We’re three hours into our stay but already we were greeted at the door with huge smiles and a great vibe. The pool is basically brand new and spotless so we couldn’t resist a swim right away on this hot August day. The rooms are beautiful and welcomingly up to date with strong Wi-Fi and even stronger AC! Five stars so far!

Excellent hotel that is worth the price. The rooms are well decorated and the showers have great pressure. Our bathroom was clean and well designed. It is also close to lots of good spots for someone who has not been to the area.

When I think of a motel, I think of a "run-down" place that is of very poor quality. This place shattered that image I had. In fact, it has easily set the bar high, even for some of the nicest hotels I have ever been to. Definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Spotless, convenient, quiet, and above all else reasonably priced.

I booked a room for May 25 for 1 night to the 26th and I was charged for 2 nights. After I brought the mistake to their attention I was told the charge would be reversed within 1 week. I allowed 2 weeks for good measure and wasn't reimbursed. I called numerous times and was told that they would fix it but never did. I gave 2 months, so now I have to leave a negative review.

A wonderful stay at the Chatham Motel. We stayed for the weekend for a wedding in the area. The managers were the nicest and most helpful couple. Rooms were clean and I would highly recommend.

Rooms were decent but as soon as we walked in all you could smell was how old it was. Quite small for the high price they want a night but overall eh. Stayed in the last room and it was very gross. The carpet looks like it hasn't been changed or at least cleaned in 40 years and we also found flea bites on ourselves the next day.

A great experience. My only regret is not finding this place at the beginning of our 10 days on the Cape. Ron and his wife are wonderful hosts. You will not be disappointed staying here. Nice and quiet, comfortable rooms and close to many great things to do.

Rooms were cozy and clean. Bathroom could be a little more modernized. Other than that, a great experience.

Reasonably priced, you can tell it was built in the 60s or 70s and they have attempted to furnish it with modern objects. It is quiet there and is close to everything on the cape. Recommend for a vacation where you just need to rest your head and than go exploring.

Recently stayad here and it was delightful. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Excellent location as we attended a wedding not too far from here and there is plenty Uber availability in the area.

Nice clean rooms and reasonable rates. What sets them apart is the great staff. They were friendly and very accommodating.

In Chatham for the 4th of July weekend, the wife and I were looking for a clean, inexpensive place to spend the night. We wanted something close to town and the beach, but weren't expecting to walk to either. The Chatham Motel fit the bill perfectly. Incredibly reasonably priced, the rooms were spotless and comfortable. Of particular note was the recently remodeled bathroom. All new fixtures, and not a spot of the mold, wear or cracking that always seems to be present in motels of this vintage, no matter how recently updated. Beds were comfortable, and with a fridge/coffee maker, cable TV and Wi-Fi we were all set. If you're not looking for a resort, it's got everything you need for a weekend down the Cape. Would recommend without hesitation.

I didn't have too high of expectations because the price was so much lower than other area hotels, but I can tell you this much, Chatham Motel exceeded my greatest expectations. Super charming, incredibly comfortable, nice staff. Room had everything we needed and the beds were far more comfortable than the Marriott's we stayed at in Providence for the second half of the trip. I would absolutely come back here any time I'm in the Cape. Loved this place. Room was HUGE. We stayed in the (2) queen premium. Weather was beautiful so we left all (5) windows open during our time there. Bedding was nice. Flat screen tv, microwave, mini fridge, seating area with leather club chairs. Very bright room and tastefully decorated (except the curtains — if those went, the room would be posh). All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to return! Don't even question it — stay at the Chatham Motel. Close to everything!

The tub was absolutely disgusting! Gross. We refused to use it — cannot wait to check out of here in the morning. Flea bag. : (
