Randy was wonderful when I booked the room. Later, my son and his fiancé went to the front desk for an upgrade, the room was great just a little small. The young lady at the front desk was super helpful and got them upgraded and was able to keep the same rate. Don’t know her name but she was working 1/6/22 in the evening at this location. Thank you!

As we are still on our stay here we have notified the staff three times about our air conditioner not working correctly. Their answer was, it’s hot outside so the rooms will be humid. Our room is hotter and more humid than the hallway. If the air was fixed correctly then I wouldn’t be closely checking everything but since they have already made our stay uncomfortable, the moldy bathroom doesn’t help on top of it. There is black mold that bathrooms normally get if not taken are of along with stains all over the floors. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay here. The price vs the stay experience just doesn’t match.

We love holding our events here! Close to everything in Lewes and Rehoboth. The downstairs bar and lounge is a great place to gather.

They have a great staff and you can tell that customer satisfaction is their main goal! loved the breakfast, and my room was fantastic.

I love staying at any of the Marriott properties they are always nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always good and the staff are awesome.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean inside and out. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The included free breakfast was over the top. Had everything you needed as far as food and drinks.

The location is about a 10 minute drive from the downtown area. There is no beach access directly from the hotel. The rooms were nice and staff was friendly. However depending on what side you are on there are a ton of lights that will shine into your room.

Wonderful facility. Here from out of town. One of the nicer hotels in Rehoboth but not in all the congestion. Easy parking.

Recently had a reunion at this location. The hotel is very modern, clean, with a small gym, indoor pool, lounge/bar and free breakfast with room rentals. Better than the hotel itself was the staff!

Had a great stay, very friendly helpful staff. This is my second time staying here.

The room was very clean and looked to be relatively recently renovated. The lobby was very nice. We didn't take advantage of the happy hour or the morning breakfast so I can't comment on those. Getting in and out of the parking lot is kind of a pain because you can only turn right I to and out of the parking lot. Otherwise it was very nice.

Fairfield Inn has been a great hotel for the Miss Delaware pagent and we are grateful! Staff is friendly, rooms were really nice. Convenient to shopping and all attractions.

The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast the following morning was delicious.

There were good details: The breakfast was decent, the front desk was okay and the bar tender in the basement lounge was great. But we stayed two nights without any maid service, the mattress was so uncomfortable I now have a sore back. While it wasnt the hotel's fault, it was still indicative of the clientele: I dropped my jacket while moving in and immediately retraced my steps, but to no avail. Someone evidently found it, took it, and didnt notify the front desk.

Can't say enough about this hotel! The accommodations are fabulous, but better yet all the folks working there are too notch! The breakfast in the morning is more than satisfactory, the decor is very modern throughout the hotel and the downstairs bar/lounge area is very welcoming. Gotta love it!

I always stay at this brand of hotel when my son and I travel. It’s extremely clean. Guest services are always so nice! Free hot breakfast, and decor and linens are always clean and top notch. Very stylish hotel! My go to!

I could not be more impressed. After we made reservations at another hotel in the area for the sole purpose of taking my four year old swimming and some fun mommy/daughter time, we checked in and got told the pool was closed… so we made an inquiry here and BAM, pool is open and the room was booked. We checked in with Joseph and he is the real reason that I am posting a review. He was friendly, helpful and kind. He made it a point to go the extra mile and not just check us in, it felt like we were old friends. I can’t wait to come and stay again.

This was by far my best experience possible at any hotel I was treated with the upmost care and concern my family had a wonderful time ms. Cheryl at the front desk was excellent! clean rooms great service awesome breakfast.

Went there for interview for a job, the job had nothing to do with them. Inside is beautiful. Don't know anything about the Inn.

Hotel seemed fairly new at time of stay. Free hot breakfast every morning was an added bonus. Entrance to the hotel is in an awkward location. Near a light but the light it not usable by hotel guests. Otherwise not too bad.

Pleasantly surprised by the out back patio as well as conference center. Beautifully done.

The rooms and lobby are nice, the pool is tiny and unwelcoming. The employees are friendly but not overly helpful. Breakfast was pretty good.

We got stormed out of our campsite and called Fairfield Inn & Suites. They had a room available and had no problem with us coming in covered in sand and doing our laundry at all hours of the night. The lady at the front desk was so nice and understanding. We had two small children and it was midnight when we got there. The staff in the morning were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Location is decent, although a series of u-turns is unfortunately required to access it. The rooms have some cleanliness issues (mainly hairs being present and some surfaces (headboard, chair elbow rest, etc) obviously weren't cleaned between guests. Staff is very nice though.

We stayed here for one night and had a blast. It is prime location, just a short drive to the beach We rode our bikes to the beach and passed all of the awesome stops. Room was super clean and the staff was very nice.

The bedding was white but had makeup on the top that wasn't mine. So not totally please with cleanliness. The breakfast was nice and the ease of access to the surrounding areas was also nice. You get what you pay for, but I do expect clean.

Very new hotel when we stayed hereand everything was in tip top shape. Had a great buffet breakfast that varied over the days we were there (I hate when a place puts the same thing out everyday), and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were nice, breakfast was good. Room heater didn't work well at all. Very cold throughout entire stay.

Let's start at the beginning. Walked in and asked if they had a vacancy. Yes. Do you have a king? Yes. Ok I'll take it. Oh you'll have to book the room yourself, our computers are down. Ok. Um the web site says you don't have king available. Oh, my mistake. Ok I'll take queen. Would have been nice to offer the queen at the king price. Now the room. The air conditioning is extremely loud. Killed a little black bug, and a cricket. That night my wife said "what's under the desk? " YUK! Someone's dirty socks. Told the front desk. He came to my room with a glove and plastic bag to remove the dirty socks. Would have been nice to offer some type of compensation. Will I be back? NEVER.
