Second time here. Perfect location, great service and the room is exceptional. Breakfast included is decent, the staff is very welcoming and service oriented. Located right in the heart of the borough of Stonington so you can walk everywhere. Top shelf!

The staff at the Inn at Stonington are some of the nicest people I have yet to meet. My husband and I recently spent a weekend here to celebrate our 40th anniversary. I had mentioned this in passing while booking the room thinking nothing of it. When we arrived we were greeted with an anniversary card, bottle of Prosecco, and jar of homemade granola. Our room was extremely comfortable and decorated in a way that made it easy to let go of all stress and relax. Although our room did not have a water view (These rooms had already been booked. ) there were common rooms that did have amazing views of the harbor. Each morning, the continental breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and a wide variety of just baked items. The wine and cheese hour was a nice way to either interact with the other people staying at the inn or relax on your own. Restaurants were all within walking distance and the streets were lined with many quaint and eclectic shops. For people who need more stimulation, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium is only about a 10 minute drive. Originally my husband and I were looking to stay in Mystic but in the end chose to stay at The Inn at Stonington. I am so glad we did. Our everyday life is hectic and the quiet of this weekend afforded us time to just be present to each other. We had more time to talk to each other than we usually do, more time to take walks together than we usually do, and most importantly more time enjoy each other.

We stayed Dec 26-28 for a short getaway. Wonderful location, beautiful views. Request room 11! Very cozy yet offers all of the modern amenities. Google Home was a great touch, so much so that my partner probably had more conversation with it than with me lol. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Can not wait to go back!

Just stayed this past weekend. The place and people are wonderful. We were in and nothing was more beautiful than watching the snow storm through those gorgeous Windows with fireplace going. Heavenly.

We stayed back in March as a close to home anniversary get away. The online pictures made me think the Inn was just what I was looking for. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendliest staff, the location was beautiful, and our room was perfect. Shops and eateries were close. We had a terrific time. Thank-you so much! We will return and refer for sure!

My wife, Michelle and I just celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at The Inn at Stonington. What better way to celebrate than with "family. " We have been visiting the Inn for nearly 8 years. Whatever the season or weather, the welcome mat is always out. The entire staff is professional, kind, caring and thoughtful. They help with places to eat, transportation, local attractions and Borough history. They offer up a wonderful breakfast and great conversations, all with a smile. Want a no pressure get-away? Put The Inn on your list.

The surrounding town is gorgeous, good people, good restaurants. The staff were super polite and helpful with settling in and informing us about the area.

Outstanding visit with very friendly and welcoming staff. Great views and impressive attention to detail in the rooms. Would highly recommend and would like to return.

Our first stay at the inn. Everything and everyone was very nice. Definitely would come back.

My wife and I stayed at the Inn for our honeymoon. The suite was large, beautiful, and had a great view of the water. It's nestled among assorted buildings typical of a coastal New England town and filled with charm. Wine and cheese was served every night from 6 to 7 and the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about the area. It is right up the road from a lighthouse museum and less than ten minutes from both Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium.

The Inn at Stonington is by far one of the best Inns CT has to offer. Beautiful, clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. The common areas as well as all the rooms are beautifully decorated. The view is amazing. It's truly wonderful no matter the season. I recommend visiting them in the winter, spring, summer and fall! Local shops and restaurants are just steps away as well as a beach. You must visit!

We can't say enough about the Inn and the wonderful time we had. The Inn itself was elegant and charming, and the innkeepers and staff warmly welcomed us and were always friendly and helpful. And being able to walk around and appreciate the harbor and the borough was an added bonus.
