Very nice for the price. The staff was really nice. The pool wasn't gonna be ready during our stay and they refunded our money no questions asked. I would definitely go back but I would check to see if everything that you want is available.

Worst pkace weve been, no pool and bed linens smelled. Checked out immediately.

This is the definition of a 1 star hotel. The room is tiny, TV does not receive channels, toilet doesn't work properly, and bed is dirty. $180 for the worst room I've ever had.

Nasty owners. Dirty rooms where nothing works right. Outside doors don't lock. Pool was green and the owner lied about why. Will NEVER go back.

No this is not the Hilton yet. We stayed 3 nights the rooms was very clean. No bugs or odors. Very friendly folks lots of construction going on. If we needed anything all we did was ask. Thank you Steve for making our vacation even nicer!

These really nice people have taken this on New they are friendly and have addressed each issue promptly. I have no doubr these negative reviews are a thing of the past. Great View Great value.

If I could give this place a — 1 I would, this was the worst place I had ever seen, please please do not let the website fool you, the front desk girl is rude and seem unhappy, they are charging between $70 — $80 for rooms that are bottom of the barrel, there isn't any microwaves or refrigerators, the place looked so vacant and deserted that I went back to the front desk to ask if the place had been vacant, nothing had been vacuumed looked like for a month, the indoor pool so cloudy, you could hardly see the bottom, the laundry that they state as an accommodation was out of order, as well as the ice machine, and there was duck tape on our door that also had a short in it. Do not stay here. Booked on travelocity they should drop them. Scary neighborhood no deadbolt or safety latch on door was broken off. Scalding hot water in all the fixtures in the bathroom including the toilet. My son burned himself trying to wash hands. Paid for two nights refused to stay the second night no refunds. It was very dirty would have refused to stay the first night but everywhere was booked DANGEROUS PROPERTY. See photo of window on roof that would suck to be hit with if it fell.

For the positives: there was ample parking, even long spots for vehicles with boats or trailers. It was far enough from the strip to be dark & quiet, which was an awesome plus for whoever stole gas from our boat at night. We appreciated the 2 water features in our room, one from above the window and one on an inside wall, when it rained. Idk if it had an exercise room, but we got our workout jumping in & out of the shower because of the fluctuations in water temperature. Wi-Fi fluctuations were the same, so don't even go there. The matresses are flat & lumpy, but the pillows were great! As long as you didn't take off the pillowcase & notice the blood stain on the pillow. There were stains on the carpet… everywhere you looked… & the floors in the hall & our room looked like they hadn't been swept in weeks. There is peeling wallpaper in the halls and it looks like someone was murdered on the light bar on the ceiling of the elevator. On the plus side, we saw no signs of bedbugs, and believe me, we looked hard! It has an indoor and an outdoor pool, but we didn't go to either one. In short, it's better than sleeping in your car, but not by much.

Stayed here last summer. Our first room hadn't been cleaned. Cups on the tables, unmade bed, dirty towels in the bathroom, and a nice gift of a half finished mountain dew. But hey, at least it was cool. The second room, after they moved us, was clean for a budget motel, but smelled musty and the AC never cooled the room enough to be comfortable. I slept without blankets and I'm usually that person curled up under a huge comforter in summer. The indoor pool was very cloudy and smelled like it needed more chlorine. Based on other reviews, it seems to be hit or miss on what room quality you get, so up to you if you want to take that chance. For me and mine, we'll pay a bit more for somewhere better.

Unless you want to walk in at 8:30pm to the clerks son in your room telling you he just wanted to see if we was in our room, I don't suggest staying here. Rooms were extremely hot and when confronted, the explanation was that they are new air condition units and they work with the outside temp to insure you basically don't go into shock. I call B. S. Furthermore, the explanation for her son walking in our room was that he was checking for availability. We already paid so it should show up as reserved in the system! Is it really common for an 11-12 year old walking around with an all access door key? We will be contacting management tomorrow!

The rooms are very dirty. The bedding was not washed and didn't look like had been washed in a while, their was no toilet paper or a box of tissue. The room was very moldy smelling and the air did not work well. The TV only had one station and no Wi-Fi. We was on the second floor and the elevator did not work. The guy at the desk said I would get a refund since I was disappointed in the room and a manager was supposed to call me which none of that happened. I called them and the manager yelled at me and told me sometimes the rooms don't get cleaned since they are to busy. And she can't look up who has rented a room so she can't give no money back even if I have a receipt. Then she hung up on me.

Definitely get what you pay for, but with a $5 a night charge for pets I'll take it. They have two buildings, one of them is older motel style. The other fairly newer and updated with an indoor pool.

Horrible, booked a room through Priceline a week before. Arrive at the hotel to check in. They pull up my reservation and told me that Pricelines prices were not correct and I had to call Priceline myself. I spent almost 2 hours in their lobby between trying to talk to them and Priceline on the phone. There were also several other guests that came in at that time and were complaining on how nasty the rooms and pool was very cloudy.

DO NOT COME HERE*** Workers were rude, male at the desk was always in the room areas complaining to the cleaning lady about another worker. When he wasn't sneaking into a room on the bottom floor with the cleaning lady. Looked very scetchy and I didn't trust being in the hotel with the area we were in. Very shady non trusting looking people that worked here. Not friendly, smelled terrible. Very very dirty and the rooms were disconnected from the front desk. The rooms didn't have toilet paper, and only 2 towels. Our room was never cleaned and we had to ask for towels and tp every day. Dead bolts were hard to lock and unlock. One day in our 3 days I smelled marijuana coming out of the bottom floor where the house keepers hung out and I mean hung out because they didn't work. Ceiling leaked, no refrigerator in room like I was told so I could keep my insulin in and they wouldn't give a refund. Even though I asked to look at my room first before I paid. Pool was always locked. You cannot call room service becasue it doesn't exist. Would give zero stars but that doesn't exist either.

This is the worst places I have ever come in contact with. The carpet was stained, sticky and left your feet black. The shower drain would not drain and overflowed when showering. There were stains on all of the sheets and pillows. The t. V was from the 70s. It was so disgusting. The worst part of it all is that the people working there refused to refund my money, charged me for 3 nights and I only stayed for 6 hours. Management was cussing at me when o asked for money back. Cops were involved. There will be a civil lawsuit against Branson royal inn and suites for not refunding me my rightful amount of money and for treating me the way they did.

Edit: … I've been outside since my trip, but I am suddenly getting itchy bites. This better not be bed bugs. I spontaneously booked this hotel on booking. Com on my phone at the last minute since hotels were booking up extremely fast for the weekend. Then I looked at the reviews on different sites and became very concerned — especially about the report of bed bugs posted within the past two weeks. Bed bugs are one of my worst fears. The only rooms available were the King Suites, so we booked one of those. When we got there, the staff was decent and checked us in fairly quickly for 11pm and gave us our key cards. Guy at desk was a bit smelly and could use some deodorant. We went into the building with our room, which was clean for the most part. Everything was fine in the room, it looked like it had just been vacuumed. Flat screen TV with a remote that worked. I was concerned about the reports of torn bedsheets, pee-covered/stain-covered sheets and bugs. Nope, everything seemed fine and normal. Bit of a weird smell in the hallways, chlorine from the nearby indoor pool maybe? Also, indoor pool looked clean. No bugs, no murky water like reported. We meticulously looked for signs of bed bugs in the mattress sheets, frame, picture frame, and bed post. Nothing! Yes, I am that paranoid. I did have to take the pillows off of the bed, because the pillows had yellow staining from years of use. I always bring my own pillow when I travel, so it wasn't a big deal.

This is the worst… WORST place to stay! Ok so first off, as soon as you walk in there's buckets to catch water from a leaking roof… if you decide to go swim in the pool bring your own towels cause they apparently don't have time to do laundry… o ya bring your own laundry soap cause the people in the office have no clue what soap is… by the smell of their B. O. I should have known this. There's prostitution and tweezers roaming the halls all hours of the night… o and forget a hot bath in the suites jacuzzi. The place has no business being open… I would have given a negative 5 but 1 was the lowest I could go. I failed to mention that they only have 3 keys to all 150 rooms… what's that mean you ask? Well the key to your room will fit most of the other rooms… I don't kno how this place is supposedly 4 stars… it's TERRIBLE!

I thought that I was getting a good deal from the images on the website and from the reviews. I am sorry to say that it has been a horrible experience. Even though we are on vacation and we are not in our room that much it would still be nice if you did not have to go to the office to complain every day if not more than twice a day. Day 1 — Get to the room and there is no refrigerator in the room that I requested and had to wait over 2 hours to get it. When we did get it, it did not work and still has not been taken out. There are 3 of us and there was only 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes. Luckily we brought towels for the pool so we used those. The toilet stopped working in the middle of the night and we had no hot water after 9 pm. They were also vacuuming the hall way after 10 pm at night when the guest were trying to go to sleep. Day 2 — They came to fix the toilet not once but 3 different times and again around midnight it stopped working again. UGH! We were told that there would be towels by the pool and it took us over an hour to get them. Very poor customer service. The second floor by the ice machine was so drenched with water that it was actually dripping on the first floor through the ceiling. SAFETY HAZARD! Day 3 — I went to the office and explained about the toilet and in order for us to flush it now we have to fill the trash can with water and fill the tank. This is not our job as a guest.

Were do I begin. I called about check they said no early check in and that we can check in at 3pm. Ok fine no problem but when I get there at 3 its 45 mins waiting on checking because they only had one reception. Okay I wait but as I am waiting I am hearing all this customers that are before me complaining about the hotel. One is dude went to his room he walks in and someone is sleeping in his bed so they gave him another room. Another couoke is wanting a refund because the rooms they booked had soiled sheets roaches and toilet didnt work. I was hoping mine wpukdnt be this bad maybe by chance my rooms is okay. I check in and the reciept says 123.86 but they charged me 142.44. The front desk says he cant do nothing because its shows he only charged 123.85 but my online banking says 142.44… omay I am fine he says my rroms are good to go. I had reserved 2 rooms. As we walk into one 608 we walk into a bed undone and beer cans all around. I see the cleaning people one guy cleaning and the other giust talking on her phone and cursing but they are cleaning up room 606 our other room that we had. They tols us it was clean and they would start on 608 but when we sat down on the bed because we had alot of stuff qe had to carry because it was our daughters borthday and she wanted tk stay in branson insted of having a party … The bed was wet we pulled the sheets back and there was soiled sheets with pee aftwr that just so called cleaned it.

When I pulled in it was very dark and people were standing/walking around outside. The hotel staff were very friendly but not very helpful with knowledge about what all was going on in town. I felt very unsafe because the doors that lead to the rooms were open to the public… did not require a key to get in. The rooms that weren't occupied were left open anyone could walk in off the street and get a room… the rooms were not updated… but what put the icing on the cake for me was BED BUGS! EW! I was lounging on the bed n saw something crawling from my arm to my chest area so I put it in a clear plastic cup n low n behold! That's what it was… I took it to the front desk and showed it to them the guy apologized and offered me another suite with a jacuzzi but if you have 1 BED BUG I'm sure there are plenty more where that came from and AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT! … it should have raised a RED FLAG when we smelled pure bleach in the halls… I only gave this 1 star because this was the only way to write the review otherwise I'd rate it a 0…

Branson Royal Inn and Suites is the number one and best hotel in Branson and even in the whole Missouri itself. I stayed in this hotel for five days with my family. My children refused to leave the hotel, I have to add two more days for them to enjoy. The swimming pools are clean with fresh treated water every day, I took two suites with beautiful Jaccuzi inside the room. The room were clean and refreshing. All the staffs were very respectful and welcoming. A fresh coffee is served every morning. The night I arrived with my family, there were about 80 cars outside the building and by midnight it was about 100 cars. The carpet at the hallway and rooms were well vaccum and refreshing. The prices for the rooms per night is very good compare to others. If you want to enjoy your vacation with your family and having some good times go to Branson Royal Inn and Suites. I was told they are going to start free breakfast. A car is avaliable to take you to town if you don't have one. These people are nice and friendly. My children and I will stay in Branson Royal Inn and Suites any time we go to Branson missouri.

No soap in restrooms or shower area no coffee pot in the rooms or alarm clock the wall paper is falling down in some of the rooms the pool area has 1 working light the rest are broke, bathrooms are not clean ours had black pubic hairs in the sink and bath area kinda nasty place never would stay or recommend it to anyone!

Saw and squished what I'm pretty sure was a bed bug. Use caution, bring a people safe bed bug repellent. Would not recommend :/ Update: the manager was very accommodating, he refunded us for the whole night.

Stay here frequently! Very spacious rooms with dresser, table and chairs. Two pools — one outside-one inside that is very nicely heated in the winter. The staff is very hospitable. Danene and Jillian go out of their way to help. Beautiful quiet area. It is pet friendly! One building assigned for pet owners. As always and as should be we never leave our dogs loose in a room, they are kenneled. If not walking in a wooded area we pick up after them. It is wonderful they allow pets so make sure we don't ruin it for all. A great place to stay in Branson!

Room was nice and clean, motel secluded yet very handy to the strip. Wonderful staff. Will be there again!

Rather convenient location with fast food nearby, attractive property and English speaking housekeepers.

The absolute WORST stay we have ever had in Branson. Filthy floors. Pet area was FULL of BIG dog poop. Sheets would not stay on the bed. No fridge. No micro. BAD lighting. Nasty guests with very bad foul mouths. Put people on top of each other when there were very few guests. Check In & Out clerk was not suitable for greeting guests. No tissues in holder. Very Loud Air Conditioner. No alarm clock. Grounds were NOT being kept up. Grass was over a foot tall on the west side of the property and the center strip. LOUD motorcycles running wild on the parking lot and the streets. Certainly was not what the lady clerk showed us in June when we stopped to see what they had to offer. We will not even drive by there on our next visit to Branson. SORRY Motel 6 but no more stays for us.

My family stayed at this property from 8/6/15 to 8/8/15. We reserved a Non-Smoking Room, but the room we were given reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Carpets were so stained that it felt icky to walk on barefoot. There was 2 or more dogs in the next room that apparently loved to bark at nothing all night. The beds had stains on the edges of the mattress from God knows what and were some of the hardest beds we've ever slept on. Beds were not changed or remade while we were out for the day. Even though we put in the reservation that there will be 2 Adults and 2 Children in the room, it only came with 2 towels and we had to ask for more. To the property's credit, the Front Desk staff WAS extremely polite and helped in every way they could. We could not move to a different room because they were all booked up for the Tax Free weekend and Car Shows. In my line of work I help setup the electronic infrastructure for these types of properties, so I know a bit about how hotels are run behind the scenes. From my experience, the blame for my family's disappointment falls squarely on the owner of the property. I know from experience that many hotel/motel owners like to spend as little as possible to keep a property running, so they cheap out as much as they can, charge the same price during big event weekends as the more premium hotels and leave their desk staff to bear the brunt of the complaints.

The indoor pool is not heated.

It was wonderful to stay at the Motel 6 in Branson. The hotel was clean ans the facilities well maintained. We will be staying there again. The staff was very helpful. Thanks to John! We enjoyed our time at the motel and look forward to staying there again. Lani and company.

You get what you pay for. Place is outdated and ugly with no amenities. Cheap.

A clean. Decent motel. I really liked the friendly staff who were quite efficient and helpful. The accommodations were very basic, no frills, but clean and the beds were quite comfy. I like the location it is off the beaten path, which is nice and quiet.

5 star service with a 2 star price. The rooms were clean, the location central and the staff really went out of their way for us! They even made my dog feel welcome :).

Compared to other places I've stayed in the area, this is about average — — a small, 2 bed room with a tv, table and toilet. The TV in my room is like 15" old CRT style and is hard to see when laying in bed. Having said that, TV wasn't the reason I came to Branson — — I came here as a mid-way point on my Autumn 2013 NW Arkansas tour. The staff was friendly, check in was slow, but only because there was only one person at the counter, so I can't fault him. The Wi-Fi here, at least in my room, is actually pretty decent. I downloaded 11.5GB of videos I took on the way up here in just a few hours. Contrast that to other places I've stayed at, and this is superb. The property itself used to be another hotel. There are two buildings, one a travel motel type, the other an indoor hotel type. Evidently the smoking rooms are in the old motel, and the non-smoking, as well as the indoor pool, is in the hotel building. The listing here on Google mentions that the hotel is on Green Mountain drive — — it's not. It's accessed from Green Mountain drive, but if you don't have GPS or a good eye, its easy to miss. My suggestion: Look for the old, now closed, Days Inn next door.
