I contacted Glacier Ridge Suites while in the process of looking for a permanent rental. Their monthly rate is outrageous and he claimed that he was cutting me a good deal. I stayed there for about six weeks (paid for two months) and when I gave notice of wanting to leave sooner he refused to refund anything because he said the monthly rate is the same as the weekly rate. I had someone occasionally staying with me and got pulled aside one day and said that I paid for one person not two and that it would be an extra $10.00 a day to have someone stay there and they would need to sign the agreement at the front desk immediately. There were constantly people in there while I was gone. I would leave the air conditioning on while I was gone for a little while and would come back and it would be turned off and the controller would be moved. One time I came back and there was a note that said don't turn it below 70. There was no notice when they would have the cable repair guy come and I had to leave the unit one day so they could be in there. Another time one of the cleaners opened the door without even knocking and tried to barge right in. There is absolutely no privacy. The kitchen is not fully equipped with everything and I found myself going and buying certain utensils and pots/pans. The internet is terribly slow. The parking is horrible and the Centurylink building next door leaves towing notes on your car if you park in one of their spots because Glacier Ridge only has three spots, which are usually occupied by Kent and Janeen. When I finally left I received a text message from Kent accusing me of stealing the HDMI cable for the television. I would not recommend this place to anyone for a night, a week or a month. Complete control freaks who take advantage of your money and leave you with absolutely no privacy.
