Just stayed two nights here, and I can say we were pleasantly surprised: reasonable price, spacious rooms (ours had a full side couch and two sitting chairs) and a clean environment. The king size bed was firm with clean colorful bedding and the carpet was in good shape without a dirty spot to be found or a foul smell (we walked around in socks and our 6 yr old played freely — comfortable). The bathroom and shower curtain were sanitized, the air conditioner kept the entire space cool and the white towels were fresh and soft. The free wi fi was strong and I didn’t lose connection once and I did my share of web surfing. The nice size flat screen TV on the dresser was of good quality, with at least 200 channels, including HBO. The mini fridge worked well and the microwave and coffee maker was clean and convenient. The gated swimming pool looked inviting, yet it was a rainy weekend so no late night swims : (Not to mention there’s a Harp grocery store within a quarter mile and a McDonalds/convenient store and a steakhouse within fifty feet off the hotel lighted parking lot. And with all that, the hotel rep was courteous and she was helpful. All of this for less than $60 bucks. I would recommend this motel for its cleanness and overall shear value.

It's a decent hotel especially for location, beda are good. Good customer service. Would recommend if need to stay near here.

Rooms are very nice, great shower and beds are very comfortable. The staffs awesome but the Wi-Fi is patchy based on room (like usual). Great location for the town a awesome southern restaurant in literally 200 ft away with amazing food and prices.

We were driving through the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night and needed a place to stay that wasn’t a dump. While dated, this hotel had everything we needed and was a great price! The owners were very nice and there are a handful of restaurants around. Great place for weary travelers. We would definitely stay there again!

This wonderful, quaint motel is by far the best in town. The super nice couple that owns and operates it are very accommodating and care for it as though it were their own home. All the modern amenities you could ask for at a great price with very clean rooms.

We don't travel much, but this a very good motel! The rooms are very clean. The bathroom towels and washcloths are the most thickesr I have ever seen at a hotel/motel ever! Pet friendly with a very small fee. We will most definitely be back to this motel within a few weeks. (My family lives here and this was the first time we have rented a room in this town). They owners are super nice and take very good care of the property!

Like many others reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by this motel. Clean room, comfortable beds, great service. For a small town with few options I was very happy. I will definitely be staying here again on future visits!

Clean older room. Could use some repairs as the faucet was broken. But no complaints for the price of the room.

Best motel in Waldron. Clean and nice people close to food. Not a lot of choices in Waldron. This one is the best of the offerings.

Friendly check in room was ready as requested. Upon entering room it smelled fresh and clean. Room was clean had great pillows and comfortable bed coffee maker fridge microwave in room flat screen TV had absolutely no problems!

Basic motel, but was clean, well stocked, has vending and laundry machines for guests. The property is clean and well lit, and is withthin walking distance to a few restaurants. I would also like to note that the owners are very accommodating. When my friend and I arrived we were told that the toilet was broken in the double bed room we booked. All other double bed rooms were filled so they generously provided us with 2 single king rooms and honored the original 1 room price. 10/10 would stay here again.

This is right off Hey. 71, it has 2 restaurants right by it, the rooms are clean, and the staff is wonderful. The owners are great. They are very nice and helpful people. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Wasn't the cleanest place I've ever stayed, but it wasn't gross. Great price, considering the free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and pool, plus fridge and microwave. I'd stay there again.

The room was nicely furnished and one could see that an effort was made to update the place. It was clean and neat. However, the bathroom (only the bathroom) smelled like smoke and there were a few flies in the room that were flying in probably from cracks and slits within and around the AC unit. A fly swatter was placed in the room, but that is not the correct solution for that problem! Overall not a bad stay, but it would be nice if the aforementioned items could be corrected. It was a quiet night in a convenient and uncrowded location.

It was close to a fine restaurant, price was great, it was clean and comfortable. Plus it was quiet and had an easy ingress and plenty of parking space for our vehicle and trailer.

The room was clean and the staff was very frieldly. But the beds were extremely hard, it was difficult to get any sleep.

Its not fancy but it is Quiet, clean, convenient and a great price. Definitely served us well.

The staff are awesome. Rooms are clean and the staff takes care of it. Beds are hard is the only complaint I have, no bugs, no trash in parking lot, and pet friendly as long as you don't allow your dog to destroy room.
PS, if you're there during the gardening season, check out the owners garden behind the motel. I was impressed with how such a small garden could be so pretty.

Excellent hotel and wonderful people. We found this gem nestled near by ouchita national forest. Rooms are very clean, good location and Owner Mr. Patel and his wife are welcoming. Still it's very economical. Would certainly recommend to anyone traveling in that area,

I recently stayed here and was extremely surprised and impressed on how clean and great the owners were. They treated us with a smile and was very prompt on our service. The room was very clean and had a nice flat screen TV to watch over 60 channels. Awesome experience.

Rooms where cleans. The bathroom was a little small but that's ok, and the staff was friendly. There's a restaurant and a gas station / McDonald's in walking distance. Place had a outdoor pool but it wasn't open yet.

Very friendly and helpful couple. Clean and updated rooms. Wifi is complimentary. Location is great as well, right off the highway, with restaurants in walking distance.

But Fought with Wi-Fi almost all night shower was hot and cold at same time. Nice TV but bed was hard. Room was comfortable and clean.

The price was good and it was clean. They advertised that it had Wi-Fi, but didn't give us the password and my husband had to go get it from them and then it did not work half the time. We also had trouble with getting hot water in the shower. It would be hot and then turn cold.

Owners are GREAT people that offer GREAT service. My family enjoyed our first stay here. We had an issue with the door locks and they were fixed immediately. Rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable for the rates offered. If you decide to stay a night or few In the Waldron area, I highly recommend this place. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

For the price it is near perfect! It has cable, great beds (I loved them but some do not), workers, good rates, and it is clean. Some odd problems such as one of the rooms toilets needed to flush twice to work and the door not shutting right. 1# in town.

Motorcycle friendly, excellent motel. Very clean up to date rooms. Within walking distance (50 yards) of 2 cafes and a convenience store The staff was very kind and courteous. We will stay here again in the future.

This motel is very clean, the staff is very professional and nice. I was stranded and the own is a real life saver, he really went out his way to help (Thank you Sir). The area is nice and the motel is in a great location fast food and church's are close if your passing through Waldron, Ar an get tired I definitely recommend the southern Nights Motel. Also I would stick around to see the locals there beautiful.

Nice hotel off the beaten path. Friendly staff. Extremely quiet. Cons-No view.
