Excellent accommodations! Beautiful clean room and excellent AC unit in room. There was even a beautiful big black dog at the front desk that was so friendly and well mannered that apparently was part of the management! LOL! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Very nice place to stay. The amenities are fantastic. Free laundry & work out area. Along with Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday free appetizers & draft beer from 5:30 — 7:30. The staff is very friendly.

Pros: free hot breakfast. Cons: dirty room, clogged shower drain (see pics — we didn’t remove stopper, either the cleaning staff did or the previous guest was hoping it would help with drainage, but the “sock” clogging the drain is the real problem), floors that are partially vacuumed, and bugs (there were a few in the room). Overall a disappointment. Ps, it’s June. The calendar on the fridge is from May.

Staybridge Suites was a nice hotel with friendly staff, although we did experience a few hiccups during our stay. The rooms are designed to accommodate “extended stay” visits, meaning they have a small kitchen area with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and utensils for dining. The refrigerator has an ice machine. There is also a comfortable desk in each room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were nice. They were advertising new beds in the room. This hotel is also pet friendly (we brought a large dog), although there is a $75 fee for this. We did run into a few issues during our visit. First, we were told that we would be put in a room with a pull-out sofa bed. However, our room did not have one. After calling the front desk, they apologized and gave us a different room without any hassle. It seemed to be merely a miscommunication. The new room did have the correct beds, however, the room did not have any blankets or extra pillows for it, and neither did the front desk. In addition, we had a lot of billing issues, with the hotel charging the pet fee to the wrong card and being unable to correct it after several phone calls. I am under the understanding that the hotel recently changed management, so this may explain some of the mixups and miscommunications. These were minor issues but the overall stay at this hotel was nice and certainly enjoyable.

Staff is so friendly! I loved the welcome from "Tucker" as soon as I walked in the door! The small dinner and breakfast was an unexpected treat! Highly recommend!

Only put a star because had no other choice. Booked and paid for our hotel through a third party. Arrived at checkin to find out that the hotel chose to overbook their rooms. (In favor of making more money with a large group) and told all of their guests who booked through third party that there were no rooms. Do not waste your time and money with this hotel. Backward and rude front staff. No understanding of the meaning of hospitality. We travel often and do most of our business in hotels all over the east coast and have never dealt with a more rude and uncaring front desk staff in my life. Don't waste your time. Drove 20 minutes away. Got a nicer room wonderful staff who understand the concept of holding a reservation. Upon arrival at our other hotel we were told by a front desk agent that this hotel does this often and they get their overflow. Hope we can save some other travelers the same displeasure.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Fitness room had 3 treadmills, a bike and elliptical machine, all very nice. Complimentary breakfast of bacon, eggs, waffles and cereal was great for the family. Room was spacious and clean, especially for being a pet friendly hotel! Not a single animal hair to be seen. Our room had no toilet paper or tissues, but front desk remedied that issue. Complimentary laundry machines were nice also, though in constant use by other guests. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.

FAMILIES DO NOT STAY AT ANY STAYBRIDGE SUITES! DO NOT BOOK! I booked this hotel through a third party as "similar to a Hyatt" or "Courtyard by Marriott. " Upon arrival, I found that my room had ONLY ONE BED. The bed was supposedly a queen. However, it was much smaller than my child's queen sized bed at home. I have a child who has nocturnal seizures. My child MUST have her OWN BED for SAFETY purposes. All double bed rooms were SOLD OUT! We walked into the room and immediately went to the front desk to check out. I contacted the third party who I booked through. They were very understanding and willing to reverse the charges. The GENERAL MANAGER of this hotel has REFUSED to reverse the charges. I booked a HOTEL where my CHILD would be SAFE! They KEPT all money for the ROOM that I did not stay in. I can't stand behind an organization that clearly does not have the customer's best interests at heart! The core of any organization that works directly with customers should be dedicated to keeping its customers SAFE, especially a CHILD with a MEDICAL CONDITION! This behavior is unethical and vile. Families this hotel is not for you!

I've stayed here a few times for work. It is always a pleasure. The breakfast and dinner socials are always stocked and staffed well. The staff is great and I've never had a complaint about any portion of my stay.

While the location is convenient to the highway and restaurants, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with an indoor pool and included warm breakfast, several bad situations here left me and my family with a bad experience. I did an advance purchase and called two weeks prior to confirm the booking and notify the hotel staff that this was for my daughter’s 10 birthday sleepover party and we would have additional guests (6 little girls) spending the night. I was advised that the suite I had booked online was actually moved to a handicap suite. However, they offered me fold away beds and listed that in my reservation and to keep me on the list to get the larger suite. 1 I was advised there were no larger suites as they had two large parties staying – a wedding party and a soccer tournament from NY. 2 – the pool was crammed, there was way too much chlorine in the pool and not enough proper venting and not enough towels for guests. 3 no fold away beds available. 4 broken DVD player. 5 Breakfast was crowded, not enough chairs or plates. Breakfast was good and the girls all loved that they could make their waffle and decorate in at the toppings bar. The kids had a great time and in the end that is all that matters but I would suggest to the staff to plan ahead for future large parties better to ensure all have a nice experience.

We rented a two bedroom suite and several regular rooms for a large family group for graduation May 2017. The whole hotel, our rooms, common lounge areas, and pool, was comfortable and the staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and everything was spotlessly clean. Having a suite with space for all of us to gather was a special bonus, and the cost not more than two rooms would have been. Highly recommend this hotel for business or personal travel.

It was a very busy time that we stayed here, and the breakfast was not properly prepared. There was nothing left with and hour left of the breakfast buffet and they didn't have any plates left. BUT the rooms were very nice and neat! And the beds were comfortable.

The staff at this Staybridge Suites is what makes this a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast buffet is a nice start to the day. The indoor pool is a nice addition, especially when inclement weather moves through. At the end of the evening, the outdoor fire pit is a good place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. All in all, this hotel is very nice, quiet, and a good place to stay just outside of Philadelphia.

Nice hotel. They have an indoor pool (which could have been a bit warmer). No hot tub though. And they had a nice social event for the guests that was free. Well kept room.

Has slow Wi-Fi warsher and dryer machines did not work properly and hardly any breakfast out in the morning also payed $120 for one bed room for one night. Not satisfied.

Nice clean motel. Well managed. Great rooms. This was a pleasant surprise to us! We highly recommend it!

It is a grate place to go there service is awesome and there food is grate I recommend staying at the Staybrige It is a awesome hotel.

Great rooms, our family of 7 was very comfortable in our suite. However it wasn't very clean and when housekeeping came in one time in our 3 night stay it was bare minimum in cleaning. The sheets on our king bed kept coming off every night and we never got replacements.

Location is convenient to the highway and restaurants. Rooms are clean, comfortable and very well appointed for a long term stay. Free breakfast and evening social hour are a bonus and staff is friendly…

Ummm ew! They did not change our sheets! We got here tonight and I was getting into bed and found tons of human hairs all over the sheets! Long ones, short ones, curly ones. Gross! I literally gagged. Like wth, the SHEETS? You can't get away with not changing the sheets! I'm so disturbed! I called the front desk, and they are bringing up so more sheets but they did not seem concerned… Uggggggggghhhhhhh.

I came to town for Limerick's refueling outage, first staying at Days Inn. Do yourself a favor and just book Staybridge. It's pricey, but it's better in every conceivable way. Indoor pool, full fitness center, laundry room, great room serving breakfast every day and dinner Monday-Wednesday AT NO COST, it smells good, employees are welcoming, free high speed Wi-Fi, plentiful outlets for power, great location… I could cry, it's so good here. It is perfect. It feels like home. Compared to Days Inn, it feels like heaven.

The place is amazing for the price. It has everything we needed! Stove, dish washer, fridge and freezer, etc. Definitely coming back here if I'm staying here.

Visit the area once a year for the past 6. Stayed at Staybridge the second year and have stayedhere since because of the service, rooms are comfortable and clean, also a good breakfast choice.

We stay at Staybridge Suites at least twice a year. We stay for roughly 2 weeks and visit family and friends in the area. We use the pool, the exercise equipment, the free laundry facilities and, in good weather, the exterior decks and barbecue equipment. Other amenities that make Staybridge our hotel of choice are their daily breakfast service which includes hot eggs, bacon and sausage, English muffins and toast, plus cold cereals, yogurt, fruit, juices and hot coffee and tea. They also provide dinner 3 nights a week. All meals. Are free. Their mini market with refrigerated, frozen and room temperature items are well selected to enhance your stay. In addition their rooms are all reasonably priced suites including some kitchen appliances allowing some preparation of snacks and small meals. I love staying here. We've been back here st least 6-8 times because it's perfect for us.

Cleanliness and hospitality were amazing. Loved the room design and everything worked as it should. Firepit in the back was a great place to relax.

I haven't even stayed there and they get one star for customer service. I called 5+ times without one call back yet about booking ALOT of rooms… you think they'd want my business and money.

Excellent hotel with great staff. Clean, convenient, welcoming. Evening snacks, free wine and beer. Nice breakfast. Clean grounds. Had pet and lots of room for walking. Would recommend.

As I tried to load my bags into a moving cart not one person came out to greet me. As I walked in no one approached to ask for help. Checked in, young lady at counter did not greet us with a smile nor did she say welcome! after checking in, she pointed in the direction of the room. Upon entering the suite, I noticed how small it was, although they were able to fit a whole kitchen a sitting area and a "full' size bed (not large enough for a 6'4 man. then, there is no privacy in the vanity area since it faces the bed. The bathroom is so small you need to enter sideways. they left: conditioner (but no shampoo) that was all. the toilet, appeared clean until you look down on the sides, had a puddle of urine. Cleaning staff is not thorough. this was a one night stay from sat to sunday. my stay was quiet, bed comfortable. I would have preferred a tour first. Not sure if using them again.
