Just stayed here for the weekend. Very nice and clean rooms. Staff was nice and friendly. Very peaceful and relaxing. Very close to the ocean and little breakfast and lunch place down stairs which was very reasonable and great food. Will definitely stay again.

Nice people, straightforward rooms. Spacious.

We stayed here for a week. I can honestly say, I would never go back again nor would I recommend it. For the price we paid, I had high expectations especially if they are advertised as a “beach resort”. We have 2 kids 5/2 and upon checking in to the room, one of the outlets was literally hanging off the wall. Huge hazard for children. We called for someone to come and screw it back on the wall and the maintenance guy came right away (mind you did not wear a mask). Housekeeping is only until 2, so if you have a dnd sign on your door as they pass your room; good luck getting cleaned bc they dont come back nor do they leave extra towels/toilet paper. We literally had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper bc they are cheap w their toiletries. I also had to make our own beds that day. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they just asked which room and said they (house keeping) leaves @2. Who works 10 — 2 @ a resort where people go to sleep in/relax @ times? The place is super dirty. The carpet in the bedroom is disgusting, you can tell they never vacuum. There was stuff on the floor that I pursely didnt pick up to see if they would even attempt to clean and it lasted there my entire stay (mind you it was there when we checked in). The pots/pans/plates/utentils/cofee pot were nasty, I dont even know how people use their stuff. Dust balls/debri under the beds and pull out couch. The room was ‘updated’ but I guess putting new flooring/kitchen = updated.

We are a few weeks away from our third year in a row at this hotel and we LOVE IT! right on the beach, rooms are spacious, front desk helpful. Can’t wait!

We have been coming here for 19 years and the people at the hotel are polite and makes your stay pleasant.

Poor Management. The desk lady is very rude & they ripped us off.

Seems to be updated and very spacious, plenty of room for the whole family.

We love Beau Rivage. We have vacationed here for many years. Love the ocean view, the pool and like the fact that they have a cafe downstairs for breakfast & lunch.

The only reason I booked this hotel is because it’s attached to lemmas restaurants & we love that place because they accommodate my sons celiac disease. Never again. I’ll stay somewhere else & drive to lemmas because the people at the front desk at the beau rivage are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They treat paying guests like unwanted trash from the minute you walk in the door. Absolutely terrible. I walked in with a smile & was greeted by one woman with a stone cold miserable face & another woman who didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there. No "welcome! " No “hello”. No “how are you? ” No “can I help you? ” I have never experienced anything like it. I just wanted to ask a few simple basic questions and was treated like it was a huge inconvenience to even speak to me. I spoke to the owner on the phone & he seems like a very nice person. It’s sad the people on the front line representing his business are most likely the reason for all these bad reviews I’ve read. It's a shame because had it not been for the way we were greeted I would have never written a bad review. These women really need to realize that some people are traveling a great distance & they would appreciate being greeted with a friendly smile upon arrival. Had this been my first time to Wildwood I would probably never come back after the treatment we received. People plan & prepare, save money, are excited to arrive and have a good time with their family.

The hotel is extra clean! no flies or bugs crawling anywhere. The rooms are decent! bed sheets are clean, clean bathrooms and clean pools, clean everything! the beach was right out of the hotel which was good! I reccomened and I will be coming back!

Great place. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. We arrived 3 hours early and were still given pool and beach access bed we even check rs in. The staff is truly incredible. The rooms are immaculate. Great family place for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back next summer.

Worst hotel in town! They say it’s a family hotel! Far from it! They allowed people to blast music till late at night. They allowed one family to utilize the only 2 grills for over two hours. When multiple people complained nothing was done. Happened 3 nights in a row when I was told they would monitor it after complaining. If you want to enjoy time with your family in a nice setting DO NOT STAY here! All the manager said was sorry and I can move your room! Never would deal with the problem!

Been going with my family since 1999. It is such a great hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Was just there last week and they really updated the rooms. They have white down comforters on the beds and nice wood tile in living room. The staff is always cleaning the public areas all through out the day. The pool is nice and beach right at your door step. We always enjoy ourselves and meet people from all over. Such a great time.

So my wife and I decided to extend our stay in Wildwood by an extra night and had stayed elsewhere during the week. So we had a bit of a lay over between when we checked out of the other hotel and when we could check in here. We decided to kill some time at the beach. We have a 1 year old so naturally our time at the beach was very short. It was approximately 11 and I walk inside with my son in a carrier on my back sleeping. I wasn't nasty or rude but the older lady sitting at the desk certainly was. I asked two questions. First one was whether or not they had a shower outside to get sand off. Her response was rude and had more attitude than an all girls high school. I then asked if we could be called once our room was ready to which she responded "I haven't even started check people out yet, check back around 1:00-1:30" again with more attitude than was necessary and it didn't even answer my question. I was going to let it go, because maybe she was having a bad day. Then, when my wife goes in to see if the room is ready around 2:00 she had the audacity to tell her that I was the rude one! I dont know if this woman is related to the owner or something because there was nothing hospitable about her on the slightest. She needs a new career. We will NEVER stay at this place again. Absolutely disgusted with that woman.

Staying at the Beau Rivage was a great experience for our family. The rooms were clean, the view was great and the rates were reasonable. I was very satisfied with our stay and will definitely consider coming back if we get the opportunity to return to Wildwood Crest.

My extended family and I do our annual family reunion at the beau rivage. We have been for over 10 years now. We have never had a problem with employees or the locations. Super family friendly and accommodative.

Where do I begin, I've stayed at a lot of places in Wildwood, nj. If I could give this place ten stars or more, I would. Its clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, its it's on the beach, oh did I say clean. It's up to date the place is awesome, feels like home away from home the rooms are bright an spacious shower is hot bed is comfy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️FUN.

No better taste wise then any other pizzaria I bought pizza, sandwiches and food. They definitely have a better price on pizza then Carini's who charge way too much. Overall not bad.

Clean room with a great price for the area. Customer service was exceptional before and during stay!

Very nice place to go for the summer especially with family right on the beach but away from all the noise this place is in the crest of Wildwood at the end by diamond beach we picked this away from the boardwalk because it's quite but very clean the rooms they updated everything in room.

We are leaving tomorrow from our 12 day stay here. The Beau Rivage is a great place to stay. It is right on the beach and there is a great little cafe here that serves breakfast and lunch. The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. MaryAnn, our house keeper, was wonderful and did a fantastic job. She is so sweet and always smiling. One day, another housekeeper did our room and did a lousy job. The Wi-Fi was so much better this year and for that I am happy. The pool was really good this year but could have been kept a bit cleaner. Every time the maintenance man was "cleaning" the pool, he would stop and take out his cell phone and talk as was the same with many other housekeepers. But they sure jumped into action when they heard the owner coming. Gave us a good laugh. We will be looking forward all winter to come back in September 2018 and see Joannes smiling face when we check in. She is awesome.

Excellent except for the loud air conditioning unit across the street. Otherwise just what you'd expect from a motel on the beach. Draws a good decent crowd. The communal grills were very clean, the pool was very clean.

Rooms can use an update. Paying for ice is kind of a bum but I understand why because of the location. Staff is very friendly.

I was going to give this hotel a 5 star rating but decided to drop it down to 4 because of certain reasons. 1. The parking garage is mediocre. It has a lot of space, however, there are a lot of pillars making it hard to park and get out. 2. The pool is really small and only goes up to 5 feet deep. I would have liked if it was a little bigger. However, overall, this hotel is really nice and has a really good staff. It also has a restaurant below.

My parents have been coming here for over 20 years. We love it here. Staff, rooms, beach, pool and people are great. We will be coming back for the next 20 plus years.

Very nice place, nice staff and Close to the beach. The Pool was always clean but the pool hours (10am-7pm) Were to short there are pool lights and one of the days the pool guys closed the pool 2 hours early which I was not really happy with. The Bathroom towels Smelled and there was black hair in them. Overall a very nice place.

Had a very nice stay this weekend. Clean room, nice pool and close to the beach. And the office staff are very friendly. Thanks for a nice good weekend.

I would rank this motel as low as it goes. Here with family for 6 nights… They do not wash their duvets or their white covers. Bodily fluids. Blood or poo or who knows in 2 rooms.

The rooms in Beau Rivage are quite nice. The equipment runs and the people are nice.

The room cleaning was fast and he did a great job. Wifi does not work in the rooms, and only works meh outside. Otherwise the rooms were decent, and the pool was a little dirty. The overall experience was good for the time I stayed.

It should be noted that I stayed in an oceanfront room with a kitchenette, which included a coffeemaker. One would think that such a room would provide coffee filters for the coffeemaker. However, shortly after arriving, I noticed that, in fact, there were no coffee filters. I assumed this was an oversight on the part of the staff. My wife and I asked the woman working at the front desk for some coffee filters. She replied dismissively, “We don’t provide them. ” I could not believe my ears! A room with a kitchenette and no coffee filters! Luckily, we noticed their absence prior to the arrival of morning. But what about those, who, less fortunate, do not notice until the morning? So, after driving over 2 hours to get to the motel, we had to make a special trip to the supermarket for coffee filters! In addition, the towels in the bathroom were different shades of yellow and one of them had pink stains all over it. I have stayed in three other motels in Wildwood. All of them allowed me to park on their property after checking out in order to go to the beach. Not so at Beau Rivage. Forget about squeezing in a few hours of beach time after check-out! They require that you move your car from the premises as soon as you check out. And that is the treatment I receive after spending $900 for three nights at their hotel!? And one more thing: the drawer of the night-stand next to the bed was filled with condoms! Just another example of the low-class nature of the Beau Rivage.

My wife and I stayed at Beau Rivage Beach Resort in Wildwood Crest, NJ August 1 through August 8, 2015. We had an ocean front efficiency with two double beds. This was a very disappointing hotel. The room service delivered ten towels that were not clean during the week. Six towels had dirty smudges similar to mascara and 4 towels had either blonde or black hair in them. A number of wash cloths also had smudges. Once, when the dirty towels were taken to the front desk, I received more dirty ones. The bedroom air conditioner did not work. The desk advised to close the bedroom door but this did not help. The living room/kitchen air conditioner was partially functional and a noisy, stand-alone air conditioner had been installed in the living room as a supplement. Exhaust from the stand alone made it too hot to sit on our ocean view patio and the noise in the living room required increasing the TV volume. The mattress on the beds was so worn that my back hurt after two nights. I had to take the mattress from the sofa hide-a-bed and sleep on the floor for the rest of our stay. My laptop would not connect with the hotel Wi-Fi. The desk advised to sit close to the window for a good connection. This helped sometimes but not always. Quarters were required to get ice from the ice machine. Nothing came out after inserting 4 quarters and the desk advised that the machine “Must be out of ice” with no refund. Maid service never cleaned the toilet.

Why me & best friend was there for 3 days for her birthday found that the front desk employee was somewhat harsh in impolite towards me when checking in, also was offended by a drunk at the pool my girlfriend was insulted by the owner after leaving the pool. The towels kept coming back with long blonde or black hair on them the people who do the rooms no mopping the bathroom or vacuum the rooms, I kinda felt like it was a black or racism thing!

Always a great stay! We have been coming here for years. Great location always clean and quiet a great family place.

We just spent biker weekend (though we aren't bikers) and had a great stay there. We had tow adjoining rooms and made it into our own little home away fro home. The rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful. Our rooms were fine, not modern but in good shape. Ignor the other review, they are too picky! We have stayed a a number of places is Wildwood Credt and this is in our top 5. We had a couple of minor problems that were quickly taken care of. They have a great restaurant (actually a diner type place) at the end of the property facing the beach. Great food, good prices.
