The Innkeepers are awesome. The breakfast was very delicious. The French Toast was my favorite. The Chambord Pear was my wife’s favorite. Fresh fruit was served everyday at breakfast. The cookies and treats in the afternoon are very good, and you will want the recipes. Ask for the coconut cookies.
The Wellfleet room was comfortable and luxurious. The bed is big! Lots of history in the house. You can see it and hear it in the old floors of this old Captain’s house. The house is old but in a good way. It’s way quieter than any hotel, and way nicer. My wife enjoyed every moment we stayed there. I enjoyed the historical nature of the house. I am sure lots of good history in the walls of this B&B. It’s very quiet. We hardly heard the 3 other couples in the B&B.
The location is Mid Cape so you can get to any place on the Cape in 15 to 30 minutes. The innkeepers know the area and give great recommendations for dinner if needed. They were also great help for ideas of what to do for day trips, in mid-Winter when the majority of the Cape is shutdown. Even with the Inn almost totally booked they made us feel like we were the only ones there and took the time to ask my wife and I if we needed anything. My wife needed another towel and poof the towel appeared.
This Inn opened in the last few years, and as soon as more people find out about this gem it will be harder to book a room. So I will book again, soon!

My husband and I traveled East for Valentine’s Day. We stayed at The Inn at Yarmouth Port and it could not have been more wonderful. Our room was a haven of rest, comfort and beauty. Kathleen and Chuck are welcoming and go out of their way to see to every detail. Breakfast was incredible, starting with a rum marinated baked apple to die for, followed by a delicious and nutritious and frittata full of all our favorite stuff. Cannot recommend highly enough for a charming, private, luxurious getaway. Do not miss — New England Bed and Breakfast at its finest!

Beautiful Inn! The BEST innkeepers on The Cape!

Great owners, beautiful home, beautiful place.

My wife and I stayed at The Inn at Yarmouth Port for our 10 year anniversary and absolutely loved it! It was very quaint, and I don't think you can find more hospitable innkeepers. I highly recommend this inn.

Such a lovely historic property in a perfect village location for dining, beaches, sunsets, and so much more.

The innkeepers here are so welcoming and indulging! They have attended to every detail to make their guests feel welcome and spoiled! The linens and pillows are the most comfortable we have ever experienced. The inn is beautifully restored in serene colors and design. Fresh flowers from their garden are in every corner. Fresh herbs and edible flowers are used in all of the meals. Kathleen prepared and served a decadent breakfast each morning with fresh, local ingredients. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at the Inn at Yarmouth Port. Our only regret is that we didn’t have time to enjoy the patio and fire.

The Inn at YarmouthPort is where luxury, relaxation and comfort meet. The Inn itself is beautifully decorated with soft hues that will soothe your senses. The garden and patio are serene and lovely — plus its delightful to take your breakfast al fresco!
The rooms are beautiful with phenomenal beds — loves the mattress! I took a soak in a wonderful jacuzzi tub. Everything was spotless — no detail is overlooked here.
We had a glorious breakfast with delicious fresh fruit, fresh homemade wild blueberry muffin and hot out of the oven frittata.
Kathleen and Chuck (the owners and innkeepers) are delightful. They are warm, friendly and welcoming. Everything those in hospitality should be.

My boyfriend and I booked a room at the Inn at Yarmouth Port for a much needed weekend getaway… We had never stayed in an Inn before and didn’t know what to expect. I can safely say we were 100% blown away by our experience. Kathleen and Chuck, the owners, were incredibly friendly and passionate about making their guests feel at home and we’ll taken care of. They made sure they were always available and checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything and were enjoying our stay. They gave us many suggestions on what beaches to go to and places to eat… Kathleen’s breakfasts were to die for and she really put thought into the meals and paired everything together perfectly… The highlight of our stay was when Kathleen baked us a delicious cake from scratch to celebrate the fact that we are having a baby + she left a very sweet card with it. The inn was beautifully renovated but still has so much charm! The outside area is very well kept as well and is a really nice space to unwind while still being in nature. Our room was very clean, comfortable and had tons of natural light. The rest of the staff was also extremely friendly and caring. We were really treated like family and can’t wait to come back next year! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else at the cape!

I had just a one night stay at The Inn at Yarmouth Port and wish I could have been able to stay for more! I stayed in the Cotuit Room which was well appointed and as neat as a pin. Breakfast was a delicious array of fresh fruit, quiche and muffins. I was lucky enough to be there for the Christmas Stroll, and even though the weather outside was frightful, the inn was certainly delightful. Warm and cozy, decked out in holiday decorations and with the aroma of fresh baked cookies and mulled cider wafting through the air, guests were entertained by carols at the spinet, well grand piano, performed by talented singers from both the Cape and Boston areas. How wonderful it is that the innkeeper, Kathleen, has contacts in the theatre community. Innkeeper Chuck kept everything ship shape as strollers wandered through the inn, sipping their cider and munching happily on their cookies. It was a lovely day and I’m looking forward to coming back!

This was one of our all time best experiences on Cape Cod, ever! Kathy and Chuck are so accommodating and the food is AMAZING! We can't wait for our next visit!

Lovely and authentic New England experience.

Had a wonderful experience here. The inn itself is lovely. It's in a quiet area but with some reasonably good restaurants within a short walk or drive. The staff was great. We also really enjoyed meeting Mike and Helen who helped make us feel at home.

We had a delightful weekend at this beautiful inn, which has new owners and a new name! We were welcomed upon arrival by Kathleen, who gave us a tour of the recently renovated inn and showed us to our room. The decor and finishes were high end and lovely with tasteful colors and comfortable furnishings. We could have slept all day in that luxurious bed, but are glad we didn't because we would have missed those delicious multi-course breakfasts that were so artfully prepare…d by Kathleen using the freshest local ingredients. While the weather wasn't perfect, Kathleen and Chuck made sure we had a great time by providing us with a personalized list of places to visit. We felt that our every need was attended to, including the freshly baked cookies and beverages that were available whenever we wanted and the delicious chocolate cake that Kathleen baked when she learned we were celebrating our anniversary. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and look forward to returning!

We had an amazing experience at the Inn, the ambiance, welcome, and cuisine were top notch. The owners were extremely welcoming and courteous attentive but respectful of our space, it was a high end experience the antique finishes and modern conveniences made it a pleasure, sitting out on the beautiful patio was truly enjoyable, I highly recommend a visit to the Inn and look forward to my return.

Greedy Inn at Cape Cod Owners Profit Off Hurricane Victims Paid $1200 for three nights here to enjoy a nice September on Cape Cod. Worked all year for this vacation. Hurricane Irma ruined those plans, and unfortunately with a Cat 5 storm bearing down on us, we had to cancel our trip from Florida. My wife is a nurse and I work for a non profit Theater. We are not wealthy. We didn’t even ask these owners for our money back, all we wanted was to get a credit for future use. Given the situation, we had no choice. We couldn’t leave our home. Not only could these owners have cared less, they wouldn’t even give us a credit, kept all our money ($1000+), and told us if we had really tried, we could have come and got back before Cat 5 storm hit. Unbelievable. I’ve never seen such greed and poor customer service in all my life. Just wanted to share our story with any future customers and these people who own this place. The irony of it all? We stayed there last year and would have made this our go to place every season. They kept our money, but lost the next 20 years of business from us. So the moral of the story is a middle class family goes through a major hurricane, sustains damage to Home, lost wages and gets screwed by Inn at Cape Cod owners who pocket all our hard earned money for an empty bed. Everything that is wrong with this country these days.

Very historic building that's kept so beautifully! I adore the owners here that make breakfast for you personally every morning. And the shower has the most enjoyable features. The mattress was a little too soft for our taste though.
