Best service ever.
. I had a crisis moments and they where.
There for me.

We were told they had cribs available for us, but when we got there they did not have any. We had to go buy cribs. Disappointed in their lack of safe sleep options for our baby. I spent time at the store buying a pack n play I did not need, instead of being with my family.

Great place. Clean rooms. Lots of towels and comfy pillows. Sweet pool and hot tub. No complaints.

Stopped by earlier to finish paying my balance. Had a quick cup of their coffee (decaf available) while I waited. The sleeves was fun then I discovered the cup had a mustache also. It was unexpected so I had to share.
As for everything else… Friendly, helpful and patient.
Can’t wait to have my event here.

Very nice staff, clean room. A lot of money for a very very small room with King bed, one chair and one desk chair. Makes it difficult If one person wants to watch TV while the other sleeps.

I sleep in this hotel more nights of the year than my own bed. Even though I could stay anywhere within a 30 minute radius, I still choose to stay here because of the many friendly faces and warm welcome I receive every single time I walk through the doors. The morning crew is very bubbly and the evening ladies are always full of stories and are very helpful when it comes to evening plans for dinner or drinks around town.

If you're looking for basic accommodations, it's the best in the area. Decent rooms (mini fridge only/ No microwave), pleasant staff, free breakfast, and indoor pool (which was out of service all 6 weeks I stayed there).

We always stay at Hampton Inn, Wonderful place. Can't beat it.

The staff here is top-notch. We hadn't planned our visit, but stopped in the wee hours, after a very long night of driving, and were so grateful there was room in the Inn — and for the generously late breakfast and checkout times we were assured of, by more than one sympathetic staff member. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the bathroom very clean. And what a great breakfast in the morning! Hot items were delicious and fresh (even for us late risers), and there were so many thoughtful details (such as a variety of toppings for oatmeal or grits, plus individual containers of salsa and hot sauce packets for the eggs! ). Even a power outage (area-wide, we discovered as we drove out) did not mar the employees' good spirits and hospitality. This was the best hotel stay I've had in ages.

Don't bother trying to book rooms for a wedding. I have been trying to book rooms for an upcoming wedding for 5 weeks now. Not one phone call back. Horrible customer service.

The rooms range from cozy to spacious, the staff is lovely and it's located near the heart of Middletown minutes from everything.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Hampton. Highly recommended. Cleaning the whirlpool would be great though.

Very close to new development area of Middletown. Located near many restaurants, grocery and other retail stores for great convience. Clean lobby, clean and comfy rooms, daytime staff is very friendly including breakfast, front desk and cleaning staff. Will stay here again when I am in town.

This is the absolute best place to stay in town! All joking aside, this really is a nice place to stay. The rooms are nice with modern interior decoration. The town is growing and has many places to eat.

Nice hotel. Great breakfast buffet in the morning and the pool area was clean and not crowded. The friendly hotel staff made our visit to Delaware that much more enjoyable. Would definitely return when I visit again.

The young man that checked us in did a great job. Our stay was uneventful, the room was clean, a/c was a little weird, it didn't seem to stay in sync with the thermostat. It would get several degrees warmer before the unit would kick on. Makes for a rough night of sleep for some like me… cookies and fruit were nice additions to our arrival. I would give 3 1/2 stars if I could. That a/c thing messes me up. Other hotels play these games too. I didn't think Hampton would. A good night's sleep is the primary reason I stay in a hotel.

Like all hampton inns, I had a lovely overnight experience.

When I stayed at the Inn, they were undergoing the process of finishing up their renovation. Due to that, things like one of the lights not working is understandable and excusable. The problems that occurred were larger than that. When we first arrived, two of the four rooms were not ready. Not that they weren't clean, they weren't done finishing up the renovation of the rooms. Why would you not focus on rooms with reservations? The security locks on the doors are awful as well. The handle must be turned up, not down, and it usually takes several tries to open the door as it does not always actually unlock. The staff laughed the problem away, and showed not concern about fixing it. Finally the pillows are so thin they might as well be non existent. Bring your own pillow.

The beds were so comfy that I would be in bed for hours! :) The pool and hot tub was nice and that helped me sleep good. Definitely a good place to stay! Our only problem was that we had a room near the elevators and we had to turn on the air vent so we can't hear the elevators go up and down. Otherwise you should stay here it's the best!

I had a short one night stay. The room was comfortable and nice. My only concern with Hampton inn chain in general is that the breakfast could be a little better and they need to stop serving it on papaer plates. This is a Hilton, not a campsite.

Room needs more outlets next to the beds, pillows were too soft for my taste. But over all very clean and a good experience.

Rooms were very clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast was well put together and very filling.

It seems like the rooms have been recently renovated. The ceilings were high, room was large, and the décor was modern and classy. Major bonus points for a shower that got warm quickly and had strong water pressure!

I've stayed here twice for work in the area and enjoyed my stay both times. The hotel is very clean, the staff is nice and helpful, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is pretty good for a continental breakfast, not just cereal and danishes. The AC units are noisy though, that's really my only complaint. It's woken me up several times in the night.

I was very please with my stay. Thanks to the front desk clerk Rochelle. Very pleasant person. The room was different from the last stay. The bed was very comfortable.

I stayed here in early December. I prepaid for the room online — this was my first mistake, I should have just made a transaction with the front desk directly. The hotel continued to charge me for a room and claimed that it was not prepaid. So now, I have been charged once by the online booking system, and again by the hotel. It is a month later and I have yet to see a refund. I have tried several occasions to speak with the manager about this. She will not return my messages. Sometimes she will have the front desk call me back but no such luck with a refund. Other than the terrible payment / management service incident, the room was pretty standard (except for the empty beer bottle on the window sill that the cleaning people must have overlooked). Pool was closed at the time, and the breakfast was lacking. There are probably better places to stay, but if you have to, I'd make the reservation directly with the front desk to avoid getting charged twice for your booking.

We walked in exhausted late at night into this hotel. We were driving up from Florida and had all kinds of needs and requests. First of all, we were very impressed by the staff. The counterperson Kerrianne was intelligent, creative and helpful. However, we were equally impressed by the next morning's counter person as well as the breakfast lady. Maybe it's the people in this part of the country, who knows. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We loved it.

This was 2.8 miles off route 1 which was a little out of the way, but well worth it. Upon arrival the woman at the front desk was courteous and efficient. The room was easy found upon exit of the elevator. Our room was very clean and had updated funishings. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were very powerful and relaxing. Breakfast was very good, there is a vast selection to choose from and all the food is fresh.

My boyfriend and I stayed here overnight just for a place to rest our heads and shower the next morning. The rooms where gorgeous and well furnished. Unfortunately in the morning when we went to get showers we found there to be no hot water. Upon telling the clerk at the counter about the problem he informed me the problem had been occuring all week and they were working on it! This information would have been nice to know when we checked in the prior night. The lack of communication on their part in reguards to the issue was very disheartening.
