The room is nice, clean & decently priced although the Super 8 just behind it seems as good for less. Also they have a pool but it has a cover on it whereas the Super 8 has an indoor pool. Also the breakfast is in a bag with a banana, granola bar & bottle of water.

Had a great time peaceful rest.

This is a very clean place. Price was good and JR was very nice and helpful. Good, hot breakfast in the morning.

The rooms and service was excellent until my final night. For some reason my trash didn't get emptied, nor did housekeeping clean the bathroom or bring clean towels. The Front Desk, who did not have the responsibility for these tasks took care of business!

Beware patrons. Here's a heads up, the manager at THIS Best Western is one of the rudest human beings I've ever run across in my travels and hotel stays. If common courtesy, above average customer service, pleasant demeanor and memorable stay is what you're interested, avoid interacting with the manager. I've made a conscious choice not to ever choose THIS hotel as a hotel option for me when visiting Pine Bluff. Secondly, they advertise a pool however the pool wasn't available. Beware patrons. Third, the hotel had an obvious unpleasant odor from the very second you walk through the door (maybe pest control, maybe nearby paper mill, maybe years of less than satisfactory housekeeping.

Stayed for 2 nights. They were still renovating the hotel. Big boxes of appliances, furniture and whatever else in the hallway. Electrical wires exposed. Screens on my room and been removed a time or two. Had to warm up our own breakfast the first morning. Fridge and air /heating had to be banged on to come on. Called to let the front desk know. His reply was, well I'm not sure what to do… front desk lady didn't know if the gym was ready. Other employee said they weren't supposed to be renting rooms out just yet. It was a quiet stay but a few hiccups.

Talk about a wonderful stay for my family and I! The front desk management Charlotte was great! I'm wowed that such a gem is in Pine Bluff! The staff was very attentive and curtious. The rooms were very clean and neat. I felt very safe with the watchful staff and surveillance. Breakfast was nice as well. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The stay was nice, I enjoyed the room and staff. The location was close to the places I needed to be. The hotel is under construction/renovation. For that to be the case, it was in pretty good shape. My rooms toilet and tub were stopped up in the middle of the night, and the representative moved my room and upgraded me to a suite. Breakfast was bare. There weren't any eggs made for breakfast. Sausage looked like it had been cooked too looking. I had a waffle and orange juice. The ice machine was broken on two of the 3 floors, exercise room left a lot to be desired. The business office was under construction. The stay overall was great For the condition the hotel is in.

Price was good but we were put in a room that was supposed to be out of service. Bed and bath were made up and clean but there was fast food and previous tenant bathroom items still in the room. In their defense they are remodeling but managing the current 10 room availability shouldn't be too difficult! We'd definitely give them a second chance. Proximity to highway is excellent.

Decent place to get sleep. Clean beds, just ran into a lil grasshopper fly. Smells a little strange. The service was good. Breakfast was decent. Dude in the front sweeping the parking lot knows where the p. O. T. At.

We we're in town for a couple of days visiting family and a relative recommended this hotel I was pleased with the service as well as the room. Would definitely stay there again when in town. We didn't have the breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Wouldn't recommend this place to NO ONE, clearly had do not disturb on my door, next thing I knew the owner was coming in my room and made me close my window, didn't know that fresh air was NOT ALLOWED! Moth balls scattered all over so much that I ended up at the doctor with sinus problems from the loud smell!

Please do NOT stay at this hotel. For two years they have changed our reservation dates without us knowing and provided horrible customer service when calling to correct the issue. We reserved our room for homecoming. They changed our dates to a Sunday and Monday, instead of Friday and Saturday and never contacted us. My husband went to call to confirm our reservation nefore our trip and THAT'S how we found out. Had we came to town thinking we were secure on a room, we would have been forced to sleep in the car or return home (since all the other hotels were now full). I'm sure the hotel may look nice; however, since they seem to consistently ruin our reservation and homecoming experience, we will not be staying there EVER. We even spoke with the manager and he has such a terrible attitude and refused to offer even an apology. They lost our business moving forward.

Three rooms smelled like mildew until we were put in our last room. The ice from the ice machine had mold on it… the pool wasn't clean but they were remodeling and gave me $10 back after I checked out. The breakfast was a ok and the staff was very friendly that's why they get 2 stars…

Wow! Very impressed with the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Both late night clerk and morning desk clerk (who pulled double-duty taking care of the breakfast are) were so nice. I would put the rooms up against any 4 star property. I will stay here again with my whole family. Location is close to everything you might need.

Room was good. But there was a smell up and down the hallway that wasn't nice. Breakfast was nice. Woman working that last day wasn't very nice.

Very Clean. Breakfast was a little lacking but not bad. They have an excellent corporate lodging rate!

Great bed, plenty of space to stretch your legs… you also have a separate sitting area.

At first glance it seems nice and clean, but there are stains on the walls, furniture, lampshades. Definitely not the worst hotel, but cleanliness and maintenance are sub-standard and lax.

Help help. NO HOT WATER… we checked in on April 15, 2016 — — little to our knowledge, the hotel didn't have ANY HOT WATER. Nor did the staff bother to informed the Hot Water was out. When contacting the front desk the staff on duty Tawana or Jawaman was EXTREMELY RUDE. Mention I was the only guest complaining, well excuse me for wanting to take a BATH. I was called at 11:00 p. M. Informing the hot water was working. NOT, I guess she wasn't aware, it takes time for the tank… it was after midnight, before we had hot water in the room. Breakfast… not good… thank God, McDonald's was nearby… FATHER GOD… won't stay here again.

Room was fine but the continental breakfast was horrible.

Good customer service, OK and clean room. What we did not like was a way too soft mattress and what was offered as a free breakfast.

Somethings are broken, for no reason lol, service good I would come back.

Poor management and incompetent staff. Also disputing fraudulent credit card charges. Would not recommend to anyone traveling.

Had a very pleasant stay!

Our group stayed Friday September 18, 2015 and we rented several rooms (approx 10) my room for 2 people totaled $117 which is a rediculously over priced rate. The breakfast was not very attractive for the price it should have been better. The sausage was in water so it was nasty. It was boiled sausage. Gross. Biscuits were hard. All that I found edible was the 1 cream cheese danish on the tray. My friend forgot her toothbrush and toothpaste. They gave her a brush but they charge $1 for toothpaste. I normally stay at Choice Hotels and will resume that tradition from now on regardless of where the group stays. Today I checked the rates and they are $67 or somewhere in that range. Thats a huge markup to the rate I was charged. The bed topper was as thin as a sheet and not cozy at all.

This hotel is one of the better hotels in the Pine Bluff. The price is great and the location is great. However, for some reason this stay was not a good one; The breakfast staff did not have all of supplies for the guests to partake in all they stated they offier for breakfast. The last day of our stay they had run out of towels; stating the manager locked up the towels, so they only had what was left on their carts, which was nothing at this point. There was only one person doing laundary, so there wasn't alot of options other than to wait until some where cleaned. Thankfully, the housekeeping attendant was kind enough to go through the rooms and round up some unused towels. I really hope this is just one bad experience and does not represents the direction this hotel is headed in.
