We just came back from an amazing family vacation at Green Harbor. Staff was amazing, location was quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is there and there are plenty of activities for the kids. We have already planned to return next year!

We (as a family of 6 adults 2 children) come to cape for a week every year, and have stayed at many nice places. Green Harbor is the best! nice clean beach, not a lot of waves for toddlers or rafts. Big clean pool. The rooms are clean and updated. The grounds are clean. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a play group and swings and a mini golf.

We just came back from staying at Green Harbor during this pandemic. We at first canceled our reservation, then decided to go. We were blown away by the care that they have given to keep us all safe. Highly recommend!

This visit was our first. As grandparents we packed a lot of things we never needed. So much to do and keep busy with. So easy to go back and forth between the beach and pool. Saturday was great with a dj playing on the beach for a bit. Not the most modern place but well maintained, especially since we popped in at the end of the season. Extremely comfortable for families. I want to go back.

Everything is perfect. Beach, pool, and the 3 bedroom 3 bath unit is amazing! Personnel are professional and very nice. We will be back again and again, for sure!

Beautiful bay views, isolated from the normal crowd of the cape. The staffers are pleasant… kids friendly with great family activities including fishing.

Words can’t express how much we love this place! They have actually called us Family, and we agree. I have to be partial and say that Janice is our favorite, and has gone out of her way for us on more times than we can begin to count. If you want a relaxing, tranquil, yet reasonable vacation in the Cape… this is where you want to go.

My husband and I come here every year and always look forward to our stay! Rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Resort area is quiet. Great place to relax and enjoy being by the water.

This was our 10th family vacation spent at Green Harbor. A yearly tradition. Not much has changed, which is a good thing. There is always plenty of room on the beach and at the pool. The staff is always very courteous and friendly. The room upon arrival is always clean. After spending all day in the sun enjoying your fun of choice the resort always becomes very quiet and peaceful at night. A perfect time to enjoy a little moonlight stroll on the beach or just chill on your balcony. Green Harbor always provides family activities; mini golf, corn hole, bicycles, basketball, canoes, shuffle board, as well as, family entertainment (Beach DJ, Wild Animal Exhibition, Magician, to name a few). One nice update this year was being able to get Wi-Fi on the beach. Our children are teenagers now and they still look forward to going each year. Each year you know what to expect and each year Green Harbor never disappoints.

Outdoor facilities are excellent. Indoor facilities should be upgraded. The kitchen sink in unit 173 was very slow to drain. My husband had to use a plunger to make it work. The bathrooms are outdated and the hardware should be replaced; the towels are worn due to too many years of usage. Towels were not up to the standard of a "resort". On the days when air conditioning is not needed, it would be nice to have fans in the bedrooms and the living area. The best thing about Green Harbor is the staff. Janice, Star, Dustin and Otto were outstanding. The kids camp counselors were excellent, too.

This was our 2nd year staying at Green Harbour Resort and we absolutely love it. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The grounds are immaculate, love having the pool overlooking the ocean, kids activities are a great addition, my kids love that there are bikes there to borrow and left behind sand toys. The only downside, which is very small, would be nice to have washer/dryer in the town houses; esp for the price. They do have a community washer/dryer but I honestly didn't check them out. Overall, I can't say enough about this resort and looking forward to our time next year!

Highly recommend Green Harbor! This is the second time we have stayed with a Red Jacket resort and they were both great but we loved Green Harbor! We had to cut our stay short and the staff could not have been more accommodating to us. Everyone is always so kind and helpful! The facility has a very homey feeling, is quaint and private and VERY clean! We can’t wait to come back.

Just got back from vacation — our 4th year at Green Harbor Resort. I want to go back! This resort is the best! They have thought of everything. You really don't have to pack any extras. It has a private beach — no crowds, pool, mini golf, corn hole, bikes and so many more activities my kids didn't even do. 13 of us rent a house in a residential neighborhood within walking distance to the resort. It's the perfect rental for a large group. The house is beautiful and includes daily cleaning service. You don't have to pack a thing — fresh towels every day including dish towels and beach towels. You can also pack light because there is a washer and dryer. I wouldn't recommend doing laundry on vacation but it is nice to pack a little lighter knowing you can throw a load in. I can't say enough about Green Harbor Resort. We've already booked for next year. Can't wait!

Very nice, very un-corporate resort. GREAT management and staff. I absolutely endorse this as a family go-to spot.

This was an amazing place to visit and great for my family, I’m not a beach person and this place helped me realize why. I dislike overcrowded beaches and and trying to figure out parking. Check in was awesome and the front desk attendant Rosa was very nice and the grounds were beautiful. We are already thinking about when we can come back.

Just got back from a week at Green Harbor. Fantastic for family vacations. We stayed at the Grand Harbor House. Beautiful space in a very safe area. Walk to beach and pool. Highly recommend this resort!

I am staying here with several family members. The accommodations are good and I feel they are well worth the price paid. Of particular note are the staff, who have so far been nothing less than outstanding. They are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We've met a few other families who have literally come once a year for decades and I can easily see why.

Friendly and good place to go with family, safe and comfortable, everything is well close and the hospitality is comfortable.

We stayed at the beginning of October with temperatures of 70f. The two bedroomed town house for our two nights was perfect. Fully equipped and very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and helped us make the most of our stay.

Lovely setting at the end of the road with beautiful beach and marsh views. Condo was very clean and had all the kitchenware necessary for meal prep. Super staff took great care of us. We loved our time here!

Beautiful property, here for weekend for my daughters wedding. Cottages are cute and quaint. Great views… private beach and pool along bay. Staff great. Very clean.

We love our time at Green Harbor. They treat us like family. Ours accommodation are wonderful. The rooms are very clean. The pool is well maintained and the views are spectacular. I can't wait to go back next September.

Excellent! Second time staying here. Quiet, beautiful views, and comfortable well-stocked rooms (feels like home). The location is great, convenient to downtown Hyannis, route 6 to outer cape, ferries, etc.

We love the green harbor resort! it's our third year and we have stayed in different suites each time. This is far and away our favorite vacation spot. We like to come in mid-september when the crowds have thinned out some. Our 2.5 year old son loves the little playground on the beach and we all love the pool. My only complaint is that the outlets in the rooms are not very good. It seems strange, but across the resort the outlets won't hold the plug in so it will just fall out! still, it's a minor issue and doesn't really detract from the overall experience.

Green Harbor Resort is the best of the Red Jacket properties. It is much more quaint and homey. Nice littlebeach, good pool, friendly staff, marshy inlet behind to canoe in. Nice area to search for crabs.

Great, family friendly beach resort. We have been coming to Green Harbor for years. The resort has hotel style rooms, cottages, and town houses. Each cottage and town house has an eat in kitchen with a deck and a Weber kettle grill as well. The resort is right on the water and has a private beach. There is a kids camp for a few hours each day to keep the kids busy, and a small mini golf, corn hole, shuffle board, and playground areas too. Your kids will love it here. The only complaint I have is that their free Wi-Fi is a total joke. Good luck keeping a connection, and if the weather is bad and your kids want to watch Netflix, you better have unlimited data on your wireless account. You are going to need it.

The green harbor resort provides a beautiful place to stay, with the shell paved road and the absolutely gorgeous house I had the pleasure of staying in. It's a drivable distance from Province town (fantastic shopping town) as well as in a cozy little cove of the beach. Although, they're incredibly adamant about the checkout time (we had a party of 11 people and they wouldn't give us any sort of time extension on when we could leave byby. An extra hour would've been very nice). And also the apartment that I went into had this obvious Crack in the middle of the ceiling which was very obvious. Other than those things, it was a fantastic place to stay.

There are about 30 rooms there. Situated by the water. Daily room service.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Almost all the buildings are directly on the water or at least have a view. I have caught many SCUP right of f the shore while enjoying the view. Yet again this place is amazing. We have a townhouse and it is awesome. The living area could be a little bigger, however other than that it is the best place I've stayed at in quite a while.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend. We had the most amazing time. Accommodations were perfect so much room. Very clean, staff very friendly and explained everything, bike riding, what time the pool closes, where we could fined the beach chairs. We are excited about staying there again. Went and to look at another cottage and she was so helpful. Best place ever.

Netrate concepts. Love cape cod Stayed here last summer love the beach front accomodations weather was great and looking forward to coming here again this year in august our friends at netrate concepts were very helpful in making this all possible.

Great. Period. We usually find ourselves sacrificing or making excuses for sub-par accommodations on the Cape. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi was awful — so don't plan on a working vacation. Beyond that the place was fantastic. If you are expecting the Four Seasons, don't visit Cape Cod. If you're ok with a really nice vacation condo, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Units are functional. Studios are outdated and our unit had a musty smell. Grounds very well maintained. Make sure you ask to get the units with canal or gulf view, otherwise you will have a lot of kids running just in front of your patio.

Wow just what the doctor ordered. Well worth the price. My only negative comment I expedited the beds to be of the very best quality they are acceptable.

Best cape cod resort I have ever been to. Been going there since I was born.
