Friendliness of desk clerk and willingness to switch out frig for one with a freezer on top to store our ice packs needed for meds.

The staff here is AWESOME! I have never checked in a hotel and felt so welcome. Anything you need, will be taken care of in a hiccup. This staff is definitely on top of everything.

The rooms were great, the pool was warm and fun, and the staff was inviting and friendly. Overall great stay.

Tv's were down but they were renovating. Breakfast was amazing! Well worth it.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Decent breakfast, fast satellite TV, nice parking that felt safe, nice bath room and shower. Good staff. I'll definitely be coming back for work visits. The only thing I could complain about was that the room smelled a little mildewy and probably just needs to be aired out or the AC checked for some kind of pooling or something.

What an amazing reasonably priced hotel. The rooms were beautifully done, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a good selection of Breakfast items, and well placed vending machines. The pool was clean and well maintained. Walking distance to several eating establishments. Would reccomend for sure.

I stay here regularly whenever I come to town for business. The satff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfy, and the breakfast always hits the spot.

The staff was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. However please check your rooms as we were refunded due to bed bugs. Stayed in rm 106.

Excellent friendly professional service, from check in, to helping me with preparing for departure (gathering some supplies for me so I could make sandwiches to continue driving across the country), house keeping and check out as well! Thanks to Julie Robertson, she was wonderful! She is a great asset to your establishment!

We checked in at 12:30am, tired from being at the hospital most of the night. The lady behind the desk was AMAZING! The room was nice and inviting. I would recommend staying there.

One of the few hotels in the area with a smoking floor. Excellent service. Excellent location.

Clean hotel, comfortable beds, okay breakfast. I didn't try the pool or work out rooms, both looked pretty small, though.

Staff is very welcoming. Very quite lodging. Well lit parking area and a complete office at your disposal, desk top, printer Internet etc. Breakfast is one of the best I've had in travels. Ty.

Very pleasant staff. Clean and quite. We requested a non smoking room on the bottom floor but ended up in a smoking room that smelled of stale cigarettes. The room was very cramped just too much furniture for the size. It was however clean and comfortable with the best hotel pillows. I can say without a doubt we will stay again if volleyball has another weekend tournament there in Arkansas.

The hotel had recently been renovated and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great stay.

Room and bathroom were both clean. The bathrooms were newly remodeled. Bed was comfy and warm. There were tall ceilings, which made it very spacious and well-ventilated. I really enjoyed the breakfast options and kind staff.

This hotel is clean, quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. I will end up staying here again as I travel for work, but this time I have to admit to a couple of oddities. The third floor hallway smells of burnt/sour cooking and there was an incident with someone on the cleaning crew who was rude, but the rooms are still great and the desk clerks are nice!

Exceptionally well managed. True spirit of hospitality, even with small requests. Attention to detail with an awesome breakfast. New furniture and furnishings. This certainly must be a star in the Choice Hotels network. Hats off to their management and team. (Thank you Christine, London and Kim Perry) Ps: great bbq and pizza dine-ins next door.

Pretty clean rooms. The towels are a little rough. Breakfast is standard, I don't like the eggs to much; not real eggs.

Internet was a bit sluggish at times. Room was ok. Could use new carpet. Desk chair was wobbly. Room was quiet. Plenty of fast food nearby.

Pretty nice for a Comfort Suites. Lobby has been renovated and looks good. Rooms were in good condition and we're comfortable. Only misstep — — eggs and sausage were cold at breakfast. (But giving them the benefit of the doubt and still giving five stars anyway! )

This place is clean the people are friendly pretty close to the Interstate I-40

Dirty and very unclean. Holes in the walls and cobwebs all over. Dirt on walls and stains on bed.

Words cannot describe how happy I was with this hotel. My mom and I were travelling from Florida to Kansas and were completely exhausted. After receiving such horrible customer service at the America's Value Inn right across the street we decided to try the Quality Suites. We were a little scared about the price being to high. As soon as we got there we were super delighted to meet Jersey who was amazing! Not only did she tell us the different discounts they offered she also showed us the room and gave us great information about the area. She had a great sense of humor and really just gave us a comfortable feeling. The price was not that different from the cheap motel across the street since we had AARP discounts. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and best of all. But, the best part was that Jersey was still in the front and she was not only working the front desk but doing an excellent job serving the breakfast. She really cares about the guests that stay in the hotel and we actually met some regulars the said they always stay in that hotel due to her and the wonderful staff. I am extremely happy we stayed at this hotel and if I ever needed to stay there again I would.
