Good service. Rooms could be cleaner but very wonderful helpful counter staff.

Room was super clean! Bed was comfy, shower is AMAZING! Free Breakfast Bar that was delicious with make your own waffles! Nice pool and really nice employees! I stayed 3 nights and I would book this Hotel again! Only thing is bad Internet service kept dropping☹

Fantastic customer service. Rooms were a bit outdated but they were well taken care of. Never tried the breakfast but it did smell good. There's a bar and grill next to the large pool. And they bake cookies every evening for the people staying there. Quiet. And only 25 bucks for just over a week of pet fees! Clean and fantastic!

The personnel was the best and only positive thing I have to say. From the front desk, to breakfast lady, to room cleaning, perfect. The carpets are filthy, smelly, humid… took 15 min to get warm water, one mirror in the whole room, so when you are 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) mom can’t do make up and hair while others take a shower. The bathroom fan turned off after 15 min regardless, no turning back on. And the bathroom sink eas completely clogged on check in. I will never go back, especially considering $146 a night, but not because of customer service because that was A1.

1st stay we called flight delayed was told no problem and we told them we would not arrive until after midnight. Was told no problem. Got to hotel and our room had been canceled. Took about 45 minutes to get checked in again. Bed was hard as a rock. Flight back home and 2nd stay was very nice and the bed was great.!

For $113 a night, we got a musty, old-cigarette smelling room with stains on the walls and furniture. The blackout curtain couldn't be adjusted to block out the morning light. We had called the morning of our reservation since our flight into Manchester was arriving after midnight. "Rick" assured us our room would be ready and said he put a note in our file to make sure. Once we got to the hotel, we wanted 20 minutes before the front desk clerk arrived to tell us that the room had been canceled. Fortunately, she was able to rebook that wonderful room we described earlier.

The manager was horrible when customer service was needed to find a reservation made through a corporate perks account, and instructed the desk clerk to not honor it and charge us the full rate (including telling the poor clerk to walk away from the counter so we couldn’t hear him). When the perks program confirmed our reservation, we then found the room in shabby condition and without towels. The alarm clock going off at 2am was an unpleasant surprise as well.

Great hotel for the money. Nice clean rooms and very friendly staff. Decent breakfast too.

Close to a lot of food restaurants, fast food and behind a bingo place to play. Nice hotel with pool.

Stay here alot. Decent place for the price. Nothing special. Love the waiter/cook/everything at the "restaurant" but the restaurant is a joke. Not much to choose from and it very slummy. The food is good for bar food.

Service was great. Good value. The breakfast had more of a variety than I expected. Only issue was renovations next door to our room that started at 7:30 every morning, but they tried to stay quiet.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to put the bathroom light switch outside of the bathroom obviously doesn’t have little kids. It was tons of fun trying to shower and get changed while my 4 year old brother was throwing me a rave party.

We stayed here because of snow, we needed to be at the Elliot early in the next morning. Honestly just expected to stay in the room, sleep and leave in the am. Was pleasantly surprised to find the pool opened and very clean! The kids had a great time for almost 2 hours. Also enjoyed the restaraunt. They made our food even though we showed up late and were very polite and accommodating. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a fire alarm during our say and th…ey handled it very well. My kids had just come out of the pool and staff was offering swearshirts and coats to keep them warm (we didn't have to go outside). The staff kept everyone calm and well informed while it was happening. Then, They even waved my late check out fee because I got stuck at the hospital longer than expected. It may only be a few towns away from where I live, bit this hotel made our night great! We will be going back! Only suggestion I have… Bring back the beer and wine for happy hour!

Great place to stay for a flight out of Manchester airport. The park and fly service was well worth it. The shuttle was on time and convenient. The shuttle bus driver was monitoring our flight upon our return and was quick to pick us up.

I am at the quality inn for the big storm, when I arrived the front door was broken from the wind and the guy from the restaurant manny and the front desk lady were working very hard to get it fixed, because that is something that they could not fix they made sure that they were constantly salting and drying the floors that was between the entrance from all the snow that was drifting in. They were also both clearing away snow from the back door so that the people who were parked back there and people that wanted to smoke didn't have to walk all the way around the building and could be shielded from the wind. They also had hot apple cider, and manny cooked a delicious dinner in the restaurant. When I was hungrier later on the front desk called multiple places in town to see who had delivery and they did all of this with a smile. My experience here has been amazing. I highly recommend it the staff goes above and beyond!

Comparing to other Quality In, this location is really just Okay, with its price. Its breakfast was a bit disappointing, though coffee was good. Bathroom is small and like a 2star hotel. Nothing wowed. Liked the check-in person; she was great. Otherwise, neh.

I had a great experience here. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable, and the staff here are so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely be staying at this Quality Inn.

Very poor! Not a "Quality" hotel for sure! Toilet didn't work-Made me fix it. Pool was not open on the first night. Some kind of "issue" we were told. Breakfast was cold next morning. Had to put my eggs and bacon in microwave to warm up. Wi-fi was horrible! Not recommended for certain!

Staff were awesome. They get a 5. Room smelled rank, carpet was severely stained, floor was wet about 5 feet out and around, bathtub had black mold, cordless phone wasn't plugged in and cord was covered in stick dust covered goo. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Everything was just sort of… lacking. Everything was slightly dirty or slightly broken. Breakfast was only slightly good. Staff on the other hand was really friendly and helpful.

Hey really great stay on October 21st 2017 the room was clean and they let us have a late check-out since we had a late check-in and was very quiet the furniture was beautiful the staff was polite and they forgot that we had a late check-in and apologize for calling us and they would really really really nice I can't say that I had a bad experience there the most professional staff I seen in a long time I would give this Quality Inn five stars.

I booked this hotel cause depended on all the great reviews about it and I am absolutely baffled as to what dump these people are coming from to appreciate and give this hotel a 4 or 5 star. First of all, for the price of $135 a night, you expect a clean, well maintained and non smelly hotel, which none of these concern this motel. Yes, motel is the right word for this cheap hotel and if I was paying $60 Or $70 per night, I would not complain. The only thing nice about this hotel is Karen, who is a sweetheart and is very friendly and understanding. I am going to be looking to skip my second night or even tonight. Update at a later time about how everything ended.

As a truck driver sometimes it is hard to find a place to park. Sunny at the front desk was extremely helpful, in helping me as far parking was concerned. She was polite and professional. I will definitely be staying here again.

This was a really nice hotel with a really great location and very friendly staff. Our stay was very short because of an early flight but we ran into no problems!

The rooms are updated. Many outlets in the furniture pieces including USB ports. Breakfast is what you would expect. My room felt clean and contained a fridge and microwave. The gym had a great free weight setup and updated treadmills.

Your staff was spectacular! My wife and I spent July 3 through July 9 on vacation. My wife flew back to Houston on July 10 and I stayed through July 14 on business. My wife hurt her knee on July 8. Upon our arrival, immediately after check in, they brought the courtesy van up to the door so she could try to get into it. When we found that she could not climb up into the van, the young man immediately went in and called a local cab company. He arranged for a cab ride in a crossover SUV like the one we had been renting that week of vacation. I could not stay to help my wife get to the airport. The lady running the breakfast area waited on my wife — bringing breakfast to her. Staff members came to our room and helped her get all the luggage down to the cab. Later in the week they helped me find a box to UPS some items back to Houston. Please commend your entire staff … they were absolutely wonderful! My wife and I greatly appreciate them! I have already recommended your hotel to a friend who travels to the Manchester/Boston area regularly. Thank you so much. Next time Manchester is the destination, you're first on the list!

Absolute horrible management and customer service. They called my room and asked for more credit card information. I was asleep asked for 5 minutes to get changed and get them the information required that they haven't needed the last 3 weeks of my stay. And the women on the phone replied it was to be done now or I'd be kicked out and my room given to another guest. After my room was already paid in full and not refunded. The manager found this acceptable and agreed. I could not believe my 5 minutes was this much of a burden and was treated this way. I would advise Noone to stay here unless they want run down down over priced rooms and treated like poop from the staff. They seriously need to step off their pedestal.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The hotel is updated, the staff was courteous, the room was very clean and had plenty of outlets and USB ports, and the wardrobe with the coffee nook was a great use of space. There's a restaurant in the hotel, which I didn't know until I was told at check-in. I wish they had made it more obvious on the website, because the restaurant staff was a blast! They made sure everyone was taken care of and happy. If I ever return to the area I'll choose this hotel. I might be more likely to choose a quality inn at other locations for future business trips based on my experience here.

Not a bad room, just kinda dirty. Gum visibly stuck on the side of the night stand and drug paraphernalia left next to the phone. Staff seemed nice.

1985 called. They want their flooring, wallpaper, furniture and A/C unit back now. Other than that, the service was fantastic and the bedding was superb. Everything else. Well, let's just day that Holiday Inn does a better job at keeping up with appearances.

This hotel was absolutely ridiculous! We stayed here the night of my wedding and they gave us a gross dirty room! There was rust in the shower and we curtains wouldn't go down. Then the next day I found out that I was charge an extra $100 without even my premission. When I called they said I should've signed off on it, but I didn't sign anything so they were making it my problem. They kept pawning it off on the bank and making it their issue. They say that its common practiced and tried to make me feel stupid for not knowing that that is what happens. Sorry I don't stay at a hotel all the time. I am discussed with the service and lack of professionalism with this hotel.

I love this hotel. Before I moved back to NH I used to stay here when I was in town. Comfortable beds, great cooperate rates, and room service. Food is better great, most hotels have horrible food. Flat screen TV's in the rooms and super clean. Best hotel in Manchester IMO.

Booked a two night stay checking in 10/9-10/11 with my credit card. The morning of 10/10, we decided to check out a day early and were told there would be no issue. Upon check-out, my husband informed them he would use his credit card to check-out rather than mine. He was charged for one night and rec'd his checkout voucher/receipt. I happened to go on my cc statement online and noticed they put thru a 2-night stay on my credit card. When I called to find out what happened I was told they always place a "hold" on the credit card and now I would have to wait up to 5 days for a credit. Are u kidding me? i've stayed at several hotels in my lifetime and never have I been charged after I already paid. Would NEVER stay here again.
