Room was smaller than expected but the amenities and cleanliness were fine. Standard issue hotel breakfast. Nothing to write home about but inoffensive and a little something for everyone. A 10000% improvement would be to offer real maple syrup.

I stayed in room 405 which was wonderful. It is a huge room with comfy beds and lots of pillows. Big windows, a couch, desk and chair. The hotel was very busy but it was a quiet and peaceful stay. The breakfast was good… eggs, crispy bacon, muffins, bagels, fruit, waffle maker, etc. I would definitely come back, the only drawback was no fridge or microwave though.

Opened pull out bed to find a presumably use needle stashed under the mattress with an old keycard. Not sure how long it had been there but it didn't make me feel great about the cleanliness of the room.

Room was very clean, breakfast was decent… only 1 waffle maker. Small cups for coffee. Fruit was a banana or Apple. Had yogurt, cereal etc. Exercise room was being renovated but we were charged full price. Only 1 tiny waste basket in room. We had King size bedroom. Pictures show office desk, more seating, pics in the room on the wall, curtains and doors between seating area and bedroom. None of these existed. No longer a bar at location either. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet.

This hotel is quiet, the rooms are warm and the staff are friendly and helpful. For the price you get an excellent room good breakfast and smiling faces to top it all off. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay when on a budget.

I was shocked on what we got for what we paid. I was told a different price on the phone and when I arrived at 2:30 am the price went up. Not Good. Then getting in the room I found rags dirty left on the floor behind the door. Then the water faucet in the bathroom I could NOT get cold water out if, I had to use the shower for cold water. Then it was way too hot and could not find a way to turn the heat down. The bed was NOT comfortable to sleep on. The whole hotel seemed run down and old, no upgrades that I could see. The breakfast was the only positive thing I could find. I was very disappointed.

The location was convenient because it was right on Route 44 just down the road from a wedding I attended. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very attentive.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They even go the extra mile to ensure your room is cleaned properly and has the proper amenities — — even down to a remote control! (Hahaha) Plenty of parking.

Suite was comfortable in size. However, it was extremely drafty. It was necessary to turn up the heat quite a bit to make it tolerable. After checking in, I wanted to request something from the front desk. However, neither phone worked in the room. I booked a two night stay. Upon returning on my second night, the room key didn't unlock the door, so I had to go back down to have it reprogrammed. Water pressure in the shower was quite lacking. Not the most positive experience I have ever had.

We stay at Ramada Seekonk regularly for 5 to 10 days at a time several times thru out the year. Front desk and management staff are friendly and responsive to requests. Considering the room rate we get, and we do shop the various sites, this is the best deal going in the Providence area. We've stayed at several different hotels from Bristol, to Seekonk, downtown Providence, etc. Staff generally accommodates in the best room available (we're in a suite this time) and the rooms are good size and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is a pretty standard hot breakfast usually with scrambled eggs, bacon or corn beef hash and potatoes. You can fix a waffle, have yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. Easy access to hotel, near shopping and restaurants like Gristmill and Gregg's. That's my opinion.

Run down with repairs needed. TV closet doors missing, heat lamp in bathroom wouldn't turn off. Breakfast was fine, first time we've seen corned beef hash.

My experience was a great one. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Kim. Very lovely pleasant woman. The place was very clean and the free breakfast is amazing. Everything is freshly made. Real scrambled eggs, bacon, potato, cornbeef hash, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea and my favorite a waffle station. You make your own. It was awesome. All they need is an indoor pool and it would be perfect. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Fantastic stay! The lobby is filled with beautiful artifacts and night auditor/receptionist was super! Room was extremely nice. The breakfast was full & hot… the breakfast space was somewhat dated, thus the 4 star rating. Everything else was better than expected.

I had to attend a wedding in the area and came across this hotel. After booking the hotel, I read some of the reviews and to say in the least, I was not sure if I had made the right decision. I figured I would give it a chance considering the closeness to Providence and the rates were decent. When I arrived, the front desk person was very nice and helpful. When I got to the room, I noticed it only had one bed and I reserved a room with 2 beds. I went down to the desk, the person there apologized and gave me the room I originally reserved. The room was nice and served the purpose. In the evening, there was a bit of noise coming from another room near us. I called to the desk and the night person was quick to remedy the issue. The hotel is an older one but considering the price, it was a good stay.

My wife an I just recently booked a room there for a night we had a weddingvto attend a short distance away we had checked in at front desk but never went to our room until later in the after the wedding we attended so as I entered the room there was food on floor an cigarette burns all over carpet I was allset so I went to front desk an explained the young lady running the desk what was wrong with the room she up graded us to so called better room an promised we would forget all about that room so we proceeded to this other room which seemed nicer I then pulled sheets back an what was in the sheets some else's pubic hair plus the nice bun d le of hair still in shower that was it we were totally grossed out so I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially the prices they charge this place is gross run down smells like urine in hallways an best I can tell there are prostitutes running business out of there the carpets probably haven't been shampooed or replaced since this hotel has been built total dump an I have been trying to get my money back but getting the run around I would definitely recommend finding another place to stay.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Check-in is 3pm. We arrived at 3:15, were told they were currently finishing up our room, and it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. At 3:45 we went up to the room, and cleaning lady was still in there. Went down to the desk at 3:55 to ask what was going on. The lady at the desk told us it was ready. When we told her we just came from the room, she backtracked and said almost ready. Then at 4 she made a call, then turned to me and said it's all done now. We returned upstairs to find the cleaning lady still in our room. She didn't finish up until after 4:10. I called down to ask to talk to a manager. Was told the manager wasn't available, and would be leaving at 4:30, but would be back in the morning. Went to the desk the next morning and was told there was no manager today. That makes 3 times that the lady at the desk blatantly lied to me. The rooms in general are run down. AC is loud. Room smells. TV had 1 working English Channel. The "Deluxe Continental Breakfast" was a joke. Selection was tiny. Food was cold. Could not find a working vending machine or ice machine in the whole building. Would not recommend this hotel at all. It's going down the drain fast. I'm surprised it's even operating anymore.

Worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Carpets were stained and dirty. Decor is old and tatty. Breakfast was disgusting.

Horrible customer service. The absolute worse hotel I've ever stayed in. This hotel is filthy and unsafe for children. Hotel staff was rude and not accommodating to any of my family members who stayed. I found dirty tissues and garbage in our room when we checked in. Nothing smelled clean. I found a hair tie in my bed. Towels felt like sand paper. There was hair in the bathroom sink. There was no air conditioning in the breakfast area. I'd guess it was about 90 degrees in that room. I could go on and on. I will never stay at the Ramada Inn again.

I had originally booked with Motel 6 June 23. We had to get out of this drug infested place. We quickly called Ramada. When we got there the room we reserved was not available however Alan at the desk upgraded us. Without hesitation! The room was excellent. Thank you Alan for making our visit a great one!

Our stay was fine. Beds are comfortable. Linens were clean. Room was fine. No issue with water running all over floor. All you have to do is separate shower curtain liner from shower curtain and put it in the tub. Breakfast was fine.

Nice clean place good breakfast.

Smells like gross food, chipping ceiling paint, narrow stairs and hallways. Helpful staff.

It was a charity event and they where very good. The staff where very helpful.

We went for el mariachis and it was delicious.

First of all I can’t believe I have to even put the place at a 1 star why could I not leave it blank a star represents positive qualities. I had a late check in I was on business and could not find a place to stay inside Providence RI because of a basketball game going on. I had to find a place to sleep and used Priceline. The only options they had were for 3.5 star hotels in the area. Well we arrived to this place so late I asked for a late check out because I had to be at work for 8 hours the next day but I wanted my girlfriend to sleep in or just have a place to stay until I got out of work at 2 p. M. They said latest check out would be 12 p. M. Well that's wonderful now I had to bring my gf with me and she had to stay in my car while I worked "Thanks Ramada you @#$! $#^$@%$#@@" The place had the feel of a cheap motel you would find for a short 3 hour stay. The AC or fan only blew hot air we had to open the windows to cool the room down and it was 32 degrees outside. The hallways had a distinct wet wood smell if your claustrophobic good luck walking down the hallways haha they are very small I’m sure far from handicap accessible. Come to think of it how did they even build the hallways that small no way can a wheelchair turn around maybe even go down the hallways.

Good hotel far from the downtown center of Providence. However, rooms are separated by doors that are not insulated. It was possible to ear all the conversations of the other room. Mariachi restaurant inside the hotel is really good place to be enjoyed if you like typical Mexican food.

Had breakfast with Santa… the kids loved it.

Loved my stay here. Walls of corridor a little thin and you can hear people waking and taking on their way in and out. But other than that the hotel was fantastic.
