Excellent price and found the front desk staff there friendly as they greeted me with each entry and exit if they were not with other guests. After my 17 day stay I found the cleanliness of the room could have been improved and some astectics improved inside the hotel but it was safe and provided me shelter while I waited to settle on a home in the area. For me it was other guests up all night as I could hear doors slamming, voices and footsteps in the hall all night long but hotel owners and management have no control over other guests.

I had a reservation with a confirmation number and I was told at the front desk that it was for the previous night (it wasn't) and I was a no show. No rooms available and they were unwilling to call another Wyndham property. They gave me three phone numbers and told me to find another room! Unbelievable! Never had such terrible service. Ever!

Great hotel, clean, comfortable, great staff and very concerned with the guest stay and any technical issue was handled quickly… thank you! and I would recommend everyone to stay here.

While my first visit was one star and horrible, my second visit was five stars and fabulous. The rooms were clean. The beds and the pillows were comfortable. The GM is leading the way with great customer service. Shirley is the best. First visit: I just checked in, and I'm ready to leave. What has happened to quality customer service? Don't sh — — t on me, and tell me it's raining. When a customer presents a valid concern, don't be defensive and rude. Say, "I'm sorry. " The guy at the front desk rude, and I told him about it. Below are the services I've been billed for: The fridge in my room needs to be defrosted. This is 2018. It's a blast from the past. There is a block of something stuck in it. The elevator is out, and the ice machine is on the second floor. I have a problem climbing stairs. Someone from the front desk was going to bring me ice. It's almost 11:00 PM and no ice. There's no ventilation in the bathroom or the room. The bathroom floor was dirty so I used a guest towel to wipe it, and the towel revealed the dirt. The remote control had the remains of sticky fingers so I cleaned it. The flat screen TV has some type of streak across it that appears to be removable. I'm not touching it. This is just wrong and non refundable.

Great clean hotel but breakfast could be better. The AC gets very cold. The showers and bathrooms are great. Lots of counter space. Spacey rooms.

This Microtel is truly a Hidden Gem. Updated rooms, clean, quiet, and a very attentive staff. The only minor downside is there are no restaurants within walking distance. However, the hotel provides plenty of menus of local eateries that deliver. Five stars!

I tried to book a room through a wedding block that was reserved and couldn't. I called for a week and was put on hold everyday. Was told someone would call me back to book. I was never called back. After being put on hold multiple times and the front desk couldn't help me I decided to stay somewhere else. This is not how you conduct a business. You are loosing business. I have never called a hotel and they couldn't book me right away. Not worth the headache and time of having to call everyday. There are other hotels in the area that would love my business!

If you want great customer service and someone who really cares about the quality of your stay, then Terrance is your guy. He always makes sure we have everything that we need and are happy in the room we are in. Every time my boyfriend and I see him he always makes sure to greet us with a smile. I am very happy that during our stay we had the pleasure of meeting Terrance. Thank you so much for such a great experience and wonderful customer service here at Microtel.

Terrance was very friendly and helpful both over the phone prior to booking my stay as well as in person when it came time to check in. He's always quick to offer help whenever needed and is very personable. My girlfriend pestered the front desk for blankets and towels etc and Terrance went above and beyond by not only meeting our needs but personally delivering everything to our room rather than making us walk down to the front desk like some of the other employees. The coffee at the hotel is free all day long, though not always fresh or hot but Terrance personally made fresh coffee for me upon request rather than me waiting for one of the custodians to come make it. I had some phone calls to my room while I was away and when I came back to the hotel in the evening he remembered which room I was in and told me that he had transferred some calls to my room while I was out to make sure I knew to check my voicemail on the phone in my room. I've stayed at the hotel several times over the last few years and never left a review before but I'm hoping someone in a position of authority will read this review and offer Terrance opportunity for growth within the company recognizing that his customer service was stellar enough for me to post a review this stay. Microtel may not be the fanciest hotel in the area but if Terrance is on duty at the front desk you can certainly count on the personal touch to make your stay more pleasant.

Staff was courtesy and helpful. Room and bathroom was clean. This was our first experience in a Microtel and it met our needs. We would consider staying again.

Worst hotel. Don't bother staying here. Smoking is apparently allowed here. First of all, the guy that checked us in was so high that not only he could not speak as a human being, he was laughing because my card expires on 4/2020 and said that it's a good expiration because 420 is a national holiday, the lobby and himself smelled marijuana so bad that we could not bare the smell. You can do whatever you like on your free time, but when you work, you should be a professional and respect the clients you assist. You are the face of the hotel and that hotel is the worst we have been to. Disgusting and filthy. Also, the person next room to ours was smoking and the smoke was getting in our room. Not worth your stay and not worth your money.

Clean room, strangely configured, accessible room but comfortable, towels were small and rough but shower was nice and warm. Heater was very noisy. Overall, a decent place to stay.

Good for a budget hotel. Seemed clean. Beds are firm and bouncy rather than pillowy. It's easy to hear people through the walls, and they were not very considerate. Continental breakfast was not very well stocked, but it had the essentials. Friendly service.

Convenient and price was good… Nothing too fancy… Had room facing road and could hear traffic.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and were able to reserve rooms last minute. They were also able to accomodate us to check in to the room early since we wanted to decorate it for the bride to be. Staff was very helpful and they were great conversationalists.

The lobby and room were clean. The staff was friendly. The rooms were adequate for the price. Beds were a little stiff, but I like my mattress firm anyway. The breakfast was pretty lackluster but again it's a "microtel" as advertised.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. Especially Wayne at the front desk, he will go above and beyond to help you. One of the cleaners was very polite think is name was Christopher he has such a bright personality he help me with directions and even put it into the Gps of my phone for me sent me to a really nice restaurant in Exton that I went to with my husband. The food there was great. My stay was 5 star and when passing through again wont hesitate to stop back in.

Cheap motel. Daytime manager flipped out when people were still attempting to get breakfast. Not cool dude! Ah, forgot to mention that it is far from being sound proof!

Very nice rooms! Looks newly renovated. Friendly staff. Location is kind of no where if walking though.

Not worth even one star. Place was horrible. The room wasn't cleaned properly. Was half drank soda in fridge, pair of shorts in bathroom. Place was in dire need of maintenance. And front desk didn't care.

Great hotel with a quaint little feel to it. Clerk was extremely helpful, and we received our rooms quickly. The breakfast was good with the basic annemities. If you have a chance to visit this hotel, be sure to order Sauceys pizza or go there in person, it is the best pizza around I can not begin to explain how great this pizza is.

Place is fine for the price. AC is a bit noisy but on par with a lot of motels. Was clean, utilitarian and comfortable with TV, fridge and microwave. Breakfast was free and decent.

The price was the best part. The rooms have been updated recently but are already beat up. Seems like a good party hotel but not what I was looking for at the time. The first room were given was infested with ants. The front desk gave us a new room right away but it was still disconcerting to find.

It's around just about everything, around the corner from Wells Fargo and McDonald's, 10 minutes away from town so it's super convenient and we'll placed. The room itself was nice, bed was comfortable and nicely sized room with everything you'd need for 1-2 nights stay.

Good price but not a fancy hotel. The rooms have a weird smell. The breakfast is basic with box pastries and cereal. There is at least coffee.

Sucks, there's no microwaves beds are horrible and the rooms look like they have been broken into alot also the TVs don't allow HDMI hookup.

Pros; nice staff, good location for the reason I was here, rooms are some what newley renovated. Cons, beds are hard, furniture in room was falling apart, the cover on the heater/a/c unit in my room fell off and no one seemed to know how to put it back on, and couldn't hook up to the HDMI plugs on the TV they somehow had them unhooked or blocked.

The beds are like plywood with a pillow top and the refrigerator is so small a gallon of milk fills it. Also not a good location.

Very nice outside very little accommodations inside. No fridge no microwave and TV is as big as some PC monitors. Any extended stays. Look elsewhere.

I didn't have high expectations because of price and location, but it is convenient to where I work in West Chester. They have free internet and the staff is very helpful. If you need to make a reservation, call the hotel directly. Don't do third party or corporate site. Ask for Shirley.

Avoid this hotel at all cost! Upon arrival, the room looked clean. However, after taking a shower, I walked around in bare feet while getting ready. Then my feet felt weird so I looked at them and they were black. LITERALLY! This place obviously NEVER cleans the carpets. They were disgusting.

Really nice place, looked it up on trip advisor. Great room and great price, would definitely stay here again.

Not sure why this microtel is getting such bad reviews. The room was cheap, only $79 a night, my room is extremely clean and my bed is comfy enough. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and my only complaint is the smell of fresh paint. The front desk was helpful enough, check in was quick and this cute girl Stephanie at the front desk smiles whenever I walk past. The people are friendly and pleasant. Honestly for the money I don't think this particular microtel has any competition in the area.
