This was absolutely the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed in. Friendly and helpful staff, great room, great breakfast. Just overall extremely friendly. I had a reservation so there was a note addressed to me in the room, welcoming me and providing a little snack. The management of this hotel goes above and beyond. Thank you.

It’s a very nice place like most Holiday Inn’s are but this one is less than 3 years old easy to get to and friendly staff!

This was the best hotel we’ve stayed in in a while! Holiday Inn Expresses are always extra nice, but this one had extremely friendly staff. They were all so nice and helpful. It must be a great place to work because they were all obviously happy people which makes everything more pleasant for everyone. The office area in the lobby was useful to me and I loved the free breakfast. Soooo good! Tiny little personal boxes for the cinnamon rolls too which they said was their signature item. I’ll stay there any time I’m in the area again!

If you happen to be on the I40 near Little Rock do yourself and wallet a favor and check into the Russelville Holiday Inn Express and Suites. This 2 yr place is wonderful treat after a long drive. Great front desk service, awesome rooms, wonderful thrifty breakfast which includes meat and eggs. Spacious clean showers and peaceful cooking heating unit. The downside were someone used some waxy substance on the entrance tile floor and the shampoo dispenser ran out. But the shampoo was superb quality product. All around a hidden gem that should be enjoyed.

I highly recommend this new hotel, it's the best one on the block! The staff are very friendly, rooms are good, bed was very comfortable, walk in showers… and their above-average breakfast has several healthier options too. My only complaint is that the doors don't block the noise from the hallways very well. I had an excellent week-long stay here and you will too!

Front desk clerk very accommodating. Rooms nice and clean. Bed comfortable. Also had no problems with other guest being too loud. Great nights stay.

There is a sign behind the front desk that says the person behind that desk has the authority to make anything 100% satisfactory. Do not believe it. Two days in a row our room wasn’t cleaned. After the first time, that person behind the front desk said: “I personally guarantee the room will be cleaned tomorrow. ” As we left for the day, a different person behind that same desk was asked to make sure our room was cleaned. “Yes sir I’ll get right on it”. Besides the cleaning, my brother fell in the shower because the new tub bottoms are slick. I almost fell and I was paying attention. The breakfast food ran out of most everything Including Coffee, before the attendants came back to resupply. Even though I’m a HIE priority member, I won’t be returning to this facility. When I reminded the person behind the front desk that he was supposed to make everything 100% satisfactory, he looked at me like a deer in the headlights. Blinded by the truth that he really doesn’t have any authority.

I really like that this hotel is set back a little from the highway and the road. It definitely makes it a quieter experience. The breakfast, especially the cinnamon rolls, was great. Our check-in process was fantastic: our flights had us about 4 hours later than expected, but the man running the front desk had us ready to go within a minute of walking through the door, which was very appreciated with a cranky 3 year old in tow. The staff were all very attentive, friendly, and professional. If we ever have reason to be in Russellville and need to be in a hotel again, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Comfortable, clean room and beds, modern decor, and reliable internet. Everything I could have asked for!

I have stayed in numerous hotels, and this is the noisiest hands down. The other guests were not noisy, just walking around upstairs. The employees are more into talking to each other than helping the guest, as well. The hotel needs to pay more attention to the details or this brand new hotel will be a dump in no time! However, the beds are comfortable.

They booked us for a Jaccuzzi room. When we got there they said that the Express don't have them. Still a nice place to stay.

They had some issues with availability due to housing firefighters fighting fires near them. The fact that the well being of these men and women sacrificing for others was of the utmost importance to them meant everything to me. They did have to move us into a different room that was bigger but required an air mattress to accommodate our children, but they handled this extremely well and my family and I where happy to do our part to support these brave men and women.

Excellent hotel, beautiful lobby, much better than you might expect given the town.

Very poor water pressure in the shower. Moved rooms but same situation. Pool closed all weekend. Paid for a 4 star hotel and while it's newer, with great bedding, there are too many strikes.

I can not say enough good things about this hotel and staff. My husband, daughter and I set out at 5am to head toward Oklahoma. We had been on the road for no more than 20 minutes when my car broke down. We were able to get our car towed back to Russellville but they could not take more than 2 passengers. Being 500 miles from home, we didn't know anyone or have a clue what to do. So, we called the hotel. They didn't have a shuttle but one of the employees offered to come get us in her personal car. Once we all made it back to the hotel, we still had 7 hours before family from Texas could come get us. The staff was extremely hospitable and went out of their way to make a terrible experience better. Thanks, Russellville and the awesome people in it for helping this family from Texas. There truly are wonderful people still left in this crazy world.

Newly built hotel. I stay in H. I. E. Whenever I can. Clean rooms, staff is friendly and rooms are always clean. No issues ever so far.

We stayed there recently in room 211. My husband started having allergies. We figured out why, there was smoke from outside coming into our room. The bench out front was directly under our window and I guess it was coming in through the a. C. Even when it was off. I left a review on holiday inm' s Facebook page and after a staff member replied back they took away my ability to comment anymore and hid my comment from others. I logged in my husbands account and couldn't see it. I commented from my husbands account and they did the same thing to his. You will not get an accurate review from Facebook because they hide what they don't want you to see.

New hotel, that is very nice. Staff was very friendly and was seen working to keep the hotel clean when they were not helping the guests. It's also close to the highway and near restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for visitors going to Russellville.

I arrived in the dead of night. The wait staff was very nice. Very clean room. The breakfast the next morning was surprisingly good.

My husband was having allergies the whole time. This morning we figured out why. Our room was right above the bench out front where people were smoking. The smoke was coming in our room. I told the woman at the front desk, she said sorry.
