Quiet location. Great check in procedures and communication. Clean large well thought out guest suites. Quaint courtyard with gorgeous views of the lake. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome little hotel that’s right off the lake. Ran by a couple that do their all to make your stay the best. Rooms are all themed and pretty spacious. Parking is reserved on the lot but very limited. The outdoor garden is full of games and good views. Good restaurants within walking distance. Pretty central to all outdoor activities and nearby towns. Will definitely be visiting again.

Very neat place! Such a cute room (we stayed in Crete), and beautiful view of the lake! Right across the street is The Raven which is fun to eat and drink outside on the deck. Bonfire restaurant next door had amazing food too. Everyone is so friendly and it makes you feel like your staying with friends rather than at a hotel. Such a nice place, we will definitely stay again if we venture this way!

Great place to get away with out having to go very far. We realy did feel the island vibes. Very clean, cozy and well thought out. Beautiful veiw, and close to everything bigfork and woods bay has to offer!

I am a minimalist traveler, so I keep my expectations low. But this place is beyond amazing! They keep the property beautiful & green! Lots of flowers & colorful decor! Front desk staff were extremely welcoming & accommodating! Super cute little gift shop you must try sample of the local distillery! Flathead Lake is directly across the street with a wonderful little bar called the raven! Very close to the brewery & downtown area! But there are local bars & restaurants next door of walking distance! The rooms were impeccably clean! Cable TV, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, warm rooms, everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through! Clean, inexpensive room, what more do you need!? Grab a coffee & walk to the lake.

We stayed in the Wild Horse room for two nights in late July. On our first night, we arrived after a very long day of travel and only wanted to get cleaned up and go to bed. The room had a standard-sized tub/shower unit. The hot water was completely gone before the tub was even half full. The next morning, we ran out of hot water while in the shower. We reported this to the management staff first thing and were assured that someone would look into the issue and correct it. We spent the day sightseeing and once again arrived back to our room late and ready to clean up and rest. Again, I ran out of hot water while filling the tub. I called the owner at 10:17pm and she said that she would have someone come check it out. We waited around for half an hour for someone to come to our room but no one did. We were tired and ready to go to bed and I called the owner back (to tell her not to bother sending anyone because it was so late) and received her voicemail. I was unable to leave a message because her voicemail box was full. I tried again a few minutes later and the same thing happened. We checked out the next morning and I never heard from the owner. We paid almost $400 for 2 nights there with cold showers and poor customer service. I sent an email to the owner 2 days after we checked out and to date, no one has replied. I guess they don't care. That area of the state is beautiful. When we vacation there again, I'll be giving my money to someone else, however.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Islander Inn. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Beautiful room and scenery right outside the door! We will be back!

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was has been extremely helpful and kind the both times we've stayed. Great rates and the the lake is right across the street. You can't beat it!

I visit every year and I am never disappointed. I would love single shampoo and conditioner, but I can look past that.

I've stayed here every time I'm in Montana and the view is breath taking. In the summer… Gorgeous, in the winter… Even more gorgeous. A lovely hotel next to great bar, The Raven!

BUT I won a gift certificate for here, gave it to my sister, she stayed with her husband, and they just raved about how everyone went over and beyond for them, and what an awesome room they had… I'm very grateful to you for making her stay wonderful… kindness matters❤

What a great little getaway. They couldn't have been more accommodating. This was an overnighter for my wife and I for her birthday. Stayed in the Zanzibar suite. Very clean room and comfy bed. The spa tub was very relaxing. Had take-out from the Raven across the street. Food was excellent. We are local, and will be back whenever we need a little break!

Excellent food and great cocktail list. Not going to lie my favorite is the local whistling Andy whiskey and local beer. Highly recommended! View is beautiful!

The islander in is a small place with 7-8 rooms right across from Flathead lake. We slept in the king suite (Zanzibar). The room was great, with an incredibly soft bed. We used the jet tub and shower and both worked well. We only used the room for sleep but the kitchenette looked fully usable for cooking or a long term stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had our own "bungalow", it was awesome. Bed was comfy. Jet tub was relaxing. The Raven had great food, excellent atmosphere and the Flathead Lake view from the patio was so awesome. The bonus sunset while eating our dinner was unforgettable. Totally going back next year.

Repeat guest — I've enjoyed every visit. A great location in Wood's Bay (Flathead Brewing Taphouse next door and The Raven Brewpub across the street on the lake). Exceptionally clean and well maintained rooms don't disappoint. Outstanding service will be back again.

If was a fine stay. If you are looking for a regular motel you should be satisfied. The room was clean and we appreciated an effort to make it look a bit different. The price was reasonable. There is a nice bar/restaurant across the street. Visited May 2017.

I can't begin to describe how much I love this place. Brian and Lisa are the two nicest and outgoing people I have ever met. Thanks so much for what you guys did for us. I will definitely be back. Also stop at Whistling Andy's for some top notch spirits! I Wish I could give more stars! Thank you guys so much!

My mom and I stayed at the Islander Inn for 3 nights with my dog. Very comfortable room (Bali room) Beautiful views of the lake, nice location, and the owner and people that work there are very sweet. We would definitely stay there again!
