Absolutely loved staying there. Every interaction with any staff was spot on. The room was great. I loved being there on the beach and being able to walk out of room to pool, Jacuzzi or the beach. Room had a small kitchenette which was great, didn't have to eat out for each meal💕

Perfect spot for our family! The kids can run up from the beach to the pool and back! The private beach is perfect! The hotel was so clean and great precautions in place for COVID. We stayed in the Corsair building and having the washer and dryer on site was really helpful. The rooms are spacious and having the kitchenette is great! Bathrooms are nice and upgraded. Would have liked the AC unit to be a little stronger to make room cooler. The on-site snack shack and bar is good but we were in the Corsair so it would have been convenient if the building had their own bar that was accessible instead of walking across the beach to the other building.
Housekeeping was wonderful with giving us fresh linens daily.
Staff was outstanding! Mark really was very helpful and accommodating. Sapphire was so pleasant and friendly at check-in.
We can’t say enough good about our stay!

Friendly staff. Great rooms. Perfect for a family vacation.

We just got home from a 3 night stay & we loved it! The beach was beautiful & water was warm. Pool was perfect. The kids loved it! We loved having a small kitchen for breakfast & lunch. There are a ton of great restaurants close by. Front desk & housekeepers were super helpful & nice when we need anything.

It has become a family tradition to vacation every summer at the Corsair & Cross rip. The atmosphere is wonderful and they have so much to do for kids. Mark, Sapphire and the rest of the staff are all wonderful. The rooms provide plenty of space for our family of 5 without feeling over crowded. Looking forward to returning this summer and making more memories with our 3 boys!

We absolutely love it here! We stayed here for the first time about 4 years ago and again this August. A perfect family spot, amazing memories for the kids and us as well! The room service is amazing, pools, toys for the kids in the indoor Rec house and private beach. We stay at the Corsair, the room size is large and perfect for our family of 4. The kitchenette is perfect for occasional meals and comes with all of the necessities. Location is fantastic, only steps to the beach and views are priceless. We will see you again next year!

I stayed at the Mates House in October of 2018 after a terrifying experience at another hotel. Mark and his staff were beyond amazing to my family and I. He saved our long weekend getaway. I have never experienced a more thoughtful and accommodating staff any where else. They treated us like family and for that I am forever grateful! Every time I am asked what resort I recommend at the Cape, I recommend the Corsair and Cross Rip! We have stayed at countless places at the Cape for many years and this is by far the best experience we’ve had! We look forward to staying there in the future. This was my 36th visit to the Crossrip over the last 24 years. If you stay for a week in the summer you get 2 free days in the fall. The staff and owner are great people. They have a new beach service lunch and bar. (They need to serve breakfast though). Friendly personal service on the warm waters of the cape. They have a game room and an indoor pool. For large groups they offer 4 beautiful houses either right on or accross the street from the beach. Summer wouldn't be summer without my week at the Crossrip!

I was here for a wedding this past weekend and also visited a friends room for a bit. The location is great, right on the water and the room was clean and had a little kitchen which is always a plus. The service was great and I had a blast at the wedding!

Great location for a good price. The rooms are spacious the one we stayed in seemed recently renovated. The bathroom had a shower tub combo with jacuzzi bathtub. The kitchen was a small galley kitchen with full oven range, microwave, coffee maker, small fridge and a sink, some pots pans utensils plates and cups are provided. Beds were comfortable it had a balcony big enough for 2. The amenities we're nice multiple pools and hot tubs spread amongst the properties they own. And of course there is the beach and ocean. They offer pool and beach side drinks and food during limited hours and times. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaints are the AC in the kids rec room above the indoor pool wasn't working very well, secondly we wanted to order lunch by the pool on Saturday of labor day weekend and we're told the cook called in and they couldn't Serve us, then they recommended a local pizza place that they said would deliver, but we called them and they couldn't deliver due to a driver calling in. All and all a good experience tho I would go back wish we had stayed for a week.

This place is wonderful! My family and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and when I was packing at the finish of my trip I realized that I was missing a brand new Red Sox shirt that I had purchased at Fenway the night before our stay. It had been about a week since we stayed here, but I as I called them as a final option just in case. They returned my call the following day and Shelly said they had it and would ship it to my home in Colorado! I received it today and I must say, I am so impressed and grateful that they took the time to return my item. I will recommend this hotel, and it'll be our first choice when we return to visit. Nothing fancy, but comfortable, quiet. And right on the beach. Rooms have kitchenettes. Great for families.

Admiral House: Renters BEWARE! The service from Jason and the maintenance staff was good. Two of the refrigerators did not function properly, the washing machine leaked water profusely, and the outdoor deck and shower were moldy and dirty. The patio furniture is unusable. Additionally, basic amenities such as trash removal were not explained. Renters must handle far more than the lease explains… bringing trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. Also, there is a requirement that the entire house be cleaned (not broom clean). Vacuuming, cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, are all the TENANT responsibility. Also, it is expected that bed linens and towels are washed prior to departure at 10:00 A. M. For $4, 250 per week, this is RIDICULOUS!

I didn't stay at a room on this occasion but I have in the past. A very nice spot close to the beach, casual and upbeat staff, great views in a small neighborhood. Had a great time here staying for my sister's wedding.

Staff was great, super helpful and pleasant. Facilities also wonderful, from the beach, to the pools and hot tub. Room was clean and enough for our needs. We'll be back.

We had our wedding here just a few weeks ago and the team could not possibly have been better to work with. Where we appreciate all of the staff here, Mark, Ian, and Sapphire really went above and beyond to help make our entire experience perfect. We could tell right from the start that they are all genuinely really good people. We had a very small wedding, only 18 people including both of us, and the Commodore House was the perfect place for her to get ready and for our dinn…er. We then stayed there for the rest of the week as a mini honeymoon and loved it. Some of our guests even booked a weekend in June while they were there and we are already booked to return in August. You all have fans for life!

My husband and I got married here this past weekend and had the MOST amazing experience at this hotel. We had a small (16 guest) ceremony on the beach, and it was gorgeous — we rented the Commodore House and I got to walk down the lovely stairs right onto the beach for the ceremony by the ocean, and then had the reception inside the house and on the deck, both overlooking the water which was perfect. Mark, Ian, Sapphire, and all the staff were wonderful — from the first call for info to the quick responses to questions to the smiles and constant support on the actual day, we could not have asked for anything more. Our guests all loved it too, and have asked us to get married every year so they can recreate the weekend. Thank you for a wonderful wedding and honeymoon!

We have been coming to the Corsair for 15 years and and have loved every minute of it. The place is clean and the staff treats us like family. They have watched our family grow up! We wouldn't think of going any other place!

You always read reviews of people who stay at the resort over the summer, but never from the people who worked there. I started the summer of 2008, for summer job as a housekeeper. I loved it… the people I worked with, are like family. I really had a blast working there, was fun and joyful and the guest always had smiles on their faces. I had the opportunity to worked at the resort for a few summers and now I am a proudly manager at a resort in my own country. So with this I want to say thank you to the owner, Mark Downey, Sapphire and Shelley and of course Miss Beverly, my supervisor, without the experience and what you and USA have taught me… I would have not be where I am today! You made me stronger person! Was blessing working at the Corsair and Cross Rip! Best tip for the young kids out there… you have to start from the bottom to get to the top! South African hugs!

Great place! My third time here, would return time and time again. Beautiful beach, wonderful accommodations. Great, friendly staff plus spot on recommendations from Mark. Restaurants within walking distance, tried Ebb Tide last night and visited gift shop as well. Enjoying what the rest of the week has to offer with a great view from the room.

Room smelled like mildew in the room but everything else was great there. Very fun and very friendly staff.

Love this place! Great view, great customer service, and wonderful room. The staff is very friendly and the resort has most every thing you want. They have many buildings with indoor, out door heated pool, and out door unheated pool. They have DVD's to borrow as well as games. I personally love the coffee in the am and the cookies and lemonade at 2. Great family destination! We have been coming here for years. They remember us and our names. Most of the staff is long time employees. Check it out!

Right on the beach with two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, and a game room area. The rooms all seem to have two queen beds, a pullout sofa, and a kitchenette. We had a great experience.

The best place on the cape, I been coming here over 10 years. Is home away from home, excellent staff that keep the place immaculate. I try to come twice a year, I highly recommend it.

We have stayed at the Mate's House for over a decade now, renting the cottage for one week each summer since 2002. The house is beautiful with access to a private beach, tons to do in the area, and the resort staff is always helpful.

The staff is amazingly helpful & accommodating. The room was clean & airy plus an incredible view.

Amazing property right on the beach, close enough for easy day trips to Provincetown or taking the ferry from Hyannis to the Vineyard. My husband & I visit every spring and this is always a wonderful place to stay!

We just stayed here for a week and found Mark and the staff absolutely amazing. The rooms were comfotable, roomy, and very clean. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Our girls were taking part in a skating competiton, and 4 of the staff came to watch!

Stayed here Fall 2013 for a local wedding. Close to beach, roomy accomodations, walking distance to restaurants, ample parking, friendly staff. Great for a family or couple looking for a relaxing Cape Cod vacation.

We rented the Captains House for my daughter's 10-26-13 wedding weekend. We used the house for a rehearsal dinner on Friday night and the bride getting ready on Saturday the day of the wedding. The wedding was held at the SEA VIEW. The Captains House was perfect! Mark was very easy to work with. Consider renting one of the houses if you are a family having a wedding somewhere on the street. It works out very well!
