Large rooms very clean. Outdoor space well kept we enjoyed the fire pit. Very friendly helpful staff. Close to everything.

Clean, good size room, great proximity to National Seashore.

We had a lovely family reunion here in May… we cooked out on the grills, the kids played outside on the playground, and we all swam in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Perfect!

The grounds are well kept, staff is very helpful, has a great pool and the fire pit and barbecue area is a great place to hang out with friends and relax.

I recently stayed at the Southfleet and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Even if you don't leave the premises, there is so much you can do, with an indoor and outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, bikes, playground, fire pit, ping pong and places to walk. The rooms are super clean, and the beds are very comfortable. I have the best night sleep there! It is so lovely to be able to sit outside on the chairs or benches and enjoy complimentary coffee or tea, all day long. The continental breakfast is lovely with options such as bagels, English Muffins, oatmeal, juices, which you can enjoy in the comfortable lobby or take outside. Everyone at the desk is accommodating, welcoming and knowledgeable about what the Cape has to offer. They are always willing to go the "extra mile" for their guests. The location is perfect for visits to the ponds, National Seashore, great restaurants, stores, movie theaters, Marconi Site, Provincetown, and more. For me, it is both a "great escape" and a "home away from home".

Beds were uncomfortable. Light breakfast. Quiet area even with the highway. Both indoor and outdoor pool.

4th time going to this hotel awesome staff go here every August with my husband for my birthday just love it here friendly. Good coffee great pools.

My husband and I stayed last week and I have to say. I just loved it! I didn't get to meet the owners but it such a clean, family friendly place and very convenient to beaches and restaurants! Thank you for a great stay we hope to be back!

So comfortable. Great pools, short walk/drive to ocean and yummy eateries.

Staff that is always friendly. Keys that go easily into actual locks on actual doors. Walking distance to endless beaches, the kind with seals and sharks. Ping pong in the basement. A great restaurant and bar on EACH side. To not love Southfleet is some heavy churl.

The place is very clean great service and I've been going there for over 20 years it's the only place I Stay they have an outside pool and inside pool or hot tub a place for the kids to play place to do a cookout.

An extremely comfortable and relaxing Inn with cozy rooms and great amenities. It is great to have access to an outdoor pool and indoor pool with a hot tub in order to relax on a sunny or rainy day. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and I had the best sleep I've had in a long time. Further, the staff are incredibly helpful and bend over backwards for you during your stay. It was nice to be able to tap into their knowledge for suggestions because it was only my second time in the area? If I am raving a lot for this review it's because they are worth it.

Great rooms. Very nicely setup. Bigger bathrooms. The sure rooms are huge. The heated pool and jacuzzi are great! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating.

Very pleasant staff, and quiet, clean rooms. This place and the Midway Motel are probably the best combination of quality and convenience in the Wellfleet area. If you stay here, you also get a discount for the Van Rennsealar restaurant, right next door. You can't go wrong staying here!

Thanks to the great welcoming staff at Southfleet Motor Inn. The accommodations of the 4 rooms we rented for our family was a fantastic way for us all to be together at the cape. Extra special to have our grandson experience where his dad went on summer vacation. The pool is a perfect afternoon transition from the beach. We’ll all be back next year with two more grandchildren in tow!

Clean, nice staff convenient to ptown.

We've been coming here many years and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. They offer two pools/hot tub/bike usage and fire pit and very clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Everything is fantastic: the service, the food, and the pools and recreation space are well priced and ideal for everyone.

Stayed for the day for a local photography event. Amazing staff took care of us, and it was surrounded by great places to eat within walking distance. Rooms were large and clean.

Best place to stay on the Cape. Beautiful indoor pool with glass all around,, hot tub too! Great way to relax after a day at the beach. It was also great for a rainy vacation day. Kids were never disappointed.

Rooms were clean. Hotel is right across the street from the bike trail and a beach. Wi-Fi connection in the room was poor. Service was great.

A perfectly immaculate place to stay for the quintessential Cape Cod experience. All the comforts you need for the entire family. A refreshing indoor and outdoor pools with a indoor jacuzzi to enjoy after a day at the beach. Fire pit area to relax with the kids after sunset and enjoy a beverage and toast some marshmallows. A pristine gas grill to fire up your own dinner while the family enjoys a game of horseshoes or checkers. There is even a safe play area for the wee ones. A coin operated washer and dryer for those times when you just need to 'wash' clothes. Air Conditioned rooms with a ample refrigerator and a coffee maker. Bicycles and helmets available for guest (first come first served). A super friendly family run motel with owners on the premises. We will definitely be visiting again and again!

What a wonderful place to stay! Exceptional staff and service with great amenities. Walking distance to breathtaking ocean views. I'll definitely be back.
