Shady AF. About the only good thing I can say is that it was dry. You better enjoy the smell of smoke in your room. No soap in the bathroom. Right next to a strop club and truck stop, enough said.

This place is downright scarry. We were in town for the night when my buddy found a deal on this hotel. First the address was wrong leading us on a 40 min goose chase. Once we finally arrived found out it was right off a trucker stop I already was getting bad vibes. Then the worst came after we unloaded our car — two shady looking gentlemen starting pacing around outside and then stopped outside our window. The one gentlemen then chuckled at us and began banging on the door. We were horrified — felt trapped in the room hoping they wouldn't hurt us or damage our car. After a tense 30 min they hoped in their car and left. My buddy and I quickly packed up and left. I will say the staff was understanding and gave us a full refund without trouble. I would not recommend this motel to anybody who values their safety and peace of mind.

Fair price, nice staff, okay room. Included breakfast was what you expect, not exactly great. But the room was decent and comfortable.

After a long drive for the day I was beat and was planning a stop, when I saw this location I took the exit, it was the worst damn mistake I made for the night, I should have just got back in my car and kept driving further into town and paid a bit more for an actually clean room. Price was cheep and thats what you get, rooms were tidy upon entrance; I put my bags down and pulled back the bedding to find dirty sheets, I thought crap so I looked at the second bed did the same thing and surprise dirty sheets again. The bedding was a mess under the top blanket. I was pissed and tired so headed to the shower, I looked for the shampoo and soap only to find no tissue in the tissue box and two used bottles of soap with soap on the outsides of the bottle propped up as if they had never been used, hair in the shower drain and a dirty toilet, by this time I am fumming, I called up front demanded my room be cleaned, was not done, so I grabbed my sleeping bag and slept on top of the comforter, DO NOT STAY HERE, DRIVE ON A COUPLE MILES!

Talked on the phone with someone named Charlotte. She was very rude and unprofessional. Kept interrupting me to talk to someone who was with her in person, and when I asked her if she could take my credit card over the phone to reserve their last room for the evening, she refused and would not guarantee that the room would still be available after I drove across town. I have no idea how they are still in business when they act in such an unprofessional manner.

The owner is very disrespectful and rude, the rooms are nasty, pubic hairs in the sink and there was a green booger in the bathtub, don't waste your money keep going.

Part of a large truck stop. Exotic dancer bar next door. Dead car in the back parking lot. Fairly clean but worn rooms, but the price is good. Be advised.

It would not surprise me if most of the 4-5 star ratings for this place were phony. Cold shower, couldn't turn heater on because it smelled like burning plastic, window curtains wouldn't shut all the way and even when we clipped them shut, you could still see in through the bottom. Cheap, yes. But not worth it when you've been driving all day, feeling kinda sick, and all you want is a hot shower and a warm bed. Forget the cable, the internet, the breakfast. A hot shower, warm room, and privacy, should be a hotel's top priority services.

That was the worst place I have ever stayed. There was not enough hot water pressure to push the water out the shower head. The toilet seat was busted. Curtains hung with duct tape and DIRTY! DO NOT stay there! Oh I had to rate it with a star, they dont offer negative stars.

I wanted to give a non-chain motel a chance but it was a poor decision. The first hurdle was the credit machine not accepting my card. Then the rollaway had a wheel falling off. The wireless internet didn't work and the shower had the weakest water pressure I have ever seen. For the $82 I paid, I could have spent $7 more for La Quinta and probably had better quality. Sticking to chains for awhile again. Don't waste your money.

We found the Redwood on the internet. We checked rates with a couple other motels in missoula. They were more money and quite a ways off the interstate. The Redwood is near a travel plaza, and right off I-90. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and they even had biscuits and gravy with the free breakfast. If you are traveling thru Missoula on the Interstate 90, the Redwood Lodge is perfect. The rates are really affordable.
