We are here for a full week. While the decor is out dated our room is very clean and spacious. We were informed that remodels are taking place soon. The pool is amazing. A nice huge pool plus a 2ft kiddie pool. Plenty of tables and lounge chairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the main Branson strip and Branson Landing. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff and not crowded makes for a great start to our long weekend here. The place still has the decor of yesteryear but has been bought out by a new company and can only have brighter days ahead of it. The accommodations are nice for 1995… The Junior Sized Olympic Pool is rare find given that few places offer 10' depths in their pools anymore. Plus, it's size means that even if they had higher occupancy this week, the pool would not be crowded. Finally, the property is conveniently located with walking distance of historic downtown Branson with all of its retail attractions.

Customer Service staff were friendly and an efficient check-in. Maintenance staff was also friend and responded quickly to the request. Housekeeping did a good job in cleaning the room, and friendly interactions with housekeeping staff. The bedrooms have a small number of outlets, requiring you to charge your electronic devices on the floor or in the kitchen. The beds are on the firmer side and there could be more pillows on the bed offering a selection of firmness. The kitchen has some out dated appliances, but you do have a full kitchen. The showerheads in the showers are low which requires taller guest to bend over while showering. Overall the unit is clean and the service from the staff is phenomenal.

This place is perfect for us! The pool is the first thing you see when you pull in and it is beautiful! The staff is very nice and our unit is great! They have Wifi and it works just fine! We have a beautiful view of the pool and hot tub and it is quiet. We had a call the first night, to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy with our unit! We will definitely be coming back!

This place is not brand new, so there is some wear and tear or dated decor in the units. But the location is amazing being so close to main access roads and so close to Branson Landing. Our unit had a deck facing Roark Creek, and was quiet with a very comfortable bed. There are pedal boats available for free to use on the clear-watered creek with lots of fish to see. The pool is a nice size with ample area and chairs to just hang out. Out back along the creek are grills, picnic tables, and horseshoe pits. There is a game room with ping pong, foosball, board games, puzzles, etc. We were nervous about this place due to so many negative reviews, but we would come back to this unit in a heartbeat.

Oh my god, these people are so rude and very unprofessional. I went to the 90 minute travel pkg presentation and I had ask if I could think about it, and dustin (the cocky talker) said, there's no thinking here baby… say what! told the "grouchy old man" who took my information to get my gifts and send her walking. I was shocked of how they treat you if you don't buy. Put these low class jerks out of business. Definitely not worth getting money or tickets. They treat you very poorly. Truly have no couth!

We were never told by the former owners that there was flooding last year, May 2017, only to recently find out from a different source. Not going to vacation there this time.

Pool facilities were closed for renovations, but the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Kitchenettes were well stocked. Location is close to everything.

First look the resort is dated, but the nice staff, and other visitors made our stay enjoyable.

Older condos but still very nice went in the off season and had the place to ourselves.

Location was a bit tough to find. Rooms were comfy and kitchen was good to have.

My family and I have been coming here since I was a child Im now 40 and my wife and I come her regularly… We've always had a wonderful time and its location is idea… Great staff and very well maintained grounds. Central location to all attractions… Family tradition for 30+years.

The hotel was decent. The room was clean and stocked with amenities. The hotel is old and dated but the new owners seem to be working on improvements. The pool looked awesome. It would be nice to have digital keys verse physical keys and get rid of the "tube TVs" and get flat screens would be nice. The check out time (10:00) needs to be adjusted especially when you can't check in to the room until 4:00. Not very customer friendly. Also the description that the hotel is within walking distance of Branson activities is misleading. It is within walking distance of Branson Landing activities but not a reasonable walking distance (~2+ miles) from the major Branson attractions. Overall, the stay was okay. If you're looking for a spectacular hotel this isn't it but it is decent.

We stayed in Branson, Missouri. The staff were super nice. The place was really nicely outfitted. Great pool area.

Condos are in need of an update but are spacious well stocked and clean. The pool was clean as well. Very easy access to historical downtown. A great place for the family.

I just use the gym here and it's $3.50 a visit which isn't too bad. Lots of machines. Kinda old and need replacing but they still work. Its a good place to workout at.

Pleasant staff at front desk, condo very clean with everything needed/promised! pool with lifeguard till 10:30 pm, would return as one of timeshare weeks if back to Branson!

Second stay here, and it will be the last. The indoor pool was closed by the new owners. No DVD in the room, and the TV controller owned by the cable company will not allow changing input so I can use my own DVD. Room is adequate but not up to RCI standards. Decent! Ovation, but the new ownership has removed the positive aspects of the place. Plenty of much better condos abound in Branson.

Roark is also involved in selling travel club memberships these memberships are scams so for this cause I would boycott there vacation resort's. They are involved in scamming people signing up for a membership that cost $ 3000.00 these memberships face it are scams do not buy sign anything. If you have sign a contract I challenge you to go right back and Pickett there place of business! Drive them out!

They are very friendly and professional.

Habitations very old. They have almost no plugs in the rooms to connect the mobile to charge, and that half of them don't work. The bed pillows are poor… do Not recommend.
