Absolutely the best Hotel.

Great rooms, all suite hotel, outdoor seasonal pool. Breakfast included. Great staff. Clean. BBQ area.

The room is very nice, location is great (I'm working at the airport), and the staff are helpful. I would stay here again.

The manager on duty called the cops because kids were crying in the lobby. She as well made antisemitic remarks about the ppl staying at the hotel that weekend.

Great hotel for the night. Quick check in, comfortable bed, and very nice to have a full kitchen. We took advantage of late check out, and loved our stay.

Our second overnight stay at this hotel, as a midway point for our trip. Staff were all warm and friendly, room was clean. This is a great deal for a small family just needing a second space within the room. We used the pool and hot tub, which both seemed well maintained, and then had dinner from the kitchen on the BBQ patio. Dinner was surprisingly delicious (Korean street tacos, pizza, and salad with grilled chicken). Highlight is the hot breakfast spread, with omelette bar! We will stay here again!

Nice place. Easy access to roads and I-287. Easy to access parking. The rooms are big. Service is polite. Internet works well and is fast. We had a nice room that had a kitchenette with a full size fridge.

Staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good with good seating available. Room was very neat with nice layout. There was a lot of noise from the street and in the hallway which was due to our rooms positioning within the building, but otherwise had a very pleasant stay.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever had at a hotel. They somehow lost my organization's credit authorization number and charged my personal credit card. When I try to get refunded, I wait over an hour on the phone on hold. Called the corporate office to transfer me to the hotel. Finally told got a hold of the Assistant Manger Jose, who told me that I had to do the leg work to fix their mistake. "This conversation is over" he informed me before he promptly hung up. Made a formal complaint with corporate office. Don't go here.

A quite respectable hotel with reasonable prices, quality rooms and decent parking. Not much food available for breakfast, though several fast food restaurants are open early nearby. Very convenient to an exit on I-287 and to routes to I-95 and the NJ Turnpike.

The rooms are incredible. All of them. The staff has been outstanding and very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Hotel is in a great area for my work. Check in was very smooth and friendly. Rooms are clean and modern bathrooms. I have a suite with a full kitchen and it is extremely nice. The only issue I had was that the smoke detector started beeping but it was fixed immediately once I mentioned it to the front desk. I've stayed here in the past, and I'll stay here again.

Fake service absolutely no smoking rooms which is ridiculous. Every old person smokes cigarettes, so why arent there any? Overall rooms were nice and modern.

I’m amazed this place got such good reviews … at check in it was clear that efficient service wasn’t front and center which is what id come to expect from a Hyatt. The shuttle was “booked” and I was told to use Uber if I needed a ride. My smoke detector starting talking to me at 1am on the first night and the last straw, I just waited for 20 minutes, at the bar waiting to order some food and it was chaos. The till wasn’t working, the bartender was taking orders in a haphazard way and not taking note to who was there first … I do not recommend this place and will not be coming back.

Got the suite room w built in kitchen and living room area very nice double doors to lead into the Bedroom. Great place to take a sexy female lol.

Great staff. Don't think cleaning was all that great since I found a phone case on the couch cushion.

I was so pleasantly surprised with the accommodation and staff were absolutely wonderful, kind and humorous! I thought the room size was generous, the kitchen area was perfect size — I needed to work and had to use my outlet pack since there weren’t enough at the bar area in the room, however that being the only (minor) concern and I am always prepared for that issue!

The rooms are spacious, the halls are usually quiet, the gym was convenient, and the bed was so comfortable. Creature comforts met! Parking was decent, too!

I have stayed in this hotel twice (total 4 nights) and everything is neat and clean. Highly recommend their suite which is ideal for big family.

When I got to Hyatt House, both me a d my work associate were upgraded to deluxe rooms free of charge. The hotel staff was very accommodating and the morning breakfast was good enough for a free meal. I would chlose to stay here again if given the choice.

The hotel is quite good, you will find a mix in staff working there like receptionists are okay, the bartenders are good, the chefs are amazing, the shuttle drivers are rude. The rooms are decent. The place is a little outside, 10mins ride from town.

Pricey food but great accommodations.

The rates are very low compared to many other hotels and the room I stayed in was more like a one bedroom apartment than a hotel room. Full kitchen with full sized appliances. All dishes, cookware, utensils, and silverware included. Extra roomy closet and shower. When I travel back to the area I will be staying here for sure.

Excellent Clean modern comfortable beds and wonderful kitchen and bathrooms great breakfast the a/ c was great staff great! First time in a Hyatt house. We are Marriott people and usually only stay in Marriott's. We were here for a wedding and this was far superior to Marriott. We were guaranteed early check in but when we arrived our room was not ready. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom with 3 beds and two bathrooms! It was spacious and wonderful! Hyatt may bebour new go to place. Staff was great too!

Can't say enough about the wonderful stay I had at the Hyatt House Morristown, NJ. The staff was friendly, engaging and efficient. The room was more then imagined. (And they had to down grade us b/c of overbooking) I Would highly recommend staying at the Hyatt House Morristown.

Nice rooms, especially for extended stays or family. Some wear and tear starting to show, however. Comfortable beds, and A/C that doesn't shut off randomly in the night. Good free breakfast and Wi-Fi.

I had a very good overnight experience here. They had a cook making omelettes made-to-order at the breakfast, and the front desk was very polite and helpful.

We stayed one night at the Hyatt House Morristown and had a great experience. Accommodations were clean and nicely appointed. Especially helpful to have the separate bedroom with our 2 year old. Nice outdoor pool and grill spaces.

Hotel was a very reasonable price. Bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good with a made to order omelette bar. Getting in and out of the place from the road was kind of difficult. The turn in from the Park Ave. Side is very cramped and you could easily have trouble depending on your car's turning radius. The other thing that annoyed me is that HDMI ports on the TV's were inaccessible (at least in my room) making it very difficult for guests to bring their own entertainment products.

We got a great deal on a king suite here, and it did not disappoint! The room was spacious with a full kitchen and breakfast bar, living room seating area, bedroom with doors separating it from the living space, a closet and sink area, and then a shower and toilet area which also had a door. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was more than enough. Plus the staff were all very friendly.

Though Initially I did not have a pleasant experience at the front desk, but that later changed when the new woman, whom I presume was the manager made sure that my check in was smooth and also located a package which was delivered in my name. The only thing which I feel needs improvement for Hyatt is the way the staff doesn't interact much with the guest. The hotel is a maze and It would have been nice if someone told me where to locate my room rather than me looking for signs.

Wonderful, peaceful, clean, comfortable! Spacious suites with full kitchen. Fantastic front desk staff. Terrific breakfast options in the dining hall and very nice bar to relax and wind down during late afternoon/evening. Location couldn't be any better for shopping and close to New York City!

Stayed several days, very comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly. Only negatives: no room service if you order you need to pick up the food. Shuttle worked fairly well, though sometimes not available.

We checked in over night and the process was extremely smooth. Both overnight attendees was knowledgeable and very respectable. Our room was amazing and would definitely stay there again.

Walking into the Hyatt House was welcoming, with a modern look that convinced me my stay was going to be comfortable. The room I stayed in was a suite with stainless steel appliances and modern technology. Only complaint was the comfort of the pillows and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor causing a rotting away door molding.

Ashley at the Front Desk is superb! She ordered our food for us because she said that when the hotel orders it, they come faster and she was absolutely right and a delightful soul!

Whoever runs the front desk at night is the kindest most genuine woman. She let me and my parents sleep for a few hours before our 5 hour drive even though they were sold out
