Lake side rooms, beautiful view of the lake and bridge. Very family friendly: 3 pools, game room, video and game rental, boat and water sports rental. 20 minutes from Branson. Rooms are in good condition, some are dated. Many activites to be found in shops surrounding the Inn as well as live music and an excellent meat market for grilling after a day on the lake.

Table Rock Resorts at Kimberling Inn is a very family friendly resort. There are 3 pools, a game room, video library and mini golf. The rooms are fully furnished and there are multiple water activities for rent.

Super low key, georgeous view and clean rooms. Everyone is so friendly and the amenities are perfect fit for our large family. We will always come back and recommend to friends.

Quaint little condos right on the water. Close proxomity to a lot of stuff on the lake, without the hassle of downtown Branson. We stay here every year.

Older resort but very clean. Access directly to the lake. Boat ramp and about 40 covered docks. Indoor and outdoor pool. Service very friendly. Desk will book your shows for you. Good place to stay.

The picture shown on the trivago site were nothing like we ended up with. We paid extra for the pool. We were down the hill from it. When we discussed this with the office, they said the pictures were of their lake view rooms and they weren't single rooms. Then we had to contact expedia to cancel the room. We still got charged over $150. We could have gotten a MUCH nicer room for about 2/3 of that.

Staff relatively friendly. Room severely needing updated. Microwave was a 1984 model. Our beautiful view of the lake was actually the next building and the parking lot. If I'd invested in RCI the amount I invested in Bluegreen, I would demand my money back. Only plus side was that the room was clean. Bathroom sink very slow to drain which was resolved. Bathroom fan didn't work. Maintenance replaced it and it was so loud they had to replace it again. 2nd one wasn't much quieter. Very very disappointed and going to attempt to recover some of my points spent. Definitely will not stay here again!

This resort is very dated. The room was clean but still felt dirty because of old furniture and very stained carpets. There are 2 bedrooms in our unit but one has the bed directly in front of the door to get in which is completely glass with cheap blinds you can still see through when closed. No Privacy. We had 2 bathrooms with good water pressure but some of the smallest toilets I've ever seen. The backs of the toilets barely came up to my knees. I would not stay here again.

I really wanted to give this place a 5 Star rating. But the really only downfall was not for me but my kids I had 3 boys and they mentioned that they wished that the miniature golf course was updated some and cleaner. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay. I will be back soon. I hope.

I guess I can't complain to much considering you get what you pay for. The rooms are definitely dated and need updates, such as TV's, refrigerators, bathroom tubs and sinks but everything seemed clean. And no in room Wi-Fi, Yikes guys get with the times The staff friendly. Their lobby hours are short, so very inconvenient for anyone arriving late. So my suggestion is make sure you get there before 5 or you make be outta luck.

They are very nice. Ours was right on Table Rock Lake. Gorgeous views of the sunset every night. I give it an A.

We are scheduled to be here for a week from Saturday to Saturday… Day 1 the bulb in the lamp in the living room burned out in spectacular fashion. Day 2 we used the pool at about 8 pm the lobby was locked with no accessible restrooms we had to drive back to the room. The tub doesn't drain properly at all it holds water The toilet doesn't refill properly and has to be coaxed into filling the tank. The water here also contains a lot of lime so if you're not from here purchase water. Also there is one knife in the kitchen. And you might as well put it back in the drawer and use your teeth because it is dull. The kitchen has barely any cooking utensils. For example there isn't a pizza cutter, steak knives, cheese grater, cookie sheets, 12 inch skillet a functioning can opener. Also they have laundry amenities in the room however they are 20 years old and our dryer decided at 11 pm that it would squeal while it dried clothes. There is also no Wi-Fi in the rooms. However there is in the game room and that is fine if you brought your game system however if you want to play anything there like billiards you are going to pay 1.25 for each game and you will play with warped sticks. With this list of cons it is hard to see any pros but it has a nice view and it has AC a word to the wise though bring your KITCHEN or be prepared to spend sometime making trips to dollar general.

Nice family get away that is close to everywhere but not a ridiculous price like most of the branson area.

When you first drive up the roads are cracked and the first thing you see is a run down tennis court, but the actual condo is very nice with breathtaking views.

Killed multiple wasps in our room, after reporting it 3 times no one came to spray. Coffee maker didn't work correctly. Two light bulbs were out and not all plug ins worked.

We came down on vacation. We killed 11 wasp in our condos.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. First day here I sat on the patio and my chair went through a hole in the deck. I went over bumping my head on the railing. Go into the bathroom to use the sink and the faucet knob comes off in my hand. Take a towel off the rack and the towel rack falls off. Nothing is accessible. No Wi-Fi in the condos so you have to go to the main office to use that. Where my boyfriends condo is you have a walk to get to either one of the pools. I could go on and on. His payments have gone up for his timeshare because they say they are renovating the condos. What a joke! Nothing has changed! Do not buy a time share at this place! Oh and good luck getting anyone on the phone at this place. That's a joke too!

Nice and clean. Beautiful scenery good staff, very helpful. The housekeeping I had was amazing she took very good care of me.

I am an owner at Kimberling Inn and have been for about 20 years. One thing is. It hasn't changed much. The dishes are still the same, as well as the fixtures, bathrooms, kitchen and such. Yet we have been paying our maintenance fees and special assessment fees which add up to over $1000 a year. And all we get is one week of stay in a dump! Very disappointed with ownership of this establishment. Would like to get rid of it.
