Clean, QUIET rooms are good size. HD DirecTv was a great surprise. Breakfast area too small. Would stay again.

The location was perfect, convenient to the turnpike and next to a beautiful lake. The room was clean, service was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Very courteous — we were booked in from overflow from another Hilton downtown for an event at the DCU. They were helpful and professional, made potentially awkward experience smooth.

One of the cleanest places Iv stayed at and super convenient. Management was awesome and helped us with everything we needed! A++

The young lady at the desk Mackenzie, Checked me in. She was very polite and welcoming. I interacted with her several times over the weekend and she gave me serval great recommendations for dinner and places to shop around the are. She made me want to return to this property even more! The rest of the hotel was very nice and clean, breakfast could of been a little hotter but still many options to choose from. The women who cleaned my room did a fabulous job and was very nice as well.

Pros: Nice property, hidden back in a wooded area, very quiet. Decent hot breakfast Cons: when walking into hotel there was a old women with black hair and glasses who was taking a phone call on her cell phone at the desk. She was not welcoming due to the fact that she was pre occupied. She made me feel as though I was interrupting her. Maybe managment allows this? Although unprofessional. Also the rooms need updating.

The man at the front desk was amazingly helpful. We forgot to get some milk for our toddler. When I asked if there was a vending machine that I could buy some at he told me no but then went back into the kitchen to get me some. It was a life saver. Our room was clean and smelled good. The carpet and surfaces were not sticky or grimy. I would definitely stay there again.

Just a one night stay, but everything was great. They let me check in a bit early and they had a Pack 'n Play available for my daughter (no fitted sheets for the Pack 'n Play, though). Everything was clean, and breakfast was good.

Staff was not overly pleasant. Rather curt. Overnight front desk staff was very friendly and nice. Front doors were broken. Wet floors made things very slippery and hazardous. Food was nothing to wrote home about. Rooms were clean and it was a decent place for one night.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. I would have to say that the room was clean and in good condition. It was certainly a no frills space. Unfortunately, the staff was somewhat less than friendly. The room come with your typical buffet breakfast. I wish I could say more about it, but it was just not very good. The location is convenient with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. It was also easy access to downtown Worcester.

Great staff at the front desk. Perfect location. Literally 2 minutes from the Mass Pike and 290. Elks Lodge within walking distance. Who could ask for anything more?

Front desk people are great. Maid service is the best. All around great place to stay.

The room was very nice! King size bed, sleeper sofa, tv, frig, microwave, all the amenities you would ever need!

Worst stay ever. I had stayed for a wedding. The person who cleaned my room was so sweet, Bianca was her name. The other housekeeper her name was Deanna was awful very rude to my family and to the housekeeper cleaning my room. I thought staying here would be wonderful Im was wrong. I stay with the Hampton alot not anymore. I will be telling all my friends coworkers and family not to come here. If you are going to hire someone make sure their attitude was atleast right for the job.

The hotel was very nice inside and the staff was also very kind and helpful.

I am very impressed with customer service by Richie. I work in customer service and often times this is the very first thing I notice. My family and I arrived in the area at 3:30 am in the morning to find out all hotels in the area have been booked and most of the front desk representatives we came across were very rude. Then we found the Hampton Inn, Richie was the one that booked our room. Even though we were not able to check in that early in the morning we were able to check in before check in standard time. Richie was friendly and accomodating on the phone when booking… Now, as I sit in the front lobby working on my computer I can hear him sincerely talking to every customer that comes through the door. This is a man that loves his job! I never met someone who can instantly connect with guests the way he does!

The Hampton was really clean and very friendly staff.

Very clean, very nice. Wasn't staying but picking up friends. My friends really enjoyed the stay there.

Easy to find, close to highway. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, even providing a courtesy call shortly after we checked in to make sure our room was acceptable and to see if we needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable and included a small refrigerator, cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Extra facilities, such as the pool with hot tub, and the fitness room were nice additions, if even small. Breakfast was free and included hot items (eggs & ham), cereals, a waffle maker, fresh fruit, pastries and choices of coffee. And you could eat all you want, which my teenage boys enjoyed. All in all, pretty much all you could ask for in an overnight stay.

Stayed only one night but was very pleased. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, and good hot breakfast in the morning. Price was good too. If I'm ever needing to stop in the area again I'll stay here again.

Parking: ample Check in: adequate we were not greeted as a Hilton Honors member Room: Bed: Closet: dresser: Bathroom: clean, with complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion, everything in working order. Noise: very little noise from the outside as it pretty isolated as there is a small bridge you cross before you get to the hotel HVAC: not too much noise from the A/C unit-allowed for a restful sleep Room darkness: 80% can never get the room dark enough with the center closing curtains. Amenities: Large mini-refrigerator, small microwave, Flat screen TV Breakfast: the normal Hampton selection-waffles, eggs, Canadian bacon, oatmeal, fruit yogurt, sweets, toast, bagels and more. Wi-Fi: included Fitness center: free weights, bench, elliptical, treadmill and recumbent bike, TV — everything working. Evening snacks: The cookies last evening were small :) but always a nice touch. Staff: Most of the staff were friendly. Just when we checked in the woman at the front desk wasn't too friendly. Even on subsequent days. Maybe she was having a bod a week.

The location is private and quant, even even though they currently have ongoing renovations, everything is modern and welcoming.

Nice hotel, but still having some work done which made everything smell like paint.

First night back from the Marine Core and I booked the room for the time period I would be back. Lost my room key and notified front desk to cancel the key card, left for a few hours until about 2am to come back and find a multitude of people in my room with my things. I went inside furious and started kicking people out and front desk called to notify me of complaints I explained they were not my people or with me and forced them all to leave to the lobby. Upon reaching the lobby, the front desk attendant proceeded to loose his patience and call the cops to kick everyone out including me despite the fact that I explained I did not know these people and was attempting to kick them out myself. Cops were polite and attempted to defend me and gave me advice on the situation. When I approached the front desk the employee proceeded to tell me I had to leave regardless of the situation and when I asked for a DM contact number he proceeded to call me racial slurs in front of my girl. Unacceptable! I will never again bring my business to this hotel nor would I recommend it to anyone for the simple fact that situations here are not handled professionally. As a Marine my integrity was challenged and as a civilian my business was lost. One star for this location, and I will be reported to BBB for the racial slurs in which I have multiple witnesses.

The entrance to the hotel is off of rt-12, NOT Warren Rd. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is above average for the rating of the hotel however I have had better at other Hampton Inns. I seem to remember Hampton Inn use to advertise pillowtop mattresses, but the mattresses at this hotel, as of writing, do not. Still, very comfortable place to stay for the week. Good water pressure, everything very clean. Fridge & microwave in room.

Very nice stop over on our trip. I would stay here again. Hampton Inn's seem very consistent.

The rates were a little pricey due to a few events this weekend but our stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly. The manager that works overnight is extremely pleasant to deal with, helpful and informative. Would definitely stay here again if passing through.

My experience here was amazing. The price was very affordable. The staff were so kind, and the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start my day. Best part is that the room I stayed in was immaculate and cozy.

This hotel is very clean and affordable. I travel for work and high speed internet is very important. They advertise free high speed internet, but what a joke. The connection is very slow. I am finding that out about all of the Hampton Inn's. They seem to have slow connection speed. My wireless toggle on my blackberry is faster.
