Great location right near downtown Chatham and steps away from Oyster Pond Beach… Lovely pool in back was helpful with kids early in the morning! Awesome breakfast — huge pancakes! Thank you to the amazing staff.

We are repeat guests at the Queen Anne Inn. This year we stayed for 6 nights. The Inn is in walking distance to Chatham and Oyster Pond (fabulous for children). You can rent bikes (even electric) at the new Wheelhouse Bike Co. Delicious breakfast every morning at the Inn. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Betya, the manager, who ensures your ever need is taken care of. Our room, one of the larger ones, was bright and nicely furnished. Enjoyed afternoon swim in pool. Overall experience was excellent. See you next year!

Right as we walked into the hotel, the inn keeper, Yoana Peneva greeted us with a friendly smile. Throughout the whole weekend, we felt welcomed and right at home. As we entered the room, we were immediately satisfied with our beautiful, private suite. The room was kept clean throughout our entire stay. It was truly a great weekend getaway and are excited to return soon.

First Class Customer Service does indeed happen with the Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast in Chatham. We had a recent customer service issue that was resolved and they were extremely fair in their response. Great Place to stay and run with excellent folks. Thanks Queen Anne.

Basic place, a bit dated room with good private outdoor space. Good service.

Nice historic inn close to main street Chatham. Our room had a nice balcony and came with an American breakfast. We were told we would have a king bed and only received a queen, which was uncomfortabley hard.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time and will definitely come back again as well as highly recommend this place to our friends. We liked everything, the room was very beautiful and clean. Staff was friendly, professional, polite and pleasant. So we enjoyed our time there very much! The breakfast was delicious and we were recommended which beach to go the best. The location is great too, everything is near: the beaches, the restaurants and stores.

We had our first stay in August 2015. Location is nice, walking distance to main street in Chatham & to nice small beach… and CVS if you forgot something. Plenty of parking. There are 2 adjoining lots. First impression of inn is how charming it felt, though old and needs more updating, it can be part of the casual charm. We stayed in the main building on tge garden side. Rooms have in-window ac units, so can be loud. Garden room is spacious and felt clean. Balcony is enjoyable. Complimentary products appear to be natural. The full American breakfast included with room is good sized. I had raisin bread french toast with fresh fruit. Only one small glass of juice per table (not person) included. Add on items are billed to room. Small in-room fridge though included must be requested. If you want it by check in, I suggest calling ahead. They are willing to bring it in as soon as you head out. They placed it in our closet. No room safes or microwave. Coffee and ice machine in common areas. We did not use pool but they do offer beach towels and chairs, but is first come first served only. Staff are friendly though could be better at helping out proactively. It is noted there is massage on website but no mention of it during tour. No mention of fridge availability, I had to ask. No suggestions on things to do. They will help if asked. Also, English is not their first language, which might be part of the issue.

A quaint inn with a nice staff and great breakfast dishes. We truly enjoyed our stay there. If we're ever in Cape Cod again, we will definitely book out stay there.

Rebecca and I spent our honeymoon here! After a small mishap, the staff there went above and beyond for us. We look forward to going back there every September from now on! I would have given 6 stars if that was an option!
