I stayed here Saturday and they billed me for parking, without my authorization. I had already paid the attendant at the garage when I left the hotel, then saw an additional $19.95 on my credit card. They never even mentioned this or told me they were taking this charge off my card! Mind you the garage only charged me $11.00. This hotel is scamming people right out of their money. When I called I got transferred 3 times to reservations, I got placed on hold for long periods. Front Desk transferred me to Accounting which didn't answer so I had to leave a voice mail. A couple hours later I told them about the charge, accounting stated that I had no proof that I paid for parking in the garage (even though they don't even own the garage). I then had to request to be transferred to a manager, which also did not answer and I had to leave a voice mail. After finally getting another call back, I spoke with the Manager who simply said he would refund my money and speak with the accounting. After everything I went through he didn't seem to care one bit or say anything else. He did NOT even comment on how the charge was never mentioned and just thrown on the bill, and didn't mention how they overcharge for parking and scam the customers. Completely unsatisfied and will NEVER stay at this Hilton location again. Wasted my entire day playing phone tag. If you choose to stay here check with the parking garage for the price and don't let the hotel know you parked in their unless you want to pay double.
