Lovely B&B. Good Wi-Fi, good breakfast, limited parking, some hallway noise audible (old building), but very charming.

Stayed here with a wedding party. Beautiful place, wonderful experience.

It's a great restaurant you should try it. Great ppl and lovely dining.

Attended a wedding here at the beginning of the season. The staff was very attentive and kind. I had a wonderful time and the margaritas were so good, I asked for the recipe. I would recommend this place to anyone interested.

Old and quaint but not luxurious. We have stayed here a couple times. Each room is different. Wi-Fi outside of the main building is poor. We had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room.

This was an amazing bed and breakfast. It was our first time stay at one and it won't be our last. The staff was very nice and friendly, they helped us with any and everything we could have needed. The property was lovely, it felt homie, and was just a joy to be on. The only problem we had was leaving!

We had our wedding at the Wagner and it was beautiful. The rooms were great and the staff was very attentive. Very comfortable beds and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return.

First trip to the Wagner and here's what I noticed. We had dinner there and the food was excellent. Wife Julia ordered the Halibut special. She's a tough customer and had nothing but praise for the chef. The restaurant was busy but you wouldn't know it from the service. Prompt and attentive. The hallmark of the best. There was a band that night that was also very good. Food, festive, family and friends. A great night all around! We didn't stay here because we were visiting friends but wouldn't hesitate if the need arose. Highly recommended!

After rough start turned out to be a great place to stay.

All night long I heard some people upstairs haveing sex. Terrible experience.

We had a great stay at the Wagner. The rooms were very beautifully decorated and you can't beat the location. Breakfast in the morning was pleasant and the staff was helpful. I'd definitely recommend it if you are travelling to the Cape!

I have stayed at the Wagner Inn and the staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were true New England flair, with a bit of high end spa flavor and they were immaculately kept. Wonderful place to stay, along with a great location. Already re-booked.

I can't say enough about this gorgeous property. Rooms are charming yet modern, and the staff is highly professional and attentive. The property has lovely views, and is a short walk to the downtown shopping, restaurants and harbor. We really enjoyed our dinner (and the live music! ) at the Well Tavern + Kitchen on property. Great menu with a variety of options and a fun bar scene — — be sure to save room for dessert. The key lime pie is to die for. We will definitely be back soon!

My wife and I stayed at the Wagner Inn last week and found it very disappointing. For the money we paid $740.00 for three nights was expensive which we didn't mind but you would think they would have a bathroom sink that didn't back up and left water on the floor. I could not shave as a result of the small sink and filling up with water after one minute of running water. I went to the desk and told them and they said they would take care of it. Guess what, next day same issue. They advertise they have TV — great, but no channels — you can view a Net Flicks if you want TV. Room was OK "Captains Room". We have travelled a lot and stayed at Inn's from the Berkshires all through New England. This was one of the worst we have been in. The place needs to be cleaned up. I think they slopped some paint on the walls in various places to make it "presentable" but not what I would expect for the money. The building structure is great but not a good job of rehab. Continental breakfast was ok. Overall if I were to rate this place on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being highest) I would give it 5. Will not go back. Should have stayed at the Four Points on Route 6 and saved the money.

My wife and I were in Wellfleet for a wedding recently and we stayed at The Wagner. We loved it! What Erica and Leo Wagner are doing with this wonderful inn is really amazing. They are bringing together the rustic charm of an historic inn and the modern amenities of comfort to create a charming experience. Every member of the staff went out of her/his way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. (Be sure to have Karen's freshly baked coffee cake at breakfast — it's fantastic! ) And while you're there have dinner at The Well where the food, drink and music are superb! We're looking forward to our next trip to Wellfleet and The Wagner!
