Not the cleanest room for the price.

Helpful staff, they work great families that have medical patients.

They employ people who threaten others. I would not feel safe with staff that do that.

Great service, never a problem with noise. Very comfortable.

Nice staff. Clean, updated rooms. Very comfy bed. They take pets. Breakfast was good. Was $150 for a night with 2 pets. Very nice place, just a little pricey. But have also paid just as much to sleep in dirty nasty hotels.

Location is pretty close to shopping and good food. Great service, bed was nice. Quiet, a bit off of the main drag in great falls. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage patties, toast, yogurt, cereal, other good breakfast stuff. Really enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay. Clean. Friendly. The breakfast was decent, the bed was comfy, and I couldn't hear anyone in the next room. We needed a crib which was in our room when we got there. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would change is the location. Something a little more central would've been nice, but it was still pretty close to everything, so it wasn't a huge deal.

I came to great falls for my grandmas funeral. And this place is clean quite and well maintained. The staff is awesome. I cant say enough good about it.

Everything was great here. They were accommodating of our pet, they even had popcorn popped in the afternoon. Our room was nice and the bed was comfy. The town has a lot to offer and many places will deliver food to the hotel as well.

The rooms are nice and if you have a loved one at the hospital it's in a perfect location. The breakfast is really not up to par for how much they charge per night though. For almost $100.00 per night, I would expect better. No pool, no hot tub. I have stayed in way nicer hotels for around the same price so I can only recommend it if you have a loved one very nearby that you would like to visit.

I love Greatfalls Inn. This is the place to stay. Not too expensive and a nice place. Clean and comfy. The staff treated us good. The breakfast is good too, when ur on a budget.

Very comfortable bed. Nice room. Rooms are carpeted. Friendly staff. No trailer parking. Located in a quiet hospital area. Nothing within walking distance. No restaurants or stores.

I liked the room, quiet area, staff was helpful, coffee was decent, easy access to Wi-Fi, wide elevator (for scooter), popcorn, tea for guests in the lobby.

I stayed here the day my day was life flighted in. I have to say this was the worse day of my life but the front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and beds were very comfortable. I hope I never have to stay here again but if I do I'll definitely go back to Great Falls Inn. Thanks for making the worst day of my life a little more comfortable!

Stayed here before and after my moms surgery. Super convenient location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Nice medical discount too!

We stayed here the night b4 I had my baby it was great the beds we're so soft and the staff was friendly.

Great place good Continental breakfast and nice location by hospital.

We drove down from Havre for medical appointments and this is the perfect place for crashing and getting up. Conveniently located in the center of the medical area and close enough to shopping, fast food and more. The only complaint was the bed being comfy soft when I prefers a bit firmer and the shampoo they offer left my hair a bit oily.

Good place to stay, near benefits hospital, easy access to 10th ave south and all of Great falls.

Quiet and clean. I was bugged by the "one entrance and exit" policy and constant popcorn smell. Beds are comfy bathrooms small. No hd tv.

Loved staying here! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds and pillows were comfy, the room wasn't treated badly at all, it was very clean, the water got warm quickly, the breakfast was good as was the coffee… Overall an awesome deal! Definitely recommended! The only downside was that my bathroom sink seemed to be a but clogged and took a bit to drain, hense the 4 star review. I've seen some reviews that the breakfast wasn't great but I honestly thought it was great because they have a waffle station to make your own fresh waffles, danishes, muffins, a couple types of toast (white and raisin bread), English muffins, bagels, eggs, sausage, jelly, butter, Apple juice, orange juice… I was very satisfied.

King size bed actually had king size pillows. A real duvet and soft sheets. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Conveniently located, the rooms are quite decent but have no fridge. Ice machine are not on every floor. Breakfast is good but seating is limited, not sure why they don't take out some of the lounging chairs and put in a few more table.

I really enjoyed the staff's friendly nature and the room was comfortable. The fitness room left something to be desired but the breakfast was pretty good.

Booked this at last minute after the place we were going to in Waterton Park burnt down, no really! The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rate included a free breakfast which was more than adequate for our needs as we were only staying one night. All in all a very pleasant experience would definitely recommend this place.

This place is beyond great. My husband was in the hospital and I received a discount for my room, the breakfast was perfect, I felt safe, the front ladies (Deb) held my room for me due to waiting on the Hospital to release him. I highly highly recommend this motel.

The hotel was nice. Everything was average. My only complaint would be the sink and bathtub was very very slow to drain.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and great rate! Very convenient for those with loved ones in the hospital. It would be great if there was a walking path to the hospital so we didn't have to drive around the block to get your the hospital entrance.

Been here for an hour and a half and so far this is my impression of this place: Rude staff. Personally felt being racially discriminated. Room is dirty. Bath Tub is dirty. Blankets feel like they have bugs in them. Very expensively charged for its quality (I was charged nearly 100 dollars for one night. ) Breakfast better be 5 star hotel buffet. Didn't give military discount even after having seen my military ID. The price wasn't same as seen on Internet. Feel like I just wasted my money. Thinking about just leaving and asking for refund. If possible.

The hotel is right next to the hospital. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was average. If I happen to pass through Great Falls again, I would stay here again.

Nice well kept place with spatious & clean rooms (we stayed in an executive king). The hotel is located next to several hospital buildings. We've been here at a Sunday which was very quiet; don't know how it is throughout the week.

It was clean comfortable and all the staff were extremely nice. And they accept AAA or BCAA.

Definitely would stay here again! We could tell that the hotel was awesome as soon as we walked into the lobby… Clean, well kept, and friendly front desk staff. The room was clean and had the usual amenities with a fridge and microwave (I did ask for this when booking) ample towels, and a modern feel. The beds came with 2 firm and 1 soft pillow each :) Shower head is an older style water saver one, I recommend to the hotel that they change it for a nicer, non water saving one, but it did the job wither way :) The first room we went into had a plugged sink, they suggested a new room before I had time to ask on the call, and moved us to a new room immediately as they said the maintenance person was not in. By the time we got to the front desk they reprogrammed out cards and we were good! Good view from the 3rd floor, the hotel is located right next to the hospital and is in a good area, did not worry about leaving the car in the lot overnight. Breakfast was the usual continental and included eggs and sausage, nothing overly special than DIY waffles. Definitely worth it, they had a seniors discount for our elderly guests. Definitely will return next time I pass through.

It's an ok place. Nice & clean, but room was a little small and the shower head is awful.

Lobby smelled like pickle juice they said it was lavander. Room smelled the same and gave all of us headaches. The night shift male receptionist was very rude to ourselves and others. But will give the evening girl tremendous credit.

The bed was uncomfortable and too hard. The tv's need to be bigger. Need better pillows.

The hotel was good for the price paid. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the pillows were very thin. The staff working there were very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Breakfast wasn't bad with a large selection of items. Only drawback was that they provide free coffee and hot teas around the clock in the lobby and for breakfast, but when I asked about hot chocolate they said it was. 50 per package. REALLY! shouldnt hot coco be part of the breakfast menu? Not everyone drinks coffee or tea.

Pretty negative experience. Read if you nerd out on details. The cons: The reservation we made (w/ email confirmation) did not make its way to the hotel, so we ended up in a two-full's room instead of the Queen; which wouldn't have been bad except they're closer to a single and harder than a rock except for the metal springs you get to enjoy. BEST PART, my wife and I get a phone call at 10:30PM from a 10 year old boy manning the front desk b/c his mom stepped away. He handed the phone to a stranger who was looking for someone in our hotel and apparently we were the lucky dial. The pros: the breakfast was delicious and hot. The room, though we didn't get the correct one, smelled nice and was clean. Pet friendly with a large grass area where dog can poop!
