An amazing space beautiful bathroom (I know that sounds weird but there was even a fresh flower in a vase) the reception room and quaint bar. Can’t wait for breakfast. Please give this Inn a try. We will come back.

This is my second visit. I feel pampered here. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed. So charming!

Amazing place! awesome breakfast that includes crossaints and muffins, and they have breakfast in bed! great room service as well. I cannot review the room becuase my brother got the hot tub with jets as well as the hd TV and bath robes and luxury bed while my parents shared a small bed and I was a coucher.

Such a gem of a place! My boyfriend and I loved the room, breakfast and all the amenities. It was pouring rain when we checked in, but they aren't responsible for controlling the weather. The bathroom was my beautiful with a claw tub and seperate shower. Breakfast had high quality tea and croissants. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. We can't wait to come back!

Rooms are cute and comfortable. Can be a little noisy if you're facing the road. Love that the outdoor pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. Walking distance to Mass MoCA and some restaurants and shops. Make sure to pet the inn's cat, Sabine!

Sabine is the guardian feline of this beloved establishment. Everyone loves her. Also, the inn is very cozy! Great spot to stay if you ever want to go and visit MassMOCA.

Perfect. Well designed, with great amenities. Up the hill out back, there is a place to roast s'mores. There is also a quiet pool area with jacuzzi. Across the street is an amazing museum MASS MoCA. Also, 15 minutes away is the Clark museum.

Beautifully renovated homes with connected porches give the Inn it's name. These digs are carefully decorated with antiques and collectibles throughout and quality linens (and priced accordingly). The breakfast is strictly a cold buffet (and they were already out of muffins for the day at 8:00 AM! ), but the location is a convenient walk to all town has to offer.

The place to stay in Nort Adams. Lots of room and suite options for singles, couples, and families. Attractive rooms with comfortable beds and easy chairs, and small desks. Some rooms have private porches or separate sitting areas. Comfortably sized, modern, well-equipped bathrooms with large soaking tubs and nice showers. Nice common spaces, including board game and reading areas, and spacious breakfast rooms for complimentary expanded cold breakfast. Complimentary cookies, coffee, and hot chocolate offered in the afternoon and evening. A five-minute walk to the Mass MOCA and five to 10 minutes to downtown restaurants. An easy drive to Williamstown, Bennington, Stockbridge, the Hancock Shaker Village, and other major local tourist destinations. Not a discount place, but not worth every penny.

Probably the best place to stay in North Adams, granted there aren’t many options. The location is near downtown (there’s not much), so you can just walk. Rooms were visibly old, but still in good shape and keeping. Didn’t go in the pool, but it looked toasty and warm on a cold day. Breakfast is a continental-style, not a they-take-your-order style. Croissants and yogurt were good. There is a cat that hangs out in the lobby where there are a lot of books available to read.

We've started at The Porches at least a dozen times, and it's always a perfect experience. The staff are cordial and do everything possible to make you feel welcome.

Check in was smooth, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Got a suite with queen size bed, great room. Definitely going back.

Worth it! Staff is kind. The looks and warmth of the place is exemplary. Loved the little breakfast in lunch boxes!

Came here for a winter weekend away and was really pleasantly surprised. 24h hot tub and sauna were perfect. Complimentary coffee, juice and croissants in the morning! Right across the street from Mass MoCA and just a short walk away from some good restaurants and bars. Will definitely be coming back again!

The Porches provided an idyllic getaway for a trip to MASSMOCA. The rooms were perfect, clean and quaint. We utilized the hot tub, heated pool and sauna. The Inn itself is perfectly situated to walk to the museum, restaurants, and almost anything else in North Adams. Just a short drive to The Clark.

Very nice. Rustic Berkshires charm with excellent service. And it's right next to Mass Moca.

Lovely place. We stayed here a couple of times before. It feels like a family home. A family that is not too demanding when it comes to breakfast. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Lovely rooms (ours has a private balcony/porch), very friendly staff, 24 hour year-round heated pool & hot tub, breakfast delivered to your door (we're too lazy on vacay to head downstairs to the breakfast room), a little "bar" run by the staff in the lobby that is open late, nice spots to sit outdoors and in, right across from a fantastic museum, and even an interesting kitty cat that hangs out in the lobby. We check out today and I really don't want to leave! This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave positive reviews for something on every site I have a log in for!

I toured the Porches Inn to see if it would be an appropriate wedding venue for me and although it was a bit too small for my needs, it was quite a beautiful place.

Visited to tour as a possible wedding venue. Very nice area, although maxes out at about 40 people for reception space.

Beware the 14 day cancellation policy. They charge you a night. I made a one night reservation and two days later, still several days before I would have gone there, I couldn't cancel it. 14 day cancellation is ridiculous. I've never seen that elsewhere. They took my money, but they'll never get any more of it. Staff completely unhelpful.

Definitely one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The grounds were beautiful. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and luxurious. The bed was so comfortable and the waterfall shower head was an excellent touch. The pool was the perfect temperature and open to guests 24/7 which gave me a chance to do some night swimming and have the hot tub to myself. The common areas are very welcoming and cozy, but there are enough of them tl have privacy with your group. The complimentary breakfast offered a lovely selection of high quality food. I recieved turn-down service before bed complete with what appear to be a handmade chocolate. No complaints whatsoever.

Absolutely beautiful and the decor was on point, modern with a classy vintage flair. Super comfortable room and accommodating staff. Also very much enjoyed the sauna, outdoor hot tub & heated pool, even in 11 degree weather, what a delight! Had such a great stay here, will definitely return someday for another special occasion :)

What a find! This Bed and Breakfast features a large "junior" suite even in the basic room. The Inn keeps close to its architectural heritage while also having all the modern amenities. A continental breakfast is included but all of the items were scaled up to a higher level of quality. The staff is friendly and engaging. We are already wondering when we can visit again and who we should introduce this wonderful B&B to.

Well designed, handsome rooms — with very hip finishes. Owners need to institute more control over visitors … when checking in heard someone call in and ask if they could book room with cash only — hotel accepted … later that night around 2AM women in room below us began having mental breakdown screaming — crying — moaning. Person had clinical issues was picked up by ambulance about 8AM — sleepless first night of 4 day mini-vacation was a memorable, but bad start to trip. given layout of hotel — multiple separate buildings, it would seem like management should take more control over what if anything is happening throughout hotel — whether via security video or occasional walk-through. i think this would have been a good place to stay — start our trip … one bad egg ruined the experience, for rate we paid id expect more management control/presence/oversight.

Great atmosphere. Very unique feel! Wonderful rooms and a great breakfast the next morning. Couldn't be better!

Well apportioned rooms with a great pool/hot tub area open 24hrs.

Was pretty well discouraged to be made to partake in Breakfast with an uninvited cat as a guest, who seems to be allowed to roam freely through common areas of the lobby/check-in area, which include the area breakfast is served. Really have to say not everyone appreciates animals walking on the table they are having a meal at, some are even deathly allergic. hellloooo!?!?

We had a wonderful experience! Polite and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, and the hot tub/sauna were divine!

Went there for a birthday party. Pool area and the surrounding areas were good. Everything was clean and well maintained.

What a wonder place to stay while visiting the Berkshires! These renovated Victorian Row houses are literally located across the street from MassMOCA. My husband and I stayed here for two nights and were graciously upgraded to a suite. The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing, the gym was great, and the continental breakfast was perfect! When I go back to North Adams, I will be sure to stay here.

My family and I have stayed at The Porches several times. It is conveniently located near Mass MoCA and Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. This is not your standard run of the mill hotel. It is a funky repurposed row of colorful houses with a clean airy interior decorated with an eclectic collection of wall hangings, lamps and furniture. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are big. The continental breakfasts are above average. We love staying there!

There is no other hotel like the Porches. It has an ambience of calm. The decor is vintage and muted. The staff are quietly dedicated to a great exeperience. My 7 year old son made fast friends with front desk manager… who sent him a card! Highly reocmmended.
