Power went out. My reservation got lost and hot wire wanted to charge my again but the woman dealt with with the stress and finagled whatever she could on the computer and on the phone with hot wire. We didn't have to wait in line a bunch of times during the phone call and being on hold. For in quiet quick after the power returned in the area. Clean and comfy. Only 3 pillows tho.

It was nice that they let me check in early. However, I don't think the room has ever been vacuumed. There was a dirty sock under the bed when I arrived and the pillow had some questionable stains on them. It is a non smoking hotel but the blankets looked and smelled like they were used around a lot of cigarette smoke. The whole room had a musty smell. I ended up leaving around 2am because the smell was just not getting better even after many house of the fan on and windows open. I was very disappointed with my first stay at extended and will check out the other hotels nearby.

Older, little run down but still clean and nice size.

I used to work there and they don't change their blankets thr housekeeping really don't clean the rooms right.

I would have to say this hotel is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life with no I repeat no exaggeration On my 2nd week here one of the janitors had last a whole bunch of equipment on the 2nd set of stairs my fiance slipped on a dustpan went into a split smashed his head against the real and broke a tooth his glasses and his cell phone Messed up his back neck head and foot and then a few days later they're changing the toilets we walk into our room the floor is soaked my fiance slips again this time only hits his head against the wall in his ribs against the tub we came here to study for a real estate exam my fiance is leaving probly not being able to work we lost power because of the storms there was not one emergency light in the hallway past 11 o'clock pitch black when you talk to management they basically told me I was lying I said I have it on video The female staff are great most of the male staff are great the manager just will argue with anything you have to say I have not had one person ask me if I was OK how I have been feeling or anything so you judge for yourself.

Great place to feel at home while in transition. Amicable staff is ready to help make your stay comfortable and they are resourceful if needing any toiletries. They also offer continental breakfast.

Bad FREE internet, extremely difficult to connect and stay connected without paying, extortion!

I thought this place was dirty. I have been to many extended stays and this one was not well kept. The windows are not cleaned. The rooms and hallway smell nasty. The rooms are not cleaned well and dirty bed sheets are used. The hallways and rooms smell like smoke even in the non smoking room I was in had a smoky smell. Not worth any price.

Holiday Inn Down The Road Screwed Up Our Reservation (even with a phone call confirmation). Then told my wife, myself and my 7 year old Grandson they were full. Luckily Extended Stay found us a room and couldn't have been more helpful. Great Service. Thanks Stephen, Priscilla and Jarrad Rafuse.

Location is decent there is easy expressway access room I had was clean and the front desk had good customer service.

Tewkesbury location. Had to stay for two nights, rather sleep in car. Gave us trouble when we wanted to pay with cash even after giving a deposit. Walked into room and the door stopper for the handle behind door was smashed into the wall. Also could not use AC unit because it would leak and wet the rug Nd I didnt want to be responsible for that.

Good value. I only wish there were more amenities nearby.

To expensive for dirty, oily front office, and if you like an old lady coughing all over you, your key card and front desk then go for it. Had a bad smell, bad update in the rooms. Couldn't hear TV cause it had blown speakers, and no hot water for shower. Could put a little more effort into there offered breakfast, 2x3ft counter space is not a breakfast. Definitely a last resort stay if you need it. Oh, and the walls are literally paper thin, we tested this theory as my girlfriend went to the elevator, (we had a room 2nd from end of the hall) she could here me cough from inside our room with the door closed all the way, must be atleast 30 40 yards from the elev! Just be prepared to be embarresed that your neighbors will hear everything.

This place continues to be a poor excuse of a business. Place was nasty, the people were not friendly, especially the old lady at the desk! Couldn't even get a proper receipt. Kind of makes me wonder what the manager is about. I as have been a store manager and store director. I would not have allowed this kind of customer service. This place needs some serious change in cleaning methods and severe customer service!

Room was ok. Linens are rough on the skin, should use better fabric softener.

After a 30 hour drive, we checked in to a room that smelled like a trash can full of food left for days. There was pubic hair in tub, toilet, and sink. The fridge and burners are also dirty. I cleaned and disinfected the restroom myself. Thanks to my mother, a retired custodial supervisor who still inspects and lives for cleaning. I travel with Bleach, Lysol, and disinfecting wipes. Yes, I could have asked for another room, but in past experiences, if one room is like this, the others are too. For the last 5 years, my husbands and I travel for my husbands work almost all year every year, and this is one of the worst places we've come across. This is also the first time that I use Priceline to reserve this room. I Don't Think I'll Do That Again! Our stays are usually longer than a few weeks. Thank God this trip is less than a week.

Just like every ESA I've stayed at this one is no different. This hotel does not cater to the guests who spend lots of money to get some kind of home feel while away on business. This particular place has mediocre internet which for someone who has to do business via the internet there is no way to do it adequately. When I brought this up to the front desk they just gave me the "deer in the headlights" look. Coffee and packaged muffins in the morning is an insult! At least serve quality coffee, juice, fruit and cereal like most other chains. I will no longer stay at ESA until the corporation changes their model. Unfortunately I didn't have a choice this time (my company placed me here). If you have a chance to stay anywhere else please do!

Definitely not a 3-star hotel. Was suckered by Hotwire into booking here. The front desk staff was really nice and the hotel is quiet. There's a McDonalds across the street and a Longhorn Steakhouse and Crackel Barrel nearby, so the location is convenient. It's also right next to the highway. However, there was an incredible stench in our room, due to one of the pillows smelling really awful. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again when visiting the Boston area.

Tewksbury Ma the room was decent until we were packing up and flipped the bed sheets up to make sure we didn't leave anything and there was several cigarette butts in the crease of the bed visible to all. Disgusting, meaning the maid did not clean bed. Which is very important.

This is LITERALLY the most abysmal place I have ever checked into.

First visit to the US. I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. They clean the room once a week and you can pay an additional $3 per day to get the daily cleaning service. They offer free internet but it is extremely (and I do mean extremely) slow. I stayed in a smoking room and it had the smell but I just went to buy some air freshener. The bed cover had burns in it and I had some noisy neighbors but the hotel does state you need to try to be quite after 10pm or you could be evacuated. The noise next door was not bad enough to complain. I did enjoy my stay and it's good enough if you want to stay somewhere on low budget.
