I’ve never been so disappointed in in a motel the room
Was disgusting and a big gap in the door where u could see day light and the top bed cover has stains on it we never stayed we ended up leaving explain to the office we wanted a refund but all they cared about was the money sham on u.

Five Stars! Big, comfortable, clean rooms. Beds are super comfortable. The staff is amazing. Very welcoming and helpful. They are doing some amazing renovations. Updating all the rooms and amenities. We stay here every year on our way through to Jay Peak and will continue to come back!

Nice hotel. Big rooms and with the pull out couch and two beds easy for 3 men to each have own space. The hotel was helped us out by extending our checkout time so we can go riding snowmobiles the last day. The room has and extra sink and mirror outside the bathroom too so two people can get ready at the same time. Parking is a bit tight for sleds and trailers but we made it work by ownership giving options. Trail access is about a quarter mile of road riding but easy enough. Place is clean and quiet. Walls must be insulated well because you don't hear neighbors or anything from outside. We stayed on second floor. Prices cheap at 109.00 per night. Very reasonable.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite, and it was freakin' awesome! The rooms were huge, two bathrooms, a big shower, big whirlpool tub. The place was at least twice as big as our apartment. And there were perks that I've never had at any room I've stayed in. PLENTY of towels, and a shower with power to it. No warm sprinkle down the back.
We didn't want to leave! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service and wonderful pool that you can even have a nice peaceful late evening swim in! Not the most comfortable bed, but not the worst either. The service and pool made up for it. Room had a cute little balcony with a couple of chairs and a nice mountain view.

Clean. Big room. Beautiful property. Beautiful scenery. Great pool. Friendly staff. I will definitely be going back.

Treat good employees worse than dirt ang lazy employees like gold! Watch out for the bed bugs! Packed with people from known bedbug infested location 8/17 /2018

Charming non-chain hotel. Amenities we took advantage of : — Wi-fi — Infant Pack-N-Play for our child — Continental-Plus breakfast — Fresh Hot Pancakes (from a cool automated machine), cereal and milk, English Muffins, Instant Oatmeal, Pastries, Yogurt, Fruit, as well as juice, milk and fresh hot coffee — Outdoor heated pool with plenty of seating We stayed in one of the suites. Very spacious with a huge King (? ) size bed, Jacuzzi tub and big bathroom (among the two available) with double sinks. Nice big balcony off of the master bedroom with a small table and 2 chairs overlooking the rear grounds. Living area had its own full bathroom and L-shaped sofa with a pull-out bed that our 3.5 year old loved. There was also a dining table with 4 chairs and a kitchenette with sink, microwave and mini-fridge. 2 minute walk to a well stocked 24 hour convenience store that also has sandwiches and pizza (service until 9). Clean, comfortable and priced right. Would stay again.

The room was large and clean, but dated. Close to Canadian border, and right off I-91, which was great. The shower drained very slowly. We were only there one night, so I don't know if that was addressed.

The room was clean and location very close to our family member. For an overnight stay, not a bad location and the the scenery behind inn is just beautiful. However, breakfast is very slim, continental style high carbs only.

Had a wonderful night the birthday party was a success it was a great time the room was loved by everyone I would say this was the best ever for my 10 year old to experience thank you.

They say this place is pet friendly. It’s not. They’ll allow your dog, after charging you an extra 50% room charge, but only once you’ve already checked in. The owner/manager who barely speaks English came to my room and chewed me a new one for having a dog in my room. He demanded I walk away from my just-delivered meal, to go re-sign the same form again with an extra $50 charge. Totally unprofessional. There’s no signs stating any of the pet policies at the desk either. Guy is a scam artist and he knows it.

Very good experience overall. Clean room, working fridge+microwave, quick service. The only complaint I have is the quality of the TV service but honestly that doesn't matter to me so 5 star here.

Worst experience at a hotel ever. I checked in after driving 14 hours. Because I drive a commercial vehicle I am not legally allowed to drive 10 hours after I stop. So I got to sleep around 4 something in the morning. At 10 somebody was banging at my door like the cops. It was the hotel staff telling me I needed to check out. I explain to them that I can't legally drive away until 2 p. M. They insisted that I needed to be out of there Hotel because that was the rules. I called the owner and he hung up on me. The parking lot is empty for a reason. Do not get a room here!

Check in was easy, room was nice. It was a little strange how they piled mini fridge and microwave in the area by the bathroom. But overall, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I reserved rooms for my wedding guest and party recently at this hotel and due to their experiences I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I had one guest who got told when they arrived that the clerk did not know how to charge him for the room they had to charge the card the room was reserved under, they also had to deal with noisy neighbors at night, when they left their room they had clothes thrown over some change on a dresser, when they returned the money was gone, the clothes should not have been touched. I had another guest that had bugs they think they were knats flying around the room, and scurrying across the floor when lights were turned on. One of their end tables was covered with a spilled substance that had not been cleaned and was sticky making it necessary for them to clean as they had medical equipment that had to go on the stand, the shower curtain was torn and only half hanging, they also had noise issues with motorcycles going back and forth in front of their room all night. A third guest went to use their couch only to find it so covered in dog hair they refused to go near it. They then proceeded to check for bed bugs as they also had bugs flying around the room.

Way too expensive for what it is. Wi-Fi wouldn't stay connected and couldn't get tne TV to work. Stayed in a Marriott the night before for less money. This and one other hotel are the only two in town and they know it $$$

Very impressed with the room, there was 2 adults and three children, and our room had 2 beds and open up couch — plus a deck with chairs and a table! Room was very clean — the maids did an excellent job! Pool was great and very clean! I would highly recommend this inn!

The rooms are very nice. We had two queen-size beds in a room. There was a bathroom and a makeup them with a sink in it. There's also an outdoor pool.

Best hotel room I've stayed in so far in the US. Massive, airy bright room. Air-conditioned, king size bed, 5 pillows :) Sofa and writing desk. Balcony overlooking a green lawn and pool. Kitchenette, decent sized fridge, coffee machine. Lovely bathroom, fabulous shower, nice soaps and even body lotion provided. This morning we slept in as the block-out curtain kept the room so dark, we didn't realise it was day break. Also had the best Swiss hot chocolate sachets. Nicest cocoa in North America :)

Great little place to stay! Our room was right on the river so we got to open the balcony door and listen to it as we fell asleep! It was great! The balcony was huge, the rooms were really clean and the staff was really friendly. Free local newspapers (while they last) at the front desk and the lobby is open 24 hrs with tea and coffee included. It is about a five minute walk to the city center so it is the perfect location to get around. The rail trail is directly behind it as well!

Before booking the night, I made a few calls to the hotel about pets, amenities and location. All of my questions were answered cheerfully by friendly staff. The fee was a bit higher than other area hotels, but they are pet friendly and for an additional twenty-five dollars, I brought the dog. The cost per night was just under two hundred dollars when all was said and done. Check in was smooth and friendly. The courtyard room locatio…n was good when having pets, but not so good when you have neighbors above you. Many of the guests staying during our stay sat in their plastic chairs outside of their rooms (or balconies) and smoked. For some reason, the smoke smell penetrated our room. The noise from the above neighbors was challenging at times, but thankfully only during awake hours. The room was very large, with plenty of room for storage and hanging up your clothes. There was a small reading chair with footrest as well. There was a musty smell in the room, that I could not do much about because if I opened the door, there were smokers outside enjoying their habits but creating additional odors. The grounds are well kept and are attractive. The trash receptacle area to place your dog waste was overflowing early in my visit and was there throughout the morning and until we checked out. I was surprised at this, given the well kept landscaping.

Stayed there last nigh. Had been several years since stayed there. The stay was horrible. First issue was couldn't take a hot shower only had luke warm water and no pressure. People in the room above had kids that were jumping on the floor and beds for 2 hours. Left to get dinner and run some errands. Came to not being able to park in the parking lot. Staff told me that there was nothing they could do and I was on my own. Next more same kids started jumping up and down on the floor starting at 5am. Got up to not having a hot shower again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to stay. Very clean and very friendly. Grounds were super clean.

Nice hotel. Great location off of the highway and up the hill to town. Nice large clean rooms with full bathroom, extra sink, fridge. Beds are comfy and has small back porch that overlooks pretty field and hills. Only downside I found was that the noise from other rooms was quite high. Overall a pretty good place to stay whilst in the north east kingdom.

The rooms were nice, but housekeeping never cleaned our room, but marked on their sheet that they had.

It's ok for a small town hotel. Room was not very quiet, but the staff was nice and the room was clean. Compared to my other options, it was pretty nice.

This is undoubtedly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. For over $160 we just got a plain room with two beds, no coffeemaker in the room, no simple breakfast. Didn't even want to take cash payment up front even though we explained we were moving across the country and didn't carry credit cards (didn't have a problem in another hotel in Ohio. ). Feel like we got ripped off for what the room was. The town didn't even have attractions to warrant this price. Never staying here ever again and we'll be warning everyone who may go to Vermont to avoid this place.

Disappointed after seeing photos, not what I expected. Screen broke, off track, one chair poor quality for "deck. '" Stain on sheet on bed. Could hear guests overhead. Room not up to standards especially for the cost of $143 a night.

I would just like to say that the people who were in the front office were very friendly, but nice service can only get you so far. I booked this trip for myself as a little mid summer retreat with my dog. I decided to get the mini suite which was described on the website as “Our 1/2 suite is a oversized room with a king sized bed as well as a sleeper sofa. We also have a small Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom as well. The room is located right beside Sleeper River”. I was so excited, up until I walked in the room. The room smelt of stale cigarette smoke even though the property is suppose to be non smoking. As for being right beside the sleeper river, the room is across from an over grown fence next to the sleeper river. You are also provided with a rusty bench outside of the room that’s covered in spider webs to enjoy your “view”. The television in the room is an old Panasonic which is facing the wrong way from any sitting area in the room; I also had to fiddle with the cable line in order to get a clear picture. The bed is an old spring mattress that has seen better days, and when my dog jumped on the bed she continued to sniff at a spot on the duvet cover and refused to lie down. Once I pulled off the duvet she still refused to lay down on that side of the king sized bed, and it made me question how well the linens were cleaned before I got there. As for the Jacuzzi it’s on a timer and when you turn it on it sounded like it was going to go through the wall!

COMPLETE JOKE! Overall the stay we had was horrible! The room smelled of smoke. The tub had soap rings that were very easily wiped off. The bathroom sink still had what would look to be Mens hair from shaving, as well as toothpaste scum on the outer ring of the sink. There was a complete wall covered with Cobwebs as well as the tops of the lights in the bathroom still had smoke on them from what would appear to be when the room was smoking. There was also candy wrappers around the sides of the bed near the bed skirt where housekeeping had either pushed them under with the vacuum or had just not tended to the problem at all! The Microwave as well as the fridge that were in the room were nasty with stains and still had crumbs of food left in the bottom of them. When we checked out and told the front desk of our findings, it seemed to be the norm and was noted to be looked at. The room as well smelled of wet dogs. Just over all nasty nasty rooms.
