Normally a great experience, but this time they couldn't find my rewards number until I tracked it down later, my bathroom had a used towel and used soap in the shower.

Room was clean but could have been less dusty. Our microwave was broken and the staff was super friendly and replaced it right away! Pool was rather clean and towels were replenished frequently. Overall a very nice stay.

Great place to stay awsome service. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Great hospitality, excellent management at this Hampton Inn. Great breakfast as well! They actually have ALL THE FOOD out until 10am. Not like some others where there’s scraps after 9:30am. That was a huge help for my family. I have two complaints: My first complaint is the second room we were in, had hair on the tub from previous guests and my feet were filthy after walking around barefoot. So I took a wipe and wiped the floor to see how dirty it was and oh my goodness, it was awful! The wipe was black! Then I looked around and the layer of dust around the corners and in the drawers was just gross. I’m sure it’s an over sure but I would recommend “a talking to” to the cleaning staff. My second complaint was about one of the cleaning staff, they bumped into my 16 year old daughter in the hallway and failed to apologize or respond respectfully when my daughter “oh sorry” she rolled her eyes and said “hmmm”. Just ignorant, and no reason for it. That’s a shame.

Clean and very helpful. Had to stay for business but they where all so nice I felt comfortable. Also accommodated early and late check out. Just remember to leave a tip in your room it's the proper thing to do.

My family and I absolutely love this place. The hotel staff are the most welcoming and wonderful group of people. The prices is unbeatable, the room is clean and comfy, the breakfast is awesome, and the area is nice. It's a little far from Philly is my only complaint but I can't blame the hotel for that.

The manager is very accommodating. I truly believe he cares about running this place. I watched him check people in and then go mop a floor to taking care of rooms. Kid's loved the pool and the breakfast in the morning. It was like a short vacation while the power was out for us.

Not a great experience. Got back to the room on the second night and noticed a red (maybe blood? ) Stain on the comforter. Called the front desk and asked to replace it. Headed out for the night and by the time we came back (4 hours later) the sheets were not changed. Ended up throwing them on the floor and not using them that night. Other than that it was a pretty please tell experience.

There was a mix up with my credit cards, they charged me for an extra day, when the reservation should have been cancelled. There is something suspicious going on here with the GM trying to boost his numbers. Dont stay here.

Rooms were clean. Nice decor. Nice ammenties. My only complaint was the pool was not heated as stated.

Needs more than the collections back with a cartoon character on it. No problem with me too.

Excellent breakfast with ample space to eat. Maintenance and cleaning could be improved. Mostly clean rooms.

Unique set up! I like it how most if the amenities are on the lower level including the pool. The pool was fun to swim in. The breakfast is as good as always with Hampton Waffles. The criticism I have is that it was stuffy in the rooms and the beds were rather uncomfortable. Other than that I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

This place was terrible. I couldn't check in to my regular hampton inn on oaks so I booked 2 nights here. The bedsheets were dirty and had blood strains. And the worst part was the breakfast. The breads were mostly stale, the gravy tasted like vomit. I'd never go to this place again. I do not recommend this place.

Completely unorganized, stayed there for a friend's wedding. Rooms were not ready when they were supposed to be. Took 20 minutes just to check out. Simple requests were not completed. Management has changed three times in the last 6 months. Do not stay here.

The worst! Front desk charged two cards. Three weeks later computer clitch causes all cards on file. To be recharged. Victoria at front desk never returns calls. Carla brown promised to have GM call and never happened. Now I had to get a new card from my bank… oh and BTW, I'm a Diamond member : (

This place was terrible. I booked a block of rooms for my wedding which they promptly lost and didn't even apologize for it. There's never anyone at the desk when you call to book a room (or call for anything else while you're there). There were crumbs on the floor and in the bed of our "clean" room when we got there and the fridge had other people's leftover, smelly food. No one ever cleaned our room during our stay. It gets one star for it's breakfast in the morning, which wasn't half bad.

Believe what you are reading about this hotel. A year out from our wedding, we booked a 20 room block with the sales manager. With two months to go, and our invites out, I contacted the hotel to check in on how many rooms we had left, and spoke to Steve, who always seemed some combination of confused, stressed out, and exasperated. Steve told me that the manager I signed my contact with left the company months ago, and that Jayson was the new manager. It took me three weeks to finally get Jayson on the phone. Steve, and other staff, seemed to be screening calls for him, as he was either never in, or always busy. I emailed or left messages for Jayson almost daily. With a month to go, I called corporate customer service, who simply transferred my call to Steve (see above). After three attempts with Customer Service, I was finally put in touch with Jayson, who didn't seem to know where my contract was, and needed me to send it to him. With two weeks out, and more unanswered emails and voicemails, I contacted the other hotel I had Courtesy Rooms at, and without hesitation, they added another 15 rooms to my block, and I had all the guests at the Hampton Inn cancel and re-book at the other hotel. In summary, something is wrong at the Hampton Inn, and dealing with them was nothing short of a nightmare. Until management gets it together, avoid this hotel!

The rooms were updated and spotless. Breakfast was the usual choices, and was very good. Overall it was a good value for my 3 night stay.

The reviews for this hotel were great until this month, and I have to agree. The hotel has by far the two rudest desk clerks I've ever come across (in any city, in any country) : Ronald and Steve. Whether they were ignoring customers to talk to friends on the phone, arguing with customers at the desk, carrying on loud complaining phone arguments, or berating athletes who were waiting to check in, these men were unbelievable. The maintenance staff was very friendly, but the reviews from the past two weeks mention theft by housekeeping staff. The pool deck was covered with discarded towels, and the pool chemistry was off to the point of color change and cloudiness. On the plus side, the breakfast was better than any Hampton Inn I've stayed in. I don't know what's going on here, but I'd stay away. The other half of the guests for the wedding we're attending stayed at the Holiday Inn Express around the corner; that looks like a much better-managed property.

Check in was good, but after we settled in for the evening, we realized that there was only 1 remote control but there were 2 tvs (we had a 1 bedroom suite). We called the front desk and the nice young lady who checked us in told us that she had another remote, but it had to be programmed. Since it was late, we told her that we would pick it up in the morning. The sheets and the sofa were itchy, as if something had been sprayed on them. The safe was not working, the iron leaked water out of the top whenever we used it, and the rack that the ironing board hung on in the closet, was broke. The next day we left for several hours and came back, but our room was never serviced. We called the front desk and the nice young lady, who checked us in, brought fresh towels to our room. On checkout day we were literally standing at the door to leave our room at 11:00 am, (making sure we did not forget anything) when there was a knock at the door. It was the front desk person (a man), telling us that checkout time was at 11:00. I could not believe it! I told him that I couldn't believe that of all the problems we had with this room, he had the nerve to remind us of the checkout time? He told us that we had to speak to his manager about the problems and that the rooms only get serviced once every 72 hours. Although the rooms are decent, we will not be returning. This hotel seems to have management issues.

Rooms were very nice and upkept well. The pool was heated and very relaxing. The weight room complimented any needs you may have for a training session for a hotel. Very well.

Had stayed here before and don't get me wrong but it is a nice facility but they have to work on their personnel. I had a horrible experience with Steve today 6/9/16. I flew in from a Redeye and came in this morning to pick up some work supplies that had been dropped off their. First of all his greeting was very unprofessional, he seemed all over the place. I asked if my packages were here he said in a very condesending tone to wait he was very busy then said my boxes were not their and told me he had talked with his GM about it to have back up. He then walked me into his office to check for them "so I can see with my own eyes that he wasn't lying" proceeded to a lower maintenance storage and their they were. They guy has too work on slowing down and be more courteous. So I went off to work and he said he wouldn't have any rooms till 2pm. I did return at 1:45pm to check walked in and kindly asked. He was talking to a guest (Gossiping) about then turned to me very rudley and said "give me second wait" I was upset at that point and he noticed so he cut his non business conversation and acknowledged me. Unacceptable!

Clean, ample rooms, great breakfast, swimming pool, etc. Love the very well stock 24hs fresh tea and service.

Steve at the front desk is very helpful in telling you about nearby attractions and the best places to get food. The complimentary breakfast is very good for a hotel and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are very nice and clean.

I was there visiting my parents who spent the weekend there. If it was very clean and very well kept. Although the guy working at the front desk at the time was constantly on his phone or in the lobby watching TV he wasn't very attentive, other than that everything was great! Steve is always wonderful to see!

Will never stay in this location again (thinking of changing to a different hotel chain, maybe Marriott) early morning I have to go to work and from work around 10AM I call for a late checkout, they told hotel is fully booked for the night and they can give 12:30PM (hotel was not even full I checked with the Hilton app had plenty of rooms), got to the hotel 11:15am and ask from the front desk if I can get a paid late checkout he said no (he was wearing a white t-shirt with a open button pullover did not think that was professional or a good image for Hilton, felt like going to a motel 8), so when to the room to take a shower but to see housekeeping was cleaning the room, come back to the front desk asked why are they cleaning my room when I have a late checkout until late 12:30PM, he said no one call, he said he qas at the frint desk since 7AM (he basically told I was lying) know I call it showed my call record, he said nothing can be done at this point, unless I pay for a whole night. Every month I visit to PA for work and stay for whole week, all ways stayed with Hilton, may be it's time to find a new hotel chain.

We're in a Hampton inn in Pennsylvania and it is amazing and beautiful and everybody that's works here is so cool and sweet the location is great and your just 15 minutes away for shopping, eating, dancing, etc.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS I am writing this letter to express my shear disappointment and feelings while staying at your hotel. I will start off by saying that the hotel itself is a very nice place to stay and the staff was nice at first, however after what I experienced I am truly disappointed and actually in shock at the lack of empathy for a guest staying in your hotel. When I share this story with others, they all asked me what the hotel did to help and are in complete shock and disbelief when I respond with, “nothing”. Here is what happened, around 6:50PM I went down to the first floor with my son, sister and nephew to go to the vending machine. When we got back to the second floor, I got out of the elevator helping my nephew and my son was trailing a little behind, I turned around and saw the elevator door was closing so I stuck my leg in the door ASSUMING it would bounce back open like most elevator doors do when something is blocking the way, they open back up. This was not the case, watch the security tapes. The door did not open back up and my son was trapped in the elevator. My sister ran downstairs to get help from someone at the hotel, the person at the front desk (I don’t have his name but he has long hair and wears a ponytail) moved very slowly and DID NOT show one drop of concern for the situation. This was a two year old scared and trapped in an elevator and we were trying to get him to rush to help us.

The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Will be staying here again. However, I wish the rooms were a little bit more soundproof… Our next door neighbors had some rowdy kids late into the night! Not a big deal, though.

Most horrible experience in this hotel, as what many reviews said, the manager, Tammy, is the rudest person we have met. When my wife and I brought up a noise issue that kept us up, instead of being apologetic, she dismissed it rudely and started to yell at us at the top of her voice when we tried to reason with her. We were completely taken aback that a hotel manager would do that to her guests! Her behavior was utterly unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE. We eventually found out that any complaints filed with the Hilton guests assistance will be redirected back to the Hampton Inn, and Tammy, who is also the general manager, will be the one handling the complaint, so she would actually get away with it. That's probably why she continues to be rude and yell at her hotel guests. And as what Stacy McMannen pointed out, she would deny that she yelled at her guests. With so many reviews complaining about how rude she is and how she would yell at her guests, she would still try to lie about her own disgusting behavior. If anyone has any serious complaints, make sure it gets to the owner of the hotel, his name is Gary Sheth. We will make sure our complaint gets to him, and hopefully he will stop this rude employee from ruining his business. We will never stay at this hotel again as long as Tammy still works there!

Horrible customer service from the manager! My family stayed here for a 3 day stay while in PA. We were actually very impressed with our stay. Very clean and nice. The complimentary breakfast was good. The only complaint we had was that housekeeping never came during our stay. We had to go to the front desk for our towels. But it gets worse. When we returned home, we checked our bank account. Noticed that we were charged for our reservation twice. Called the next morning to speak to the manager Tammy, she is the rudest person that I have ever had dealings with. She saw no error on there end. I had to have our bank fax over a statement showing the two charges. She was yelling at me on the phone so loud that my co-worker could hear her. My husband put in a customer complaint about her rude behavior. She e-mails me stating that she never yells. I just read multiple reviews where other customers had a bad experience dealing with her, and her yelling. After reading some reviews about money being stolen from rooms, I am thankful that housekeeping never came to our room. They also do NOT stand behind the 100% Satisfaction or your stay is free. My family will never again stay at a Hampton Inn because of the horrible customer service we received after our stay.

Despite a clear booking request for adjoining rooms or rooms next to each other we were given rooms far apart. It turns out the room next to one of the rooms we were assigned was empty so we were able to be relocated, but why wasn't this done first? The room and bathroom were clean as it is a fairly new hotel, but I awoke with a start at 1:30 a. M. When someone aggressively pushed the room door open into the safety lock several times. Thankfully the safety door lock held as I had forgotten to check the deadbolt before going to bed. After trying to get in a couple of times they left, and because they disappeared quickly and weren't trying to enter other rooms it seemed as though it had just been a mistake and they had likely been checked into our room. If they were serious about hurting us, they would have been much quieter about their attempted entry which even awoke my husband in the room next door. After that brief terror, however, and a strange one-ring phone call at 2:30 a. M. It took a while to go back to sleep. When neither of our room keys worked any longer in the morning (having been stored separately on tables in two different rooms overnight) the only explanation we could come up with is that our room change was not properly completed and our 1:30 am visitors were assigned to our room and given key access by the front desk, resetting our room keys in the process.

I would have given them a lower score if I could. I mostly stay at Hilton chains and I travel more often than not. The service here was what one my expect if you're staying at a jail or prison. So I had a decent amount of money disappear from my room so naturally I called the front desk. The hotel manager, Tammy, picked up and instantly started accusing me of trying to pull one over on them. She even said "Who would leave money out in a place like this. " That's a reasonable thing to say if you're at a hostel but certainly not a Hilton property. So basically I got my money stolen and to add insult to injury the manager calls me stupid and a liar. So then I complain to Hilton and they put in a dispute with the hotel which means the manager of the hotel is supposed to take care of within 72hrs. She never got back to me and I ended up having a total of 4 disputes of which none of them have been resolved or even responded to. My next step will be to take it up with the hotel owners. If you're going to be in this area, there's another Hampton Inn in Valley Forge, one in King of Prussia and a really nice Homewood Suites in Valley Forge. Do yourself a favor and stay there.

Worst experience in a hotel. We had money stolen from our room from housekeeping. And when my roommate went to report it to the manager he got accused of trying to rip the hotel off. Off course the housekeeper called out sick the next two days after the money went missing from our room. Sad thing about it that same housekeeping person still works their. If you're gonna stay their keep an eye on you're belongings.

My family came to visit me and we stayed in this hotel for about a week now. We are experiencing great services and we are loving the location of it. 5 min away from the Philadelphia Premium Outlet and 10 min away from movie theater and etc. Great breakfast with different foods everyday and the managers are really kind and nice. Also, loving the fitness center and swimming pool too.

First of all let me just say that due to the traveling nature of my job I basically live in Hampton Inns across the U. S. Almost every week I spend a week at a Hampton Inn. At this hotel on 12/01/14, the card reader that unlocks the door to my room stopped working. The front desk clerk couldn't open the door with the master card. The only way to get in was by using an actual key that the manager had at her house. However, I was surprised how irresponsible the manager acted during this situation. Fist of all she didn't bother coming that night until the next morning at 7am. So I was basically without clothes, without my computer and phone (I couldn't do any work), and without my study materials. But the manager, Tammy, did not seem to care about that. Instead, the next morning she showed up to yell and to talk to people in a way that you should NEVER talk to customers. For someone that stays in Hamptons on a frequent basis this is just UNACCEPTABLE.

I have to say we were blown away with this Hampton Inn location. The price was excellent, the staff was motivated, happy and helpful and the style, condition and cleanliness of the room and all of the hotel was top notch. I felt that everyone who worked there was glad to be there and enjoys their job. Who ever owns, operates or manages this location needs to be running the entire Hampton Inn operation. Additionally we were in town for a wedding and our 7 year old was with us and the whole staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. My son even made a buddy with several people in housekeeping. Highly recommend this location.
