We were a large group and this worked out so perfectly for us. Great place, great staff & beautiful grounds. We couldn’t of imagined staying anywhere else!

I booked for April 2020 which was mid-pandemic. Hotel called to cancel because of the virus and the state was not allowing hotels to be opened. I let them keep my deposit and then I tried to rebook for July. They tried to charge me double for an issue that was not my fault. $200–>$400 for a single night. The guy on the phone laughed when I started explaining the situation. I don’t recommend. Unpleasant experience and not accommodating at all.

Beautiful resort, landscaping is amazing, the staff was very friendly, all areas of the resort from rooms to pool were immaculate. Absolutely would come back!

Beautiful landscaped property. Two bedroom suite was very spacious and modern. Turn down service included chocolates every night. Suite was exceptionally clean and bright. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

Spacious rooms. Awesome landscaping. Quiet. Super clean pool and spa. Very friendly staff/owners.

We stayed at Pleasant Bay over the weekend and we were so impressed. Our house was hit with the tornado and we needed a pet friendly place for our dog, Maggie. She loved it too! This place was SPOTLESS! The gardens are beautiful and it’s so peaceful. Pool area is deluxe. We stayed in the lower deluxe two bedroom suite and it was just amazing. I would highly recommend this resort and we hope to stay there again in the future. We even bought a shower head like the ones in our room because it was the best shower ever!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing with the beautiful gardens to stroll through. The kids loved feeding the fish, playing table tennis and shuffle board. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The asian style garden is super nice, Zen japanese maples, rocks and hill, Chinese calligraphy and decorations in the garden and rooms. The room is well maintained but needs updates. Staffs were very nice. The overall experience is positive and we will consider coming back next year.

Wonderful time this past week. Pool was perfect for our girls who love to swim. Pool side service and food was excellent. Staff was SO helpful with recommendations on places to go in the area. Room was clean and comfortable for what we needed. Gave my girls fish food for the koi pond — which they loved!
Will def come back to stay. Grounds are beautiful and convenient to Chatham, Orleans and Harwich.

A very nice, quiet resort in Chatam. We stayed Friday to Monday and loved it. Staff was excellent and catered to any need with a smile. The grounds are beautiful. Stayed in a suite with 2 bed rooms, full kitchen, living room, diningroom, and deck. They have been renovated and look very nice/clean. Pool and hot tub as well were very clean. Cant forget the resident dog Buddy who lives up to his name. Will definitely return!

Nice place to go with kids. Has pool and playground. Nice surroundings with a lot of trees. Minus point is the pool only opens at 10 am, Which is late if your kids wake up at 7 am.

This is our second year staying at the Pleasant Bay Village Resort. We love staying at the resort while our family is in town. The landscaping is just beautiful. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The mattresses are very comfortable providing for a good night’s sleep in an extremely quiet environment. All the staff from the front desk to servers and housekeepers are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast served every morning was delicious as was lunch served by the pool. All in all, a pleasant experience for us. We highly recommend the resort.

Staff are incredibly kind and warm, always ready to serve and help. Grounds are impeccable, rooms clean, food delicious, and pool is beyond inviting. We will come back next year.

One of the nicest resorts I’ve stayed at (lots of character that other places lack). The property is amazing with lush greenery, walking paths, Koi pond, waterfall, heated pool and a great big hot tub. There is also ping pong and shuffle board for more family fun. Peter and the rest of the staff are outstanding. They definitely go above and beyond what you get at other places. Next time we are in cape cod, we are definitely staying at Pleasant Bay Village Resort.

Incredible experience! very friendly staff and phenomenal for recommendations on where to eat and what to do in the area. the pictures online do not do it justice! this place was very nice and comforting, clean, and a must stay when you are in the area.

Pros: Reserved parking, Privacy, Safes in room, refrigerator in rooms, easy access. Cons: Rooms can get cold at nights but they have heat. Doors can be tricky to open. Recommend for solo or family travel. Rooms are more of a motel style but grounds we're nice.

We found our stay to be very enjoyable. Our room was very clean an comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful grounds. The staff was very helpful and the morning breakfast delicious.

Staff is kind & helpful. Location is unbeatable. We've stayed here many times and always found the Pleasant Bay Village to be a relaxing, tranquil place. I have only two complaints: 1, The mattresses were uncomfortable — or, at least, not as comfortable as my bed at home. 2, During peak hours (after dinner but before midnight), the Wi-Fi could get VERY slow.

Recently spent 3 nights there with my kids (10 & 4) and we all loved it! So many unique little details along the lovely grounds. Staff is so pleasant and welcoming. Although we were surrounded by beaches, my kids did not want to leave your pool! Oh, and your dog is amazing! Would love to come back to pleasant bay village.

Way overgrown, and musty. The bamboo outside our back porch was awful. Shower leaked all over floor. Horrible, uncomfortable beds. Dated and Need ceiling fans. There were nails sticking up on deck stairs leading up to cabana to get towels. I will say staff was excellent, very friendly and tried to be accommodating. One thing that bothered me was the fact I didn't realize the hotel was pet friendly (I still can't locate it on the website) which caused my husbands allergies to act up. In a nutshell not worth 400+ a night. We were really looking forward to this vacation as we love the cape but are tremendously disappointed.

My friend and I had a great three nights there, staff is always friendly. It was extra nice to be able to get a quick breakfast and lunch at the hotel… can't beat poolside lunches!

We always feel welcome. From greeting to departure, a true vacation atmosphere is what you have at Pleasant Bay Village. You can relax by the pool or head to one of the many beach's. You can walk through the town or head for the islands. You can never experience all the Cape has to offer in just one visit.

Stayed at your resort for a nearby wedding. Wished we could have stayed longer. The room was spacious, there were 4 of us. Very clean and nicely decorated. The back deck was private and serene.

Our second time staying here. We will be back. Thanks, your staff makes all the difference. The grounds are beautiful of course and we love it but the staff really seal the deal. Thanks for all of the hard work.

I stay here several times each summer. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the a/c is not too loud. Conveniently located between Chatham and Orleans. Great location if you plan to go boating from Ryder's Cove.

When we got here our room had a very strong odor. The management upgraded us and moved us into a suite very graciously. Lovely grounds, great breakfast, and attentive staff.

Pleasant Bay is clean, has friendly staff, spacious rooms, prompt service and best of all it has a pool and HOT TUB! Both of which are very clean and simply beautiful! I loved every second of this slice of heaven in Chatham.

The resort is a hidden gem. Very clean rooms, beautiful grounds, close to Orleans and Chatham and near fantastic restaurants. I would highly recommend this resort!
