We had such a lovely experience at the Radisson Freehold! Bethany, Angela, and Michael who work at the front desk are absolute superstars. They were so sweet and accommodating to my girlfriend and me, and made our experience more enjoyable than we could have ever imagined! So happy we chose to stay here.

This hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the AC worked, the pool is also very nice. Only complaint is that it got a bit loud at night on the first floor (there was a wedding going on and we were in a room near the elevator). However, still got a good sleep using some earplugs. Overall would stay again.

This was by far the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. There was a post-wedding party going on in rooms down the hall from me. They were running down the halls, yelling and slamming doors until 5:00 am. First of all I cannot believe that the guests were so inconsiderate. Then to top it off, when I called down to the front desk, I was told that he didn't really want to call the police on a wedding party. What about the comfort of the other guests? I spoke to at least 4 other people at breakfast the next morning who were also up all night due to the noise. All I got from the desk clerk in the morning was a half hearted apology and a voucher for breakfast. As a warning to anyone planning to stay here; be wary of wedding bookings. If you are attending the wedding, have fun, you can do whatever you want and the hotel management will ignore it. If on the other hand, you want a good night's sleep, make sure you are on a different floor or better yet a different hotel.

Another good stay at the Radisson. Comfortable bed, quiet at night. Parking crowded at night but never had issue getting a spot. Forgot that I had new credit card after I made reservation but they called to update information before I got there.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. I was welcomed with complimentary donuts, wine, & beer. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The free parking & Wi-Fi were a plus. This hotel is also conveniently located to many stores, restaurants, a great local coffee shop, etc.

Great hotel wonderful people and nice room. Great location as well with everything close by. Only down side was the restaurant food was poor quality. Other wise would have given 5 stars.

Needed to stay at this hotel for a few nights visiting family in the hospital. The room we originally booked was not available so they upgraded us to a suite which was nice. Good water pressure in shower. Clean, comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Did not like the room temperature controls: they are the "efficient" kind so you are either freezing or too hot. Good Wi-Fi. Doors in hallway slam loudly, but overall would stay again if I needed to.

Hotel looks like it was recently renovated. I was oddly asked by the front desk clerk why I was staying there. It might have been polite conversation, but I thought it was odd (and none of his business)

The Radisson is the best hotel I ever have been into I don't think that anything is wrong at all with this structure for weddings. It is suitable for family and friends and has very well parties. I have seen a lot of people there jumping up and down after a occasion and drinking the night away. Like everyone always does when we are there ofcourse! And very courteous/ HONEST thank you for finding my phone!

The service at the hotels bar was lacking professional bartenders and front desk people were somewhat rude and kept interrupting. The room itself felt warm and comfortable.

The Radisson in Freehold is a reputable hotel to visit. The Crystal Ballroom is beautifully designed and the food is above anticipated. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Stayed for a wedding. Room was ok, although we did find hair in the tub from a previous guest. But a quick call to front desk and someone was at our room to take care of the problem very quickly. So I have no complaints for the staff other than a simple "be more perceptive. " The bride and groom had a great night and in the end that is all I cared about.

Juan F. T.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Derek L.

It was good. Room was cleanly and service was timely. Could hear the room next door however.

The ghetto. Welfare recipients everywhere. Armed security guard in the lobby was a tip off. Restaurant was nice. We were the only people there on a Sunday at 6pm. I thought it was closed. Very odd. Super nice and clean but the people milling around outside in flip flops and black socks with rolled up pants in the snow was too funny.

Danny K.

My time spent there was fantastic the place was clean and we'll kept. While I did not stay the night I did have a chance to pop into a friend's room before hitting the hotel bar for a few drinks. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was exactly what we needed after a long day at the office.

Good quality hotel. If your looking for comfortable clean room stay at this place. The room service is amazing, the beds are so comfortable, bathroom is great. 100 stars if I could… Also Michael who works front desk very nice guy… all the staff are friendly but the reason I'm writing this review because Michael was a pleasure to deal with.

Robert G.

Easy parking in front, a bar and restaurant in the lobby, really enjoyed the wings… From was clean and neat, everything was in excellent shape and the shower was nice as well… Would definitely stay again when in the area…

For the price this hotel is fine. However, including the mandatory tip they charge nearly $20 for a continental breakfast of the same quality that you can get for free at most other hotels. The room heater is very loud and the Wifi is not configured correctly so doesn't work.

Joe E.

We stayed in room 400, which was nice since it was an end room and we only had neighbors on one side. The room was clean. The beds were pretty comfy. Overall I would stay here again if the need called for it.

Mitesh P.

Best hotel staff to work with! They are absolutely wonderful and we really stressed them out! Clint Dale and the rest of the staff did a wonderful job accommodating our entire wedding block working through all the issues that came up (and there were more than one) and we couldn’t have asked for a better staff to work with! My only regret is not being able thank The hotel manager in person because of timing! Thank you again for all the help

Robert R.

Clean room and facilities. While out visit required minimal interaction with the staff, they were friendly and polite. We would happily stay on the hotel again if ever in need of somewhere to stay in the area.

Kate W.

Nice spot in Freehold and staff is great! The room was great. Left my Kindle there and got a call shortly after — they were very helpful to quickly get it set up to FedEx back to me.

Josephine H.

I recently visited the Radisson hotel for a bridal show and it was absolutely beautiful. The set-up was great and we got to meet some great vendors. The food was delicious and set up beautiful.

Minerva G.

Attended family wedding. No complaints. Clean, great food, great service, romantic decor in the crystal ballroom. Would recommend.

Doreen L.

Attended an afternoon wedding. Ceremony, cocktail and reception locations are nice. Not enough seats for the amount of people at cocktail hour. Food was ok, typical wedding food. Potatoes though we're so flavorless we could not eat them and the roll was a rock.

Greg K.

I attended a professional development seminar at this hotel recently. The hotel was very welcoming, clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. The only complaint I have is that they stuck us in a small conference room with no tables which made writing and taking notes difficult.

Elyse G.

Rooms are very nice. Best part is definitely the shower. I'm a tall girl, so I struggle with showers in hotels fitting me. The room I stayed in had the shower head on the ceiling. A nice shower makes all the difference after a long day.

Nic N.

Went to see a wedding venue, they were nice but got very pushy and acted like a salesperson. I won't book for that's reason alone. They tried to say they had very good news but only if I handed over my credit card. When I said I needed time to think they took their offer back

Celiac A.

Great place. We stayed here for a friend's wedding that was held in the Crystal Ballroom. Hotel was very clean, nice and quiet. The staff was awesome and friendly; even if the blond bar maid didn't know how to make a mudslide. The wedding venue was very nice. I'd stay there again just for a get away.

Joshua B.

My rooms were clean. My bed was comfortable.

Ushma S.

We stayed at Radisson, Freehold on the night of July 31 with our gandson Emile for 6 Flag visit… cleanest hotel, greatest hotel, most professional staff particularly Reception girl Kayla for helping going all the way and looking for our smallest needs. God bless her

Carl E.

Didn't stay over but saw two rooms and had dinner in the restaurant. The rooms looked very clean and nice. Food was a bit pricy but very good.

Brent H.

I work next door to the Radisson, and my company was invited to a small horderves event. The food was very good, though I didn't see much of the hotel other than the courtyard.

Kevin D.

Went to the Radisson to attend a wedding. Their ballroom was Gorgeous, the staff were very nice and polite. The rooms were very clean. Service was overall amazing

Adam G.

Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Super simple check in. The room was very clean and well kept. Would deff stay here again when visiting Six Flags!

Lucas E.

The location is perfect. Right down the street from Six Flags and tons of food places. The room was very clean, staff is friendly, pool was gorgeous. TV works well. Wi-Fi is okay. Temperature was great and AC works perfectly. Overall very pleased. Next time I'm in New Jersey I'm booking a room here hands down.

Reualin D.

Service is terrific. Room quality: amazing. Was amazed at the bathroom. However, I wish that they still had the grab and go breakfast for those who need to be out at 5:30. Overall, the room is worth the money.

Joe K.

Attending a wedding and have to say they do a great job. This is the third wedding I've attended here and have had a great time at all of them. The food and service is always excellent.

Joseph S.

Easy to get to. Rooms were clean. Staff was very personable. Would stay there again.

Jason Z.

Great service, clean modern rooms, and tasty breakfast. No complaints at all!

Frank S.

Clean, nice people and convenient. Good return for the price.

Mikhail Z.

I attended a wedding at the crystal ballroom and found the venue to be beautiful, clean, and well staffed. I was very impressed by the location and the event.

Timothy L.

It was ok, I haven't had any problems. I just wish there were easier to locate outlets that were closer to the bed and more uniform light control. Then again, I haven't found a hotel that does these things right thus far…

Where do I possibly begin, wait I know, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! Going back a year, I had the unfortunate opportunity to attend a function and eat a meal in the Crystal ballroom. After a night on the toilet from the food that looked as if it was recycled, I asked others who attended the same party if they were feeling the same. Some did experience the same quick exit of the food and beverage, some via the mouth and some via the other way. Fast-forward a few months, a close personal friend had a Sweet 16 there and though was not 100% happy, was at least content that no one got sick or hurt. My Wife convinced me to give the place another shot. Reluctantly, I agreed. At first we spoke to Melissa in August 2015 and she informed us that the room cannot be booked sooner than January 2016 because the function is a Sweet 16 and if we did want to book, we will need to "guarantee $30, 000 in revenue" (first sign that this is a bad idea). You read it correctly, If you need to book earlier, you would need to spend more. So in our case we would have 150 people and that will come out to be $200 per person for a sweet 16. Moving on, Melissa told us that since we did like the room, she will keep our information available and come January 2016 we can come in and book the room for November 2016 at the "normal" rate. I asked Melissa what if someone else was interested in the room?

Rich E.

Rooms are always great. The restaurant/bar is good too. Very nice employees

Chris V.

Really nice hotel, clean, comfortable, quiet, and pretty modern. They also have a deal for staying here and going to six flags.

Parker H.

Good location, clean room. Free printing from lobby computers was nice but egregiously expensive lobby bar was not.

Henrich K.

Everything was really nice except for the Wi-Fi. Which was a gamble everyday. I stayed for a week and three of the days I couldn't even load my email. Apart from that, the location is awesome and so close to everything like Walmart. Friendly staff as well. I'm not sure if there was a pool but there was a gym and it was nice. Complimentary water bottles as well.

Tom G.

Messed up reservation. Got master bed but needed double beds. They tried there best to work out the problem. Professional. One of the two rooms was not cleaned yet but the gave us a new room. Not a five star but the staff are cheerful and try to help.

Karen K.

This hotel is the biggest joke. We held my nieces shower at the hotel spending $1000. 00 of dollars. After the shower was over we needed to pack up. However the side entrance was blocked off with a wedding going on, so we had to bring everything to the front. With in a 10 min time frame we we're issued a ticket for being parked in a fire zone (mind you in front of the hotel doors) I brought this issue to upper management who told me there is nothing they could do? all the money they rip people off with and they can't pay a $53. 00 ticket? I was wondering, did the freehold police ticket the wedding party who blocked the other door?

This is my third visit to this hotel. I need a cot in my room. I was given an air mattress. Woke up the next morning at 5 a. M. To a flat mattress sleeping on the hard floor. Needless to say was not a good night's sleep. Went down to the bar / restaurant last evening to watch the Rangers capitals playoff game. When I ask the bartender what channel the game was on was told why would I know that. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give this visit a — 3.

Scott P.

I'm writing this at 3:20 a. M. On a Thursday night. I've been woken up twice. There is a group of people outside in the main entrance laughing and having a good old time. There's also part of their same group in the room next to me coming in and out continually. I've called the front desk and ask them to address the noise. They assured me they would take care of it yet nothing has happened. The shower takes forever to get hot and the faucet on the sink is backwards. Cold and hot are switched. There are ants in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant is terrible. I travel a lot for business, and this is the worst place I've ever stayed at. I will not stay here again.

José R.

I work there and the manager. It is very rasista umilla ugly alos hispanic as a result no one is kedar'. Working there for x a long time a short time and for out-xke no one holds the wing in charge.

Jerry R.

The hotel is nice as far as the room goes. The bed, the shower, all that is wonderful. But the internet. That was brutal. If you run an internet speed test. Usually you get between 5 to 20 mps speed. Here it tested at 0. 02 mips. What does that mean? 3 minutes to open an email. No YouTube, and 10 MINUTES for a Facebook page to open. Loved the bed, the shower, etc. But the internet. No. Not for someone who males a livelihood online. I also would have liked some sort of breakfast. Some hot sausage and a coffee would be nice. None of that here, its $12. 95 per person. So eh. I prefer the Hampton Inn. Guess I got spoiled.

Bed Bugs! My sister and I stayed here for 2days. Around 3am she woke up scratching her face. When she searched her bed she found a BED BUG! She squashed it and BLOOD Came out! Her face and neck had bumps everywhere. We went to the front desk for another room, and the guy John said there were "No Rooms Available". Then ALLL of a sudden "there was an extra room available". This is a nice hotel, we actually like staying here. However! The Bed Bug issue needs to get fixed ASAP! The next day the manager gave us free Breakfast and said only 20% will be taken off our hotel bill (that's CRAP) we had to drive 8hrs back home wearing the same clothes we slept in! All of our belonging had to go into trash bags! I will never stay here again.

Held my wedding entirely at the Radisson and Crystal Ballroom in April 2014. We stayed in the bridal suite (and the groom in a regular room) the night before. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The bridal suite was a good size and had enough areas for 5 of us girls to get ready, with guests dropping in as well! The grounds and lobby are very pretty and work great in photos. The hotel staff was very accommodating to all our needs, handed out welcome bags, and checked in with us during the day. After the reception, a few party animals (and us newlyweds) had a great little after party at the hotel bar. Although, as one reviewer mentioned, the bartenders were a tad inhospitable and told us they would only remain open til one am (which is their scheduled closing hour) if they were making money. But they were quickly win over by my smoozing brother and we had a great time. All in all, the hotel works seamlessly with the catering office to coordinate a big event and it makes everything go smooth.

We had our wedding at The Crystal Ballroom in February and the Radisson was really great! It was so convenient for our guests to be able to get ready in their rooms and just head downstairs to the ballroom for the ceremony and reception. It was also nice to not have to worry about everyone driving home after because the majority of them were staying the night. Our block of rooms booked up very quickly and they were able to work with us to get another handful of rooms added for additional guests. If you're having your wedding at the hotel, the room rate is phenomenal! The hotel bar was also open after our wedding was over for guests to continue to celebrating. They were even willing to stay open an extra half an hour for us! All hotel rooms have Sleep Number beds which were very comfortable and the Bridal Suite had plenty of room for myself and my 3 bridesmaids to stay comfortably the night before the wedding and get ready the next day. The staff is very courteous and helpful and when we had an issue with our shower, someone was set up to the room right away. We faced some issues with weather and when a snowstorm knocked out the power, lunch and drinks were provided to the guests at no charge! We would definitely recommend the Radisson.

I was raised in Freehold so I may be biased to this hotel, but in any case, this is my favorite hotel in the area. I love it so much, my husband and I got married in their ballroom, the Crystal Ballroom, and spent our wedding night in the Radisson Freehold Bridal Suite. The Suites were spacious for the Bridal and Groom prep, clean and unbelievably comfortable! We had never slept on Sleep Number beds before so we were looking forward to it on our wedding night. The beds are all the rave; they are beyond comfortable! Our guests loved the convenience of our reception and hotel connected in the same building and loved the added bonus of sleeping on their own Sleep Number bed. The next morning, we were all guessing each others' numbers! One day, we hope to own our own Sleep Number bed. Thank you Radisson Freehold for introducing it to us.

Stayed in the Honeymoon Suite for the weekend of my wedding which was taking place at the adjacent Crystal Ballroom. My room was beautiful and spacious. All my bridesmaid were able to come the morning of my wedding and have their hair and make up done in my suite. I had plenty of room for a mimosa and pastry station (which I provided for my girls). The bathroom was gorgeous with a luxurious shower. My favorite part was the sleep number bed. Friday night my maid of honor shared it with me and then Saturday night my new husband. I like the opposite firmness of both of them so it was great to be so comfortable.
