I would highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful clean room, game room, coffee and hot chocolate always available, they have a ice cream social every night (1.50 for a bowl of cobbler; 1.50 for a cup of ice cream; 2.50 for combo IC and cobbler; and 2.00 for Root Beer float), a separated central building for the pool, even have a laundry room (1.50 per load per machine), even have computers and a printer to use if you need. Friendly service and they also have a guy who comes and plays the piano.

So far we have loved our stay at the Branson Towers! It's very neat and clean, the rooms are simple but nice, they have an ice cream social you can purchase ice cream, root beer floats and/or cobbler at every night at 10, and the rates are phenomenal compared to other area hotels. The pool area is very nice, there is a small game room my daughter loves, GREAT breakfast (especially the sausage, biscuits and gravy), vending machines and just an overall pleasant place to stay. It's also close enough to the strip you can easily access everything but far enough away that you don't have to fight the traffic which is nice! We will definitely be sure to stay here again if we come back to Branson.

I haven't stayed at this hotel, the tournament that we were to play in was canceled; however the customer service I received on the phone this morning was horrible! The young lady that answered the phone had an attitude out of this world all because I wanted to know if the previous agent from Monday sent out my cancellation because I had yet to receive it. I understand e-mails and how they work, I'm not an idiot and do NOT appreciate being spoken to as such! I've had issues where I asked for cancellations and yet my money was still taken off of my card, so I wanted to ensure that this was done! Therefore I won't bother with visiting this place in the future.

We have visited this hotel multiple times over the last 4 years and always had a good experience but this time we weren't very satisfied. There were tons of unsupervised kids running the halls. We couldn't use the pool because it was so crowded. The breakfast area was overrun and we couldn't sit down. We also weren't told that there was going to be a piano playing for a hour late at night. We had been up since 4am that day and was trying to sleep but couldn't because we were right next to the lobby and could hear every single thing said, every laugh, every song played for the entire time in the lobby. If we would have known or been told, we would have asked for a room further away from the lobby. I'm not sure if we will visit again any time soon.

Very nice place. Great value. Room was clean and breakfast was great. Gal that checked us in was extremely nice. Definately stay again.

I had a lovely time at the Branson Towers! The only problem I had was the people on the floor above us were running up and down the halls almost the entire first night we were there. However, the front desk people were very kind and took care of it right away. The staff were very sweet. Also, the pianist they have for the ice cream social is fantastic at what he does!

Decent hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Shower heads are almost comically short. Complimentary morning breakfast was impressive. Lots of food to choose from. My room had a hilarious view of a water tower :)

Pretty good place. A little outdated but nice overall. Friendly workers the worst thing is that the indoor pool and jacuzzi are in a separate building sonic it's cold and you want to take a dip you'll have to tough it out. Also the chlorine in the jacuzzi early in the morning was really strong. I had a really good time there with my girlfriend and we will be going back.

I loved it and the attention very good the best the views.

We really liked our room. It was clean and had comfortable beds. It would have been nice if the pool area had air conditioning. It's no fun mopping sweat while watching your kids swim.

I thought it was a really nice hotel overall and it was great for the price. We paid about 82 for a king size bed and jacuzzi tub for one night. It's probably on off season but it was definitely worth it for us for that price. The only complaint I have at all was that there was no conditioner or provided and that was the one thing I convenient ly forgot.

Really nice place. Lots of kids running around because of dance competition but still nice room and amenities. Breakfast could be better. Staff friendly except one. Will stay again.

Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast quality is not at the same level as the rooms. Biscuits were like bricks. Location is good. Would recommend to others.

Very Majestic place! Recently remodeled. All new carpets, floors and paint. I do work here and I'm in and out quite often, I only see happy smiling faces checking in and out. The staff is very helpful and friendly to each guest. Very fun and safe atmosphere for children and adults alike, Highly recommend!

So far so good just checked in. Quiet, nice an they have been very friendly. Nice rooms with a nice view. Might try the pool or hot tub after a long drive it'll be good for me.

Very nice accommodations, especially for the price! Clean rooms, comfortable beds and good quality pillows. Was a VERY pleasant stay! Included breakfast was excellent and all staff were super friendly and courteous. Highly recommend!

Very nice clean hotel. All the employees were so friendly and helpful. Definitely would visit again.

Nonsmoking room smelled like musky smoke. Asked for another room and it smelled like paint real bad so we stuck it out with the smoke smelled room and cracked open the window. Breakfast was okay. Big selection, but not so great quality which is to be expected. Eggs were the flat pancake looking ones. No conditioner in room if that is something you use. Rooms are good size. Carpets were stained, but were at least vacuumed and appeared clean. Bathrooms were clean. Beds are real soft and not real firm if you like that. Staff is nice. We've stayed at a ton of hotels in Branson and I would say it's a 50-60 dollar hotel not a 90+ hotel when it comes to overall stay.

Breakfast is good with egg patties, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, donuts, some fruit, cereals and waffles. Unfortunately our room reaked of smoke when we got there and they tried to move us to 3rd floor and it smelled like fresh paint. Not sure if we'll be able to move rooms tonight but will try…

Branson Towers is one of our favorite places to stay in Branson. I consider it a nice compromise between luxury hotel and cheap motel. While it is not fancy, it is nicer than many motels in Branson and still very reasonable. The rooms are interior access, it is usually quiet, and the free breakfast is good. The ice cream social every night is also a nice touch.

The hotel looks good from the outside. Once you walk in it looks like an 80s hotel. The room that they gave us first smelled of smoke and wierd spray to cover it up. The bathroom smelled of poo as soon as I turned on the exhaust fan. The lady at the front desk was confrontational and rude. We were there for about 45 minutes and and they charged is $90 for the night. Do not go to this hotel. It is terrible.

Great place. A bit off the main drag so it's relatively quiet and nice. There's an ice cream social every evening with fresh cobbler. Pool is indoor and has a great quad.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are very clean and the staff is always very helpful. I would recommend it to all of my family and friends. It is located just minutes from everything you want to do.

The location is good. The pool is a good size for families… the employees are friendly and helpful. Nice rooms and a good price. I would recommend this place to friends. Had a great stay.

Very clean, good breakfast, staff very nice, wonderfully comfortable bed! I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to others. Liked the location, near the sites but not on "hotel row". One minor thing I did not like was that there were no ice buckets in the rooms and only one ice machine available near the lobby. Also the doors to the outside dud not require a key to open from the outside, consequently anyone could walk in.

Very nice and comfortable room with plenty of space. Would liked to have a work out room, but the pool was great. Also being on the 3rd floor & taking the stairs was a good alternative. I should have requested a room away from the lobby due to noise from activities kept us up past midnight. The staff was exceptional and even assisted us with making reservations for shows.

The hotel is nice but pretty out dated though they are working on updating the rooms. Our room was very clean and the staff friendly. We enjoyed staying off-strip because traffic can be pretty heavy. One of the more affordable options in Branson that offered an indoor pool.

Brought kids to Branson for the weekend. It was a nice hotel. The pool area was a little hot. Reception staff was nice. Left my razor and I was able to get one from the front desk.

Very nice family friendly location. Clean comfy beds, large plush bath towels, courteous staff, newer air units in rooms. As I said, it's family friendly, so not the ideal relaxing adult spot. Pool/spa area was constantly full of kiddos. The nightly ice cream social is great! I love the blackberry cobbler with a scoop of vanilla! The morning breakfast buffet is pretty nice too, but the space gets crowded quickly & people seem to rush you through the line (totally not the hotel's fault). This year was my second stay & it was still very nice. Oh, and the mini fridge/microwave thing is nice! Good to stock up on drinks & snacks to stash in the fridge so you don't need to spend big bucks on vending machine drinks. The upholstered furniture in room could be a bit cleaner in appearance, but we never used any of it for seating. Plenty of table space in the room & drawer storage if needed. Location is very close to many attractions. Never took more than 10-15 minutes to drive to whatever destination we wanted to visit. Use Google maps to navigate town. It will keep you off the strip as much as possible if you set it to fastest route:) Will visit this hotel again for any future family gatherings!

The breakfast there is pretty great. The pool is fantastic. However when I arrived to my room the room was trashed. There was an aircompressor and a bunch of paipaintings everywhere.

Not the worst place to stay in town. We had my parents stay here in the Summer of 2015 because it was close to where we were living. They had an ok continental breakfast, which seemed to be the biggest reason most people stay there. The rooms are what you would expect at a 3-star hotel. Hey, it's a place to stay for the night. Hopefully you are enjoying all that Branson has to offer during the day.

Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is courteous. I would avoid a bottom room floor if you want to get any rest (rooms are not soundproof).

I'll give it 1 star for one reason only, the Jacuzzi in the bedroom. Other than that, this hotel is horrible. First, we waited well over check in time due to the fact they only have one room cleaner. Which would have been okay except when we got in our room there was LITERALLY poop on smeared at the end of the bed spread. Additionally, the heat/air wasn't working. When we told the front desk they were rude but said they would fix it. They also gave us a complimentary ONE SCOOP of ice cream for TWO people. We left and went ziplining and came back and it was the same. It was so hot in our room that we literally left. We packed up all our stuff and I demanded my money back. Not to mention when we picked up the pillows to make sure we got eveything, there were TONS of ants on the bed. When I demanded my money back, the lady and man working were arguing over who was going to claim responsibility on their shift. The man even walked out and the lady told me he was annoying. Super unprofessional. The manager called the next day to follow up and offered $5 off our next stay. What a joke, next stay? NOT IN THIS LIFE TIME! I recommend the Radisson. It's where we went to after and it was amazing and clean!

Wow, this hotel was more than I expected! When you blindly book online without knowing the area very well, you never know what you're actually going to get. The room was very nice & everything was clean. Pillows were a little small, but they were soft & the bed was comfortable. We stayed in the double queen which had a mini fridge & microwave. My 8 year old son was so excited because of the great indoor pool & hot tub & the nightly ice cream social in the lobby. Very kid friendly! And the location was perfect as well. Just off of the busy part of town but still very close. Would stay there again for sure!

Rooms aren't bad, very simple setup. Location isn't too far from the bulk of attractions. Overall one of the best choices for someone on a budget.

I would definitely give it 0 stars if I could. My friends and I were staying there for 2 nights. We made sure to be quiet & respect the people who were sleeping. We went out 1 or 2 times to go to the ice machine & vending machines. The lady at the front desk continued to stare at us like we were doing something wrong. I don't know if the incredibly thin floors were bothering her as we were walking or what, but we were being as quiet as we can. The next morning my friends throat was hurting, so she went downstairs to get some tea from the little coffee/tea station on the lobby floor. While she was getting her tea (quietly) the lady started yelling at her. She threatened to call the police. I know this sound incredibly immature since it is coming from someone who is under 18, but it was ridiculous. A few days later I got a call from one of my friends saying that her & someone else staying at the same hotel had gotten lice. I checked my head immediately and I FOUND LICE. I called everyone there and THEY ALL HAVE LICE TOO. No one in our school had gotten lice besides the people staying in that hotel room. The hotel clearly gave us lice. I will NEVER stay here again, I don't think anyone ever should. Very dirty & poor hospitality.

I would give it 0 stars if I could, my friends both had a little get together at this hotel, the lady was very nice the first night we were there, but there was a leak in our sink. Then we stayed there the next night and the lady was very rude to us. The next day we were all complaining about our head itching and we had all gotten LICE. We got lice from this hotel. I don't think anyone should stay here, the breakfast wasn't very good. The pool is the only good thing and it's not even that good because you have to walk from the actual hotel to another building and it's very cold when you do.

For the price, the room and the hotel itself were fantastic! It was just an overnight stay, impromptu, nothing special, but there was an indoor pool (which we were not prepared for). Our neighbors were super noisy with their kid running around the halls, but that's not the hotel's fault. The reason I'm giving them four stars though is that the breakfast they serve is just not good, plain and simple. They had the basic eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy but it was all tasteless and the gravy was this weird sweet taste. Other than that though, the bedrooms were nice and clean and the bathrooms were super nice as well.

Pros: Hotel seems clean, looks great inside and out. We paid for the room with new furniture. The room was great. Breakfast was your run of the mill hotel breakfast. Staff is great! Cons: The entire hotel echos like a stuck pig in a bat cave. I have only stayed in one other hotel that echoed so much. That was Nevada Landing in Jean, NV and they tore that down. Our room seemed like the inside of a bass speaker box for a Metallica concert. Reverberation was horrible! Know this if you intend to sleep. Yes, there were kids running, but even a normal person walking down the hall sounds like a drummer from KISS is in the house. Then, the hotel staff had the nerve to tell us we had a noise complaint that just came in when we were literally walking in the room. We hadn't even been there. I'm telling you, I tried to find the kids making all the noise. There was no way. I could hear people at the other end of the hotel. Maybe one of the rooms is set up with speakers that shake the entire hotel. I could feel and hear vibrations from a mother and daughter who I watched go to the next floor and I could then feel them walking all the way down the hallway. The breakfast is good. Typical hotel waffles and pancakes, sausage, biscuit and gravy. The eggs were like rubber and many in our group were thrown away. If you are looking for the coffee, it is in the hall around the corner from the breakfast room (the front desk didn't know where it was). Almost forgot the pool. It is not heated.

Love the location away from the crowds and traffic. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The hot breakfast is great. My only complaint is that the rooms are not sound proofed well. You can hear noise from the hall and the rooms next door.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Branson! Front desk lady was very helpful!

First our room key cards did not open the door, I called front desk from my cell phone, and waited in the hall way. They sent a maint. Guy up with new key cards. Then, my wife goes to the restroom, (tinkle only) and it was stopped up, so the same guy comes back up and 'jiggles the handle'! then says he will be right back, a few minutes later he comes back with a plunger (you would think he would have brought it with him). Then the pool was closed for 'chemical balancing' was there for 4 days. It never did open back up. Just a crappy place. We wont go back.

Softball tournament in town and a lot of teams staying here. Several other guests, including us, have had to complain about kids running the halls until after midnight keeping people up. Nothing has been done about it by the staff here and this has gone on for 3 nights in a row. The facilities are dated and not well maintained the pool house has ceiling planks (it is all wood) coming loose, the whirlpool doesn't turn on, there is dirt and leaves all over the bottom of the pool. The complimentary breakfast isn't all that great, either. The rooms were clean, but had several maintenance issues as well — latches on the doors were all loose, drywall paper coming off in bathroom, carpets were old and stained. I will never stay here again.

It's really hard to slam a hotel, but it really is one of the worst hotels I've been in. We put our 9 month old crawler down, and we had to clean him after letting him crawl around. Just unacceptable. The "cable" is a Dish Network system that has been converted to cable somehow. Aside from very limited channel selection, you find out it's cobbled together because the Dish Network "Sorry for the interruption" keeps occurring. Skies were clear, so there should have been no issues. Then there's the Wi-Fi. Connect to the free Wi-Fi, and on a phone the connection it's super slow. It didn't work at all on my laptop which had never had any problems connecting to any network. There was no wired connection in room, and there was no place for a laptop tether. The whole hotel feels run down. It's hard to see why anyone would use this hotel on a return trip. I really have qualms about putting a really negative review out there, but I want others to know that it currently is a "needs improvement" site.

Good place. Great FREE breakfast.
