The views are amazing! The motel is clean and well kept. It fit my family of 5 just fine, not the biggest but we were there for the ocean views not floor space! The staff was friendly as well.

My husband and I loved this very clean, friendly experience! The room was very well kept, simple with no frills but everything you could need and if you don’t have it the front desk is more than happy to get it for you.
Balconies are on most rooms and some really nice views of long sands.
I loved every second of staying here and cannot wait to do it again!

Found our new "go to"motel. Wonderful location. Clean rooms. Right across the street from the ocean. The most wonderful lady at front desk from Saratoga ny. Near our home town. Coming back next year. Thank you.

The waitress was so sweet. We asked to be moved from the front facing the water to one of the back booths hoping the swarm of flies would leave us alone. I heard the manager tell another customer that it's an ongoing problem this time of year, but I saw the staff doing nothing about it. They didn't try to swat them and I saw no traps around. I recommend some fly tape. There are discreet places to put them without subjecting customers to nervous fits from shooing them away. There were so many that it became ridiculous. Plus flies are disgusting to have near food. We wondered what the kitchen must be like and lost our appetite.

This place was HORRIBLE! Smelled, dirty, zero Wi-Fi, lamp didn’t work, screen door barely opened, MOLD all over the bathroom shower curtain and the Air conditioners had rust all over them. My family barely slept with our allergies bothering us from the misty moldy smell. Disgusting and WAY OVER priced! Please do not waste your money on this dump. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Best people and incredible food and lodging.

Overall was a great weeklong stay in a cottage. The newly renovated cottage was great and furnished with new living room furniture and cute beach theme bedding. The kitchen stove was hard to use due to the burners wouldn’t stay in place.
We asked for new coffee pot (4-cup was not big enough for 4 adults) and was given a bigger one by Sherry.
Sherry was very helpful and informative throughout our stay.
We enjoyed the pool and the lawn area between the cottages to cookout several nights.
We did have a rainstorm one evening and in front of the cottage was flooded for days and had to walk on sponge soaked grass and around the water in the driveway to get to the dumpster.
We love that the ocean is directly across the street and absolutely love the sound of the waves on the rocks!

AC a little out dated. Still worked. Room was a good size. Ran out of I've completely. Close to the ocean. Ingr ok understand pool very good. Grills around area to share.

Great place to stay, clean organized and freshly painted room, corridor and more. Clean bathroom, awesome shower water flow and drain system. Nice furniture and a beautiful view. We stayed in a room on the third floor. Breezy and cozy with a nice balcony to boot. Our bed was not too comfortable. Other than that it would be perfect. We would not hesitate to stay at this facility again. Very grateful.

Galley pub. Wonderful atmosphere great food.

Location could not be beat. Very clean room, shower a little suspect but we'll talk about with front desk. Nice big bathroom, clean simple room.

This place was great. Service was top notch. I didn't stay as an overnight guest, but they handled the function I attended perfectly.

Older room but clean and well kept. Reasonable price for ocean front. We had a view of the ocean across the street from our room. Next time we will request a 2nd floor room so our view is even better. Be aware, there is no elevator and three floors, there are no landlines in the room and you are quite close to the road. So, there is noise from traffic. We were pleased with our stay and plan to return again next year for our anniversary.

It was fine. Room was clean, if not a little old and shabby. Wifi (nor my 4g) worked in the room at all. Beach across from hotel isn't good for sitting (high tide obscures it). Pool is very small and lacks shade.

Very nice staff was very friendly We were hoping cottages were dog friendly but dog friendly room was fine we'll be back.

Could have been a little cleaner, but we are really pleased with the view. Service has been great and overall we're really happy with it.

No frills and fairly beat up room with the Atlantic Ocean across the street. Staff was very nice. $200 plus for the night was not worth it.

We are one stay and out. This hotel needs a big-time make over. Our A/C didn't work and after inspecting it, it was rotted right through probably due to the salt air. The female worker in our building (A) was not nice at all. This place has a real mickey moue operation for its size. The Website and publications are very misleading. There is water across the street but not a beach area because of the many large rocks on shore. The room had an unpleasant order. Office availability was very limited. There is one small ice maker in building for 40 plus rooms to share. It was as old and rusted as everything else in this place. They were one of the most reasonable priced places on York Street ($200 +) a night for obvious reasons. I would not stay here again.

Was very disappointed in the room… I am 5 and a half months pregnant… the first room we had the toilet was laying on the floor not attached to the pluming… we and talked to the owner he gave us another room… we had read online that there was a refrigerator in the so we pack food and picnic stuff we got to our second room and plugged the fridge in and it didn't work… we went down and told the front desk girl that is wasn't working and they got us another one… I went to open the balcony door and couldn't slide it all by myself the shower head was absolutely awful. All around the the room was awful had a horrible smell what seemed to be like a paint smell the bathroom wall had patch marks that wherent sanded or paint over the floors need a good washing and it was as enjoyable as I was expecting for the price of the room rate… the staff was okay but I was disappointed with what my fiancé told me the owner said this morning as we checked out… I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone I know and I myself will not go again… only good thing was the beach was across the street and we had brought a lot of our own drinks… soda machine didn't seem to work or maybe just not up on today's days dates very outdated in many ways.

A great place to spend a night.

Great little motel on the ocean. Good view and decent service. Beds are hard but not unbearable. In room cooffee was not good at all but lobster cove is 500 feet and has decent food and good coffee.

The rooms were spacious and clean and check in was easy.

Clean, cozy, stove in room, great view and access to the beach. Tight parking.
