Loved the ridgedale room!

Had no idea what motel would be liked when I booked and was very favorably impressed when we checked in. Great place.

Wonderful stay very clean.

Friendly service, clean Cape Cod cottage style rooms. I like that there was assigned parking for each room. The grounds were beautiful too.

Bad soundproofing, you can hear everything beginning from the directly neighbors to vehicles on the street. Room looks cozy but isn't comfortable and the bad is small and old. In the night the room is illuminated by a window, goes to a floor which has a light directly in front of the window. WLAN interrupts several times.

Beautiful cape cod accommodations, clean rooms with a small efficiency. Beds were not the most comfortable but you are close to the beach.

Lovely place just 5 minutes drive to Chatham town.

This place was exactly what we needed. Simple, clean, and quaint. We were the first to stay in the new addition and it was perfect. Innkeepers were so welcoming and helpful. I recommend this to anyone.

This Georgia peach just spent 4 amazing days in Chatham. Thank you so much to the Seafarer Inn…. An absolute wonderful place to come back to after spending the days exploring the Cape. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to beautiful Chatham.

Absolutely love this place. Cannot beat this location — the rates are great, REALLY nice people who work there. Whole establishment is super comfortable and clean. I went with my husband and we've already booked our next stay — — with friends this time.

We highly recommend the Chatham Seafarer. My husband and I were struck by the immaculate, charming rooms – we stayed in the Boxwood Room — and the beautiful grounds with an amazing sunny swimming pool. It is hard to believe for this reasonable price you are staying in Chatham (think Chatham Bars Inn at $800 per night) with it's easy walk to adorable Ridgevale Beach (feels like your own) and bike path location. Wish there was a Continental breakfast so that I could linger by the pool longer, however, there is coffee every morning. I can't wait to go back.

Perfect getaway! Location is just perfect! Clean as a whistle!

We are staying at the Chatham Seafarer for our fourth summer vacation. We found this place four years ago and have been coming back every year since. Rooms are always very clean, spacious with hardwood floors and yield comfortable mattresses. Also, the large; heated; outdoor pool is very nice to have during chilly days and evenings. The Chatham Seafarer is conveniently located less than a mile from the famous Ridgevale beach and a few minutes drive from the fancy Chatham downtown, with fine dining and shopping. The Ridgevale beach is the most children friendly beach at the Cape with shallow water inlets. The beach is in the warm waters of Nantucket Sound and the water temperatures usually seen 70-75F in the summer. The Chatham Seafarer is a family owned place. The manager/owner, Annie, is always kind, generous and helpful to her guests. It feels like we are visiting friends. We also love landscape and gardens. Mature trees give plenty of shade. We can see rabbits and a lot of birds. The atmosphere is very relaxing and quiet. My whole family would like to recommend the Chatham Seafarer.

$185 plus tax is certainly overpriced for this quality and service. The rooms are kept clean but look weary and certainly need renovations, especially bathroom. Extra towels need to be bagged for (I asked for 5 got 3. ) — I was asked how come we have already used what they gave us. The worst part is the receptionist/manager Annie. Staying there for a couple of days with my kids I planned to spend a relaxing evening chatting by the pool with my visiting friend (who by the way spend 3 hours to get there to meet me). Ms. Annie showed up as soon as we settled by the pool and asked my friend's kids to leave the pool saying it is for guests only. We suggested to pay whatever extra fee would be there but she stubbornly kept referrring to some "regulations". I travel a lot and stayed at the number of hotels — I can not recall a single one that would have these kind of unwelcoming rules. We had to leave alltogether. I checked out from the room earlier before the 11 a. M. Time and was ginven by a hard time the same Annie when my 6 year old needed to urgently use the bathroom. She insisted that the rooms has been cleaned and we can not go in (which was a lie). The best part about this motel is the pool and the area surronding it — quiet green peaceful but you won't be able to enjoy it with your friends — so what's the point. Location is good to 1 mile to the beach.
