The price online said $70 and when we got there it was about $90 plus taxes. Not happy about the price difference. The room it self wasn't anything to talk about but it seemed clean. Just not worth $109.

Everything was very clean, which is the most important thing to me. The pool & grounds were clean & well maintained too, with beautiful flowers. The owner was very pleasant. It's only a 15 minute drive from Tanglewood, and right off the highway, but still quiet enough to sleep. This is clearly a motel from the height of family motel vacations, and I loved that they kept some of the original touches from that era, like the Sunbeam hairdryers, but they have also updated with flat screen TV's, and Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable, and the room also had a mini fridge & a microwave, which is imperative for me, as I have food allergies & eating out isn't always possible, so I carry my own food as precaution. This isn't a fancy bed & breakfast, and there are obviously home repairs, but it had everything I was looking for, and I will definitely book a room again the next time I'm there.

Small motel in Lee, MA that is about 15 or 20 minutes drive to Tanglewood. The room was small but clean. It won't blow you away with luxury, but it is perfectly sufficient for a home base for exploring western MA. There was a small (Dorm sized) fridge and a microwave. There is a pool 3-8ft deep, with a roughly 10x15 foot 3 foot deep section, and a pool rope denoting the start of the sloping section. There is a breakfast restaurant next door and a family oriented ice cream diner across the street.

Very clean. Family run. Simple rooms with firm mattresses. Outdoor pool and hot tub. Easy access off I-90.

Despite the place being "tired" looking, it's a good place to stay for a night, or two, for people on a budget. Beds were a bit squeaky, so were the sink handles in the bathroom. The toilet was a bit low to the ground, but still usuable. The shower had very hot water, and was easy to operate. The bathroom light was a bit bright, but it wasn't hard to turn it off. There was also the cutest, little window in there, seeing as there weren't vents. My mother, and I bumped our heads on the wall lights, right over the bed, and we're short. The pool wasn't open, but I expected that, since we stayed prior to memorial day, and a lot of stuff like that doesn't open until Memorial day, or shortly thereafter. There was free Wi-Fi that the concierge gave us, a Samsung television in our room, as well as a lot of reading lights, a mini fridge, and a microwave, all in front of a mirror. The doors are open right to the street, and you can hear the traffic go by, even late at night, and early into the morning.

Basic motel. Very simple yet clean accommodations. The pool was clean and very secluded which was nice. Beds and furnishing were dated but functional. A little pricey for the area and the level of accommodations.

This hotel is quite sad. Apparently quite prejudiced as well be careful how you show up. Hikers are NOT allowed according to the front desk person I spoke with. Since this motel is close to the Appalachian Trail they should be a little more considerate of people. This should not be acceptable. Shame on them. I wonder who else they would turn away as they might find them intolerable…

Checked in at 2am on christmas eve. Room was clean, 32 inch wall mounted tv. Kinda of a cheap motel vibe. It cost us about 73 bucks total and we were gone by noon the next day so I feel was a too expensive… of course.

I had a great stay! It was a very quiet area so I was able to get a great night sleep. Walking distance to many convenient stores, we went to Friendly's for desert and had breakfast at DD! Many other food options though. Room was very clean and had no stains! Includes microwave, refrigerators and bathroom and clean beds. Their pool was almost Olympic-sized and was very clean. Lee Premium Outlet Malls are about 3 minutes away which was great for shopping. Overall great stay and enjoyed myself.

Great room, managers were accommodating, and a really good location & great price! Would recommend this to everyone!

Way over priced. Lied about the place having the last room available. If you like tree frogs in your bathtub this place is for you. Blew us away, yep there was a baby tree frog in the bath tub.

Not worth $190 per night! Actually, not even worth half! I'm not one to complain but this place needs A LOT of work & updating. The beds had hair everywhere, light fixtures were falling off the walls & there aren't even any closets. Do yourself a favor & spend the extra $100 & stay at the holiday inn (at least they have breakfast). Bottom line… not worth acquiring scabies… yuk!

Way overrpriced, but I love these Dives! I love Hotels Period! ;).
