morning it might be cheap but it’s not worth the stay pay an extra 30$ if I could I would have gone back and do so they have a NO REFUND policy.

Fire inspector and code enforcement condemned our room after multiple violations were found. We ended up changing hotels. That was the major part of the issues. There are plenty of others. We had no shower due to a plumbing problem they wouldn’t address. No maid service even after repeated complaints. Cockroaches, and some other bug that bit my children’s legs and left them with a rash. There also is no children’s channels on their “cable”. A family room that did not even have a table for the kids to eat on. The funny thing is just as the fire department and code inspector left the ceiling in the hotel lobby collapsed. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Very accommodating after having an issue with another motel. Clean and inexpensive for peak season. Super friendly staff! Highly recommend. Will visit again.

Only deserves one star for the friendly staff. The morning itself is very disgusting. The rooms are really small, with filthy carpets, missing smoke detectors. Dirty tubs with hair in the wall. Headboards missing trim with screws exposed. There's no balconies or outside seating. Hallways and rooms have a very bad smell. I met several of the workers here and are all really nice. But I will never bring my family back here. Would rather pay the extra $20-30 per night and stay somewhere else, but there's a no refunds policy so we are stuck here.

Very friendly service. It was clean when we first signed in our rooms lights didn't work and they upgraded our room free of charge. It was a great experience there.

It's a cheap place. If your looking for high class this is not the place. If your looking for a bargain it's not horrible.

Room was great for the price, cheapest around. Also great if your under 25 and looking to stay a couple nights in wildwood. This is literally one of the only hotels that tenets to ppl under 25 which is nice. The complementary coffee is actually really good as well. Will definitely be staying again this summer.

So far my stay has been okay. The room is very small but that is expected for how cheap it was. I like that it is walking distance from the Beach and Boardwalk. Needs a lot of updating and the smoke detector kept beeping because of a dying battery, pool water is green and dirty, TV keeps going out and the Wi-Fi is trash. Also no privacy with these broken blinds. Edit: I lowered my rating due to the fact that my room is infested with tiny spiders. All inside the bathtub and some in the sheets. Also you cannot take a bath because the stopper doesn't work. There were people yelling at midnight at the front desk associate because their room was bug infested and he would not give them their money back so he changed their room for the third time apparently. Also there are people stomping and blasting music, walls are extremely thin, and I can hear people yelling outside and I'm unable to close the window because of the air conditioning unit. The only reason that I am not giving one star is because of the convenient location.

Save your money LOL stay on the beach If you don’t feel like committing suicide you will after staying at this place LOL bedbugs are the least thing you got to worry about here And it’s a hotel not a motel get the sign right please! Hotel for cockroaches.

Block from the boardwalk. Lively location. Rooms are 80s deco and small but excellent for the price. Service was great other than having to wait exactly until check in time to have room access. Pet friendly! A+

There was some kind of bug in our room. Bite one of us and they were very accommodating with moving us right away to a much nicer room. Our first room needed a lot of work. There was no lock on the bathroom door the bathroom sink and door need to be fixed and updated… Our suggest would be to remove the carpets and update bathrooms to avoid these problems… To your Staff … We thank you for your wonderful service in this situation.

Only stayed overnight but not bad for last minute reservation. My room for 4 adults was small but we spent the day at the beach and boardwalk, so it didn't matter much. The Motor Lodge is 3 short blocks away from beach and boardwalk.

This place was dirty. Went into the bathroom to check it out and there was an unknown yellow substance in the tub. This resulted in further investigation. Upon investigating I found numerous red and brown stains on the mattress along with a clump of hair and little hairs all over the sheets. Needless to say, I slept in my car. Yuck!

OK motel for the price. Nothing fancy, old out dated, and slightly dirty. We were able to get housekeeping to our room quickly for cleaning. Some rooms are much nicer than others as they are updating some rooms. It's just my Husband and I so our tiny room was fine for us. The bathrooms are super gross and old. The mini fridge had a horrendous smell. Good for a night of two but would not recommend our room for longer. As I said, some rooms are nicer as they are upgraded and done. The location is the only perfect thing. Only one block from the boardwalk.

It was affordable, nice bed's and pool. A family place, and awesome staff. It's super affordable it's decorated so adorably and it's just a very comfortable Hotel! I stayed there before I was just there and I would definitely stay there again! Also it's 2 blocks from Morey's Pier and the beach. Me andy Family love it!

Basic. $375 for two nights. Small, outdated. No headboards. No door on closet. Old bathroom fixtures. Tub was dirty. Basically a place to just come and sleep. Nothing extra. No coffee pot in room. Close to beach and food.

They made my guests and I wear wristbands for the night and if you lost the band, it was 100$ fee. The room was awful, uncomfortable, and dirty; we didn't even shower because there was hair in the shower when we got there. There was a 160$ security deposit needed, in cash, before letting us in which we were not notified about prior. We didn't even pay 160$ for the room itself. They kept 20 for a cleaning fee, which was ridiculous because it's so poorly kept. Would never stay again or recommend to anyone. Don't book if you're looking to enjoy your trip.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel staff was friendly everything was near by walking distance to the boardwalk restaurants were just a walking distance away. Yes hotel can have a little improvement and yes we will visit again besides when you go on vacation the bed is only to sleep and the bathroom to shower everything else is outdoors. Nice little hotel. The staff is friendly, and answered our questions to the best of their knowledge. However, the room was small and the placement of the TV made it that everyone had to sit on one bed if they wanted to watch.

I stayed here in summer 2015. My first room was not to my satisfaction so I had to request another. The second room was still not satisfactory but better than the first. The room was small and smelled musky. The fridge was tiny and had rust all on the bottom. The bathroom was not very clean; if you do decide to stay here, bring flip flops for the shower. Maybe good for high school students or college students on a cheap who do not care about how the place looks and don't mind smelling weed from the inn or the Bonita motel next door.

Employees were friendly, I loved the water pressure in the shower, and it was cheap and close to the beach/boardwalk. However, there were lots of issues — you get what you pay for. They couldn't find the key for my room when I checked in. Room was extremely tiny and jam packed. The air conditioner was so loud that I could barely hear the TV, even when it was turned all the way up. When the shower was turned on, there was such a powerful force of air that caused the flimsy shower curtain to fly all over and the bathroom and everything in it got soaked in like a minute — the wind was so strong that even having two full shampoo bottles on each end wouldn't hold it down. No hot water in the morning, not until 2AM. Fridge was so tiny I couldn't even fit a gallon of milk. No microwave. The pool was disgustingly green and pool area was not accessible so we couldn't even barbeque. We could've went to the Binn's sister motel to use the pool and grills but I didn't pay to have to go to another hotel. At night, the hotel reeked of weed which my kids had to smell. No housekeeping, had to ask for clean towels and wash cloths (and were given hand towels instead of wash cloths). Room was very musty if the air conditioner was off. Wouldn't be a bad stay for a night alone or as a couple but definitely not with kids.

Absolutely disgusting. There was an issue when we checked in, not only with us, but with several other people in the lobby at the time. They over booked several hotel rooms. They even gave one couple keys to the room and when they walked into "their" room there was someone else in the shower! Before you hand the keys over to someone else how do you not realize that that room was already taken?! Clearly there is no organization here. After we finally checked in and got to our room we realized how dirty it was. Not to mention tiny. My boyfriend and I went to check the bed and sheets to make sure they were clean and to our surprise, someone else's hair was all over our sheets. Not just one piece of hair… Clumps of hair. When we went to the lobby to ask for a new set of sheets the guy said he had to come up and see for himself as if he did not believe us. He then pointed out that it could be the maids hair and at that point seemed to be just making excuses. The maid came in to change our set of sheets. Her hair color didn't even match the hair we saw on the sheets which is even more unsettling because that tells us the room wasn't even properly cleaned. By this point we were already too grossed out between the sheet incident and the bathroom. I would not be comfortable showering in that bathroom… Everything is out of date and the room is so small it feels like a jail cell. We packed all of our stuff and left and checked into another cleaner nicer hotel.
