At this point they should paying people to stay here. Checked in, apparently our 48” daughter is actually 47.5 and can’t ride the slides. Which is made worse bc an entire half of the park (the wave pool) is closed without warning. There is literally only a lazy river for her to use. Our first room had unknown unwashed stains on the sheets & they had to moved us. An arcade employee called my husband rude in front of his face for asking a question and then we were told “she’s just a kid, only 13”. Not sure that’s even legally My husband tried to take our kids to the outdoor pool at 8pm and was reprimanded by young men who claimed it was written in the rules that night was adult only. I referenced the rules given at the front desk, they do not say that nor is it posted at the pool as of last night. The outdoor pool is also pretty dirty as you can see by the photos. There was a car alarm going off from 4-9AM and they said it was an unregistered guest so they couldn’t do anything. This was hands down the worst experiences we’ve had a “family friendly” hotel. I have to note that the poor women at the front deskhave been exceptional and understanding and have trie to make things right. I appreciate their efforts in an otherwise nightmarish trip.
