Great hotel! Very modern, clean, and decorated. AMAZING STAFF! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My boyfriend and I had reserved a hotel room the night of a concert at the Wells Fargo Center. I had a mishap with my card at check-in and was running late for the concert. The lady at the front desk was so kind. She could see me getting upset and offered to take our bags for us. She gave us a ticket for them, allowed us to leave for the concert and to continue check-in afterwards. Thank you! Night staff was so pleasant as well. I had went down to the snack store and grabbed a bag of popcorn to make in the room. Before I made it to the elevator, the gentleman at the front desk let me know that unless I had a suite room, it would not have a microwave, and directed me to the one in the food area that I could use. I appreciated that, thank you! At check-out, the lady made things very simple. She also had asked us how our stay was. She printed out a receipt for me and explained the payment process and asked if I had any questions. Thank you for starting our day easily. After we arrived at home, my boyfriend had realized that he had left one of his most prized possessions in the room. He had placed his favorite glass blown pendant that he had made himself in the safe and we forgot to take it back out before leaving. I called the hotel in somewhat of a panic. The lady that answered my call was very reassuring and explained about what time the housekeepers would be back with any found items.

Very unhelpful staff and gave us the option to pay almost full price to cancel
or rebook to. Ew concert date and still added 150 dollars to the new date

We booked the Xfinity New Years Eve package. And come to find out after booking online, driving over an hour, then checking in, that they in fact they did not have our NYE entry ticket. So I sat in my room for 2 hours on the phone with Marriot, Xfinity live, and event brite, and with no help I was stuck to just check out and go home. No one at the front desk, or over the phone could help. Thanks for a wonderful night. Also the general manager still hasn't helped 2 days later…

We came down there for the Eagles vikes game yesterday and were so impressed with the stay there. Everything from the front desk staff, to the cleanliness or room, to parking was awesome. Will stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you.

The check in process was very simple and easy. We luckily found a parking spot on the street so we avoided the $15 parking fee. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area again.

New hotel was very nice and up to date in all areas. Rooms included King beds and pull out couches which were both comfortable. Meeting room we used for about 20 people was well appointed and included options for various A/V technologies. One issue was not enough parking available for number of rooms. Many had to park on street.

The rooms were very clean and well designed. The location is in a good or odd spot depending on if you're there for work at the Naval Yard or not, since it's located within a semi-secured section. When I arrived, our rooms were not ready, but the staff were quick to acknowledge the issue and made it up for us. The food was also really good and I would recommend the breakfast bowl or the breakfast sandwich. There is no pool at this location, but there is a fitness center.

We paid $340 to spend the night of a Taylor swift concert. The hotel brags about a 5 start restaurant which is actually a cheap Starbucks cafe that takes $20 for a burger. We also had a room with a sofa bed and a king bed. No sheets were provided for the sofa bed. I called 3times within 30 minutes with no response. They also had 1 person helping the 50 people check out snacks after the concert. So disappointed with the quality of room considering how much we paid. Never coming back.

This was easily the best First I've stayed at and one of the nicer hotels I've been at in general. Very modern and fresh looking room with a clean and appealing bathroom. Great front staff that made me feel welcome and really enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel. Quiet location. Near all sporting venues. You can walk or take a cab. The Navy Yard is a great place for a walking tour. Staff at the hotel was great. We will definitely stay there again for baseball and football.

By far, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff, especially, is amazing. Customer service is spot on and I commend management for their amazing team. Will stay here always when in Philly.

Great hotel! Seems to be brand new. I loved the lobby cafe. Better than many hotel cafes I've seen. The only odd thing about the place was my room had the bed not facing the TV. I don't know if I've seen that before. Overall great. Stayed for the Broad Street run but it would also be great for Eagles or Phillies games.

We stayed at this hotel last week. My son was able to get us a reservation for one night. The girl at the front desk was Wonderful. The room was amazing & so clean. I would certainly recommended this hotel for anyone looking for somewhere to stay. I really can't say enough about the service & the hotel.

We arrived late Saturday; had a problem with the first room, sent to a vacant dirty in error, but situation rectified quickly; comp breakfast next morning. Breakfast was good, banana bread french toast with candied walnuts. The room itself appeared clean, no stray hairs to be seen. Beds ultra comfortable. Tip: get a hotel room at a Marriott just to sleep. Staff friendly and helpful; even on the phone before arrival. Carts were available in the lobby for luggage, elevator clean and working order. Only irritant, front desk clerk did not mention u need room key in elevator. We thought elevator was malfunctioning because it would not go up. Plus, if u are there for a sporting event, stadium is within walking distance. Hotel located inside grounds of Navy Yard. Before getting there, call ahead during sports season to ensure gate policy into complex.

Amazing. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. The staff was phenomenal, walked in and never felt so welcomed and informed in my life. Great experience, love everything from the room, Starbucks, food, staff. Just overall great!

The staff here is exceptional! It is clear they love working here and enjoy being a part of a team with the goal of making the guest experience as great as it can be. I have hosted two conferences here with over 65 participants total. The front desk staff was friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The event teams and management were attentive and flexible, and sprung into action to make adjustments for us prior to guest arrival. Parking is easy and free. Overall the facilities and rooms are spacious, clean, and create a home away from home. Thanks for supporting Team RWB and our veterans!

This hotel is in great location. Chantel was so personable and friendly. She handled my check in and welcomed me and my family into the hotel with such grace. She really set the tone of what turned out to be an amazing stay at an amazing hotel!

I've never stayed here, but I do frequent the hotel lobby as it's right outside my office. Seems like a nice place to stay and I am told that it is. Lobby always has a fresh Sam Adams seasonal on draft. No complaints.

This hotel is a great place to stay when visiting Philadelphia. The staff are very friendly from the general manager to the desk clerks to the housekeeping. We didn’t see a miserable face in the building. The Bistro was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfy. There’s a park right outside the Courtyard and The Navy Yard is a great place to walk around and see all the old ships and buildings. My place to stay when going into the city.

The hotel is gorgeous and the location was amazing. There wasn’t a lot of options for their dining menu, but the options that they had sounded good. That being said, there are more rooms than parking so when the hotel was completely booked we were told to park on the street along the building, problem is there were no parking spots around the block left. We were then told we could park in the lot next door, but since it wasn’t their lot they weren’t liable and couldn’t guarantee what would happen to our car. Understandable, but insane that there wasn’t enough spots for customers when we paid over $300 for a room. That, and the fact that the employee lot was practically empty, but we were unable to park there.

Beautiful hotel. We happened to come across this hotel because we had so many problems at the hotel we were supposed to stay at. Clean, comfortable, convenient. The football players were staying there and were very friendly. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel, great room. Staff was friendly. However, I booked through Priceline and then was charged for the room instead of just holding for incidentals. This is a recurring theme with some hotels. I called, got a run around then was disconnected. Then they charged a new charge. Disputing with credit card company now.

Great hotel, the service is unbelievable. Everything is brand new, but the best quality is the Service by every level of the staff. From the moment you enter the facility to those that managed the Bistro. Everything screams perfection. We loved it, and plan to continue to use their services every chance we can.

My connecting flight in PHL was canceled due to the weather, and this was the closest hotel in the Marriott family with an available room that night. While checking in, after mentioning the reason for my stay, the gentleman at the front desk upgraded me to a king suite. I do have platinum status, but I never knew Courtyards had rooms that spacious! I ended up having to stay a second night and, because it was a Saturday, was moved to a cheaper room. Overall a pleasant stay considering the frustration one can expect being held over for two nights due to a snow storm. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. And the building is new, so the furniture, carpets, and linens were all clean.

Front desk staff not accommodating at all and basically told us tough and deal with it. If no parking spots available you are told to park on the street. Suppose to get a complimentary breakfast on first night of stay and we're told they don't do them if check in is less than 4 days. Won't be coming back after this stay ever and after talking to others that are staying I am not the only one. Also… cards work when they want to. One thing I can say… the bistro was amazing food. A bit pricey but good and staff was amazing.

About as good as you can find in this niche. Clean, modern, airy design, with spacious rooms and all the conveniences you need. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. This may be the best all around hotel I've stayed in this year, and I've spent many weeks in hotels in the U. S. And abroad this year.

The hotel is a wonderful experience. The staff is absolutely hospitable! The downside is there is nothing to in walking distance to eat or entertainment. You would need to use taxi, uber or lift services to and from every time you want to venture out. However this is the ideal hotel for sports fans as it is convenient to walk to all three stadiums to avoid traffic jam! Beds and shower are very comfortable! About 15 minutes from downtown $20-30 for car share ride one way. Car rental cost efficient if you choose this location to tour thehist city.

I am currently still staying here for the weekend. I have had great interaction with hotel staff. It is a clean hotel with great views of the stadiums. Accessible to alot of the city in a very nice location and very easy to travel to and from. Plenty of amenities throughout.

We stayed at the Courtyard when attending a concert at Wells Fargo. Very convenient location to walk back and forth to event. Hotel was very clean and modern. Comfortable beds. Free parking in a lot was a great advantage. Overall, great stay and definitely recommend.

It was a pleasure to stay at this location. Staff were nice and were able to recommend things to do in Philadelphia. The rooms are well kept and have a refrigerator and safe. This location also had a fitness center and bistro. Although staff were a bit loud in the hallways in the morning, I was very pleased with my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott.

Stayed here 3 times while visiting corporate headquarters from work. Staff is always super nice. Great to have Starbucks and a small convenience store in the lobby. Rooms always clean. Can't complain.

The Courtyard at the Navy Yard offers an unique urban traveling experience that is sure to please. The exterior building design is pleasing and parking is convenience. The check-in experience was pleasant and efficient. Our room was very clean and all was in its typical location. A few dim observations were that USB outlets seemed elusive throughout the room and hotel. The other issue is that every time you use the elevator, one must insert their room key into the swipe reader to permit access to the floors. The inconvenience is tempered by the fact that it is for the good of guest safety. Some have mentioned that the sporting complexes are close. This is true, but not convenient to get to without some form of transportation. We took Uber to the game, but had to walk back. The sidewalks were not well lit and treacherous at times.

Hotel was close and convenient to Wells Fargo Center, Lincoln Financial Field, Xfinity Live (15-20 min walk). Facility was clean, staff friendly. There was a Bar and Bistro in the lobby. Easy access to I-95. Would definitely recommend and stay there again myself.

Very nice hotel tucked away at the navy yard, across from the stadium complex. Very quiet at night. Check in and check our staff were extremely pleasant. One small complaint would be the housekeeping. Room was not properly stocked with bed sheets and blankets for the pull out beds, but once called down to the front desk, were quickly supplied. In room amenities including a drinking cup at the sink would have been nice also. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Was a very nice place, beds were comfortable, which is hard to find. Check in and out was painless. Not a large parking lot, had to find something on the street. The bistro was ok but would of liked another choice for some type of breakfast and maybe longer hours on the weekends to get food. Overall it was well worth it.

The location was perfect, only ten minutes from the restaurant fogo de chao. The rooms were clean and large. I recommend the suite is huge and has a good price. The service is excellent also.

Attended for a one day continuing education seminar. The facility was modern, comfortable and clean. Lunch and snacks provided by the hotel were good but not great.

We stayed in a room that cost $214.00. We are a family of 4 and we were told that a king size bed and sofa would be enough for us. Well it certainly wasn't. The sofa was a "full" size bed. I paid almost $500 and slept horribly, at the edge of the bed. Breakfast is not only not included but expensive. And good luck to you finding your way in with all the road closure And there is no pool if you go with your family. A lot of hotels in that price range have one.

Only stayed the evening arriving at 11pm. Would have really liked 24 hour room service or at least a late night bar with food. Nice room but nothing nearby outside the hotel.

We had an mma event in Philly, my daughter recommended this hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful, spotless and very clean and also very quiet at night. The staff very courteous and respectful. Although a little expensive. I would definitely stay there again.
