Review of Radisson Freehold 3*

Very very rude bartender! I attended a wedding reception at this Radisson Hotel, Freehold, NJ, on June 15, 2019. There was this very rude and inconsiderate bartender, a young white woman, laughing irrationally, hysterically and loudly, refusing to serve a cocktail with no ice and refusing to adjust the strength/ proportion of the cocktail, saying she is under orders to serve all drinks in the same fixed way with glass full of ice and to serve as it is and not to adjust anything! Very strange! I am a tourism consultant by profession, not a young man, have traveled extensively in US as well as worldwide and have never heard of such a way to serve a drink. Her contemptuous loud laughing annoyed me even a lot further! She was just having a lot of "fun"! I very much thought of complaining to the hotel manager at the very moment, but stayed put as it might not look good on the host! I had to see her 3 times, all the time she acted and behaved the same way and again laughing hysterically! Obviously her attitude was like this is all you get, take it or leave it for my dog! A really terrible experience! This one irresponsible rude woman spoilt my entire evening! Feeling very uncomfortable, I had to leave the function very early! This woman is literally sick, is a disgrace to the hotel and the hospitality industry in general, needs to be fired immediately, permanently blacklisted and referred to a psychiatrist! The hotel otherwise was a good hotel and all other staff behaving right and pleasant and the function a good one!
